I have been a Top Paw customer for years. My 14 year old dog is always well cared for. I leave him.there with the confidence that the staff will attend to his needs. The Top Paw team is loving and compassionate.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Top Paw. The staff are fantastic and incredibly attentive. We also recently tried the on-site grooming and were very happy with the results as well.

Real dog lovers. Clean, well run operation. The doggy cams were a great way to know our girls were safe and well cared for.

I don't enjoy it as much as my dog.

My dog came back scared, they were very rude and judgmental not worth it, the girl with glasses especially. Whenever she handed my dog back she just looked at me and rolled her eyes. The people at the front were ok but that lady needs an attitude check.

We take our golden doodle here for the day about once a week. The staff our all great and Brian is EXCEPTIONAL. It is amazing how he remembers every dogs name and goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. I fully trust them with our fur baby! Thanks to everyone at Top Paw!

This is a great clean facility! It's hard for us to leave our furry friends but when we need someone to look after them the team at Top Paw dog resort is very genuine and cares for the animals not just "watches" them.

Any place with “we DO NOT accept pit bulls or pit bull mixes” clearly cares less about the dogs and more about the small insurance break they get for not accepting them.

Pet day care & boarding. Excellent care for your fur children.

Our dog, Bentley, was so tired from playing constantly for 5 days..it was so good for him. The staff is excellent..thanks for taking such good care if him!

Just cleaned the outside of the place and the dog play area but the staff is amazing very help and very very nice thank again guys

All I'm going to say is I absolutely love this place. I had to travel out of town for a few days, and I needed a place for my fur baby to stay. They are so friendly, knowledgeable and kind. They were great with Gracee. I was able to view Gracee on the ODoggy app via video. I love that. This truly is a pet resort. Thank you so much.

This place is fantastic! The staff is great, the place is clean, the price is reasonable, and our dogs ABSOLUTELY LOVE going for playcare sessions.

I love taking my 60 pound VERY furry girl here we’ve been taking her to Jerry for about a year now and I’ll never go to another groomer for her. She seems so excited every time she comes here vs how she would act when I used to take her to her old groomer. So lucky I came across this place they are very blessed to have Jerry! I swear he is a dog whisperer. My baby girl always looks so beautiful .

My two Mini Golden Doodles love going to this daycare. The staff is very friendly and the facilities are extremely clean. I like that the yard is large so my dogs have plenty of space to run. I highly recommend this daycare.

Super friendly staff both in person and over the phone. I have senior dogs and boarded them for an extended stay. Both dogs were happy, healthy and clean. Because they are senior dogs they didn't get the doggy play care time with the other dogs and didn't spend a lot of time outside in the heat. I left this to the staff to decide at their discretion. Im thankful my dogs had each other to keep company.

We've been taking our two dogs here since they were puppies over 8 years ago. The owners and managers are incredible people and the staff emulate them! Hands down best dog boarding/resort in Carrollton and Dallas area. You can rest assured your furry family members will be well-cared for and loved on while you're away from them. Highly recommend!

Everyone at Top Paw is so kind and caring towards my dog and all of them really. The staff is easy to work with and very accommodating to all my requests. It is very clean and well maintained. My pup is always exhausted because of all the fun she has.

***For dogs who like personalized attention and have separation anxiety please read*** I chose this place after touring 10+ facilities because when I walked in, it was very clean and the staff seemed very nice. I missed the first red flag when I took my dog here for her first day and the owner didn’t even greet me while he was standing behind the counter (it was a slow day) The employees who work here (most of them are very nice and good people) are not trained. If you have a dog that likes individualized attention and needs separation from a pack, do not take them here. There is one person that will be in the yard with 65+ dogs (I counted the ones I could see on camera) and there’s no assisting with dogs that are stressed out from the environment. My younger dog would come home and sleep for 12 hours because she was so stressed out. Anyone that knows dogs should be able to notice this and address it with me or with by getting the dog into a more comfortable area. I once had to call in because I saw my dog being “reintroduced to the group because she thought there was more fun on the other side of the fence.” The owner made sure to first tell me she wasn’t put in timeout (a bogus “aggressive rule” to protect regulars which ultimately can be used to protect their revenue stream). If you knew anything about these animals you’d know there’s no reintroducing needed. My dog was stressed out and needed to regroup but instead was thrown back into an uncomfortable situation. It’s also good to note that I question their cleaning on the turf outside. Every day I would bring my dog home, she smelled like urine, almost like they never washed off the turf. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the lobby and building are updated and modern. The dog suites looked very clean and we’re good sizes. The best thing I’ve done is switched facilities to a place where the owner cares about their furry clients. The difference in her demeanor after just a week at the new place is mind blowing and reassures everything about how Top Paw handles business. Despite all of the good reviews, make sure you do your homework on this place because this is not a good place for a majority of dogs. The 2 weeks I tried giving this place the benefit of the doubt were 2 weeks too long.

I think they take very good care of my dog. They always remember his name when we come in, making me think they dont have a lot of employee turnover. I picked him up unexpectedly early twice, before they had a chance to give him a bath. Even after staying a week, he was clean and did not smell like a dirty kennel. I think they keep it very clean and care for the dogs well. You can watch the play yard video online as well.

First time visiting this place after a friend recommended it. Highly impressed with the facilities, staff and the cameras so I can watch my fur babies while I'm at work.

We left our 11 month old chocolate lab for 10 days. I was not worried in the least because it is evident that the facilities are clean and cared for as well as the animals. On top of that, I knew my dog was outside enjoying fresh air and doggie social interaction in daily play care times. She was bathed upon request and ready for pickup when we came to get her. We were extremely satisfied and our pup seemed content and happy as well. We will board here again and I would highly recommend them for your furry family members!

My dogs love going to Top Paw Resort and get very excited everytime we pull in the their parking lot. I love that I can watch them play on their camera's. I have taken them to daycare, boarded them overnight and both have gotten the spa bath package. Speaking of the spa bath package let me just say what a wonderful job they do. My dogs are always so soft and fluffy and smell amazing! One of my dogs is a corgi and after his bath there he sheds so much less.
