I breed and show the Bichon Frise and I have found Josey Ranch doctors and staff to be among the very best in their field!!!!!!!!

4th time setting an appointment and it’s rescheduled the day before (for the FOLLOWING WEEK) and of course it’s blamed on COVID or quarantine, but each and every time I asked to be able to see a different vet there’s silence on the phone. If you plan and schedule your day-to-day this is NOT the place for you for reproductive services. They do not care about your time or schedule and it’s evident when speaking to them.

Got a recommendation for this pet hospital and I'm very impressed with their customer service. My dog is afraid of dogs!! So when we go there we need to make sure that no dogs too close to him and everyone there is very accommodating. Also, this is also the only place where they can clip his nails. Everyone who answers the phone is nice and professional ALL the time. Caring individuals.

The people that work there are awesome. There are several vets at the hospital so it is easy to find the one who best connects with you and the needs of your pet. Great hours and when I needed an immediate visit for a rescue they were able to fit me in.

Dr. Cortiaus was a great help during the process of shipping my dog overseas. She is knowledgeable about her work and is very professional. 10/10 would recommend this hospital and will go again if I ever need any services.

My German Shepherds have gone to this clinic/hospital for over 3 years. My first disappointment that very first year was a misdiagnosed newborn puppy that I was told needed to be euthanized. Given that I had respect for 2 of the vets there I continued with them as they are a reproductive clinic as well. Yesterday 9/22/2021 my dog ended up with a pretty severe gash on her back lower leg. It needed medical attention. It was only 3pm and the clinic/hospital closes at 6 pm. So I called to see if I could bring her in and was told that they were down 2 vets and doubled booked so sorry here are some numbers for an emergency vet clinic. They also said I could bring her in the morning and leave her for the day. An open wound left for more then 6 hours can not be stitched up so I don't know what the point to that was. I was stunned at the response. This was a bonified gushing blood gash on my dog's leg. I left a message for the vet to call me to discuss this situation and heard absolutely nothing. This clinic offers urgent/critical care. I guess they pick and choose who gets the care under those circumstances. I will never use this clinic again.

I've always had great experiences here. The doctors are very friendly, they worked their butts off to support the community during the pandemic. They staff is awesome. I've had animals for 25 years, and this is the best vets office I've ever dealt with. Super happy here!!

I’ve been taking my dogs to Josey Ranch for over 10 years now for vet care. I’ve experienced everything from AI for breeding litters and Caesarean sections, to OFA hip x-rays, to nail trimming, and everything in between. Every single vet at this clinic is professional, very knowledgeable and truly do their best by you and your animals. I’ve even learned a few things from many of them. Honestly, in all my many years of having animals, they top the list on all accounts. The entire staff and veterinarians at Josey Ranch are 5 star quality. ????????????????????

I take my two fur-babies here and have been a client for several years. Anytime I have a concern they answer all my queries. Appointments are easy to make and all the Vets are super nice along with their staff. Their pet portal is a useful tool too.

Called after my pup got into the trash and ate chocolate! They were able to get us in asap to not only help our baby but help us by not having to go to the after hours vet.

I have taken my dog to this vet for 6 years. Even through veterinary changes, they have always been very responsive and able to get my pet seen quickly-usually within 24-36 hours of calling. And that is just for routine stuff. I’ve been extremely happy with this veterinary hospital.

Dr. Cortiaus is the ONLY vet we trust for our beloved Frenchy’s she specializes in the breed and treats her patients and their owners like family. The Vet Technician’s and office staff are always very friendly and helpful I highly recommend this vet!

I've been going here for 6 years now, and will never go anywhere else!! From yearly exams, to Xrays, to heart medications, to having to euthanize due to cancer & say goodbye to a family member; Ive been through it all. It's like family here, so nice. So great with my animals ❤
