Their Technician, Candy, told me a horrifying story about how she drives into her friends trash cans and into their communal cats water dish inside the garage, she laughed hysterically when reminiscing about how the cats scattered wildly to get away from her. I would never allow someone with such a blatant disregard for animals wellbeing near my pet. The Veterinarian was pleasant and knowledgeable but I can not condone her choice of employee, letting someone that thinks cats being scared by their incoming vehicle is funny, is simply irresponsible.

Dr. Stokes took amazing care of my fur baby. I cannot recommend them enough. They are so caring and loving to our dogs. You can tell that they truly care about the well being of our dogs. They are very professional and really know what they’re doing. Our dog needed back surgery and they did everything in their power to get him to the right place. We are so grateful to them!! ????????

I have been taking my furry family here for probably 12 years. As long as Dr. Stokes has a clinic, I will take my pets to her. Her staff is always helpful, compassionate, empathetic, and friendly. I've moved many times in the last 12 years. I currently drive from E. Dallas to Carrollton to make sure my pets receive the best vet care in town. I will never take my pets anywhere else.

Small vet with husband and wife vet team. They get to know pets quickly, are kind to them, and don't do excessive testing.

Dr. Amanda Stokes is like family!! Dr. Stokes has been caring for my pets for about 15 years. I moved away from ther area for a few years some time ago, and all I can say is I am glad we are back in Carrollton!. Best Veterinarian EVER!!!!!

Dr. Brad Stokes and Dr. Amanda Stokes are wonderful doctors and the staff was polite and really attentive. It is a very nice hospital and in a great location as well as right by our house. The financial part of it all is very conservative and reasonable. Great Place!

Took my new puppy for her first vet visit. They were awesome!

Dr. Stokes has been seeing my three dachshunds for several years, including when one of them was unable to walk due to a spinal issue at only age three. Thanks to her recommendations for a surgeon and aftercare, he is now 10 and still runs around playing with the other dogs. I've had my puppies there and I've had to take my oldest in to be put down when she was too sick to go on. In all situations the staff were very kind and professional.

Worst experience I've ever had at a vet. Took my puppy into to them because of another vets recommendation. They recommended this vet because it was a Sunday. They gave my Australian shepherd mix puppy a dewormer that he had a reaction to which caused him to seize many times. (there is a history with herding dogs having issues with certain dewormers.) Called them and asked if there was anyway that he would have a reaction to the medication they gave me and they said no, treated me like I was an idiot. After talking with two family friends that are vets they told me to take him back into get lab work done, which all came back normal. They told me that he was going to have seizures daily and that I would need to take him to a neurologist to have an MRI. I took him to his regular vet the next week and there hasn't been a single thing wrong with him. Overall, the staff didn't seem to have the proper knowledge or the hospitality they should have when taking care of people's pets. They are family to us. I spent over $600 thinking that my dog was going to have to be put down because of health concerns. I would NEVER recommend this place.

NO STARS!!! I took my precious little Angel to them when he was sick. I thought he had a urinary infection. The vet tech was nice, but the Vet Doctor Amanda Stokes was very abrupt, sharp, and seemed very uncaring. That is, unless she had the money $$$ she wanted up front to run XRays and blood work. I did not have the $420.00 she wanted. So... They gave my baby some antibiotics which made him more sick four days later... After taking him off of the antibiotics, he seemed to be better. Then, 2 Mondays ago he got really sick again. He was throwing up and lethargic and peeing blood! I ran him back over to this place - Hoping they could help. Dr. Stokes still wanted the overpriced money $$$ up front to help him. She had no compassion or care for him. She suggested contacting the S.P.C.A. for money to help him. He was so sick right in front of her and she didn't care!!! I asked her to help him and she threw her arms up and said "What do you want me to do???!!" I realized she was a terrible Vet and person, so I grabbed my baby and left. I found a much better better Hospital down the road and they were so accommodating and cared. I told them my financial situation and they worked with me!!! I still had to put my Sweet Little Angel down after they examined him. He was very sick and dying!!! He was my world and my life!!! I have been devastated!!!!! DO NOT USE DR. STOKES!!!! She is a terrible money hungry Vet with no remorse or care for serious situations!!!! Instead, go down the road to West Carrollton Pet Hospital and they will show you how a real Vetinary Clinic should be!!! Do Not Use Dr. Amanda Stokes!!!! She doesn't care unless you have her overcharging prices to help your little loved ones!!!! Shame on HER!!!!

I have 8 pets and I can't imagine taking them to any other vet than Dr. Stokes and her wonderful team. All of my pets love them and receive excellent treatment and care when they are there. I would 100% recommend them to anyone who has pets they want to be well-taken care of by a dedicated and compassionate team.

I am so very fortunate that when I moved to Texas six years ago someone recommended Hebron Parkway Veterinary Hospital to me. I moved here with six cats, leaving a wonderful vet behind, so I was really nervous about finding a new one because my pets are very dear to me. Dr. Amanda Stokes and all of her incredible staff are phenomenal with their expertise and caring ways. She has saved the life of our cat, Merlin, who has FIV many times! We have since added three dogs to the mix and we wouldn't take any of my eight pets anywhere else. I recommend her to anyone who asks me if I know an excellent and affordable veterinarian.

When we first moved to Carrollton and got a pet, we really lucked out being near Hebron Parkway Vet Hospital. Dr Stokes and her staff are the best! We have been bringing our cat, Hubert, to her for years now and she’s always taken the greatest care of her. Prices are MORE than reasonable and Dr Stokes always gives her wonderful care. At this point, we can’t imagine anyone else taking care of our little girl. Thanks to everyone at HPVH for all that they do.

Dr. Stokes is a very loving and compassionate vet. We've gone to her for years for our dogs for routine visits, dental cleanings and sick visits. Her staff is very kind and efficient as well. I have only praise for this veterinary hospital and highly recommend it.
