Everything went well on our first time visit to this veterinarian on Wed 10/20/2021. My previous vet went to curbside service after the pandemic. After 1-1/2 year. I said no more. Glad I found this place and its much closer to my home. Besides that. Good office staff and vets. And you can go inside and be with your pet during the exam.

I was told my cat had a UTI which was untrue and charged a reduculous amount of money. This place is just looking for your money.

I just had the first visit for one of my dogs. I felt like I had made a wise choice for my dogs and their owners. Everyone was great from the front desk to the assistant to the doctor.

The Dr.'s and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They take great care of our golden retriever. Highly recommend Dr. Aronoff!

The very first time my pets and I walked into this vet's office, we were treated like the most established of patients. A warm and welcoming office staff makes ALL the difference for a stressed owner. This was followed by the exact same kind of treatment from the vet tech, and Dr. Colquitt herself was prompt, kind, and informative.

Ridiculously overpriced for substandard care. Veterinarian Katie Colquitt fails to respond to questions, requests unnecessary procedures for simple problems, and overcharges for misdiagnoses. Go anywhere else. Seriously. If you love your pets, this is not the place to take them lest you wish to keep them unwell and in pain.

I’m very happy with the staff, the way they are with my baby girl and the Dr. are fantastic. I like the way they are doing the appointments now where they come get your animal out of the car works good for me. Lavada Stephenson

They are always GREAT with my dog Zuko. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because they are a tad pricey and as a student it can be hard to afford. Overall, AMAZING service! I look forward bringing my pup there because I always know I will get any questions I have answered thoroughly! :)

I love this place. So accommodating, and over the moon in helpfulness. I'll limit a long, drawn out response. I can only say .. that this clinic, renewed my boy's vitality tenfold .. if not a hundred fold. Long story short, my experience prior to finding Animal Hospital of Collin County .. I followed a regimen recommendation by a long term animal care provider that my animal stopped responding to. Made a visit to AH of CC, to get a final determination & likely put my guy down. The answer I got that day .. ... reinvented my 10 year old's prognosis. Not even sure, they even know the difference they made. But they did. I literally threw out my animal's diet routine, and started anew. Sometimes the best answer is arriving to a new opinion. I'm so glad, I took the turn to arrive at their doorstep. Have had two visits thus far, and will continue on to the end. They are a very genuine, and careful veterinary practice, that I will never stop recommending. AWESOME PLACE.

One of the best vets I've ever taken my pets to. With the pandemic still going on, they have set up an efficient remote system in place, where you can stay in your car and wait while they do their check-up. Excellent communication, excellent service, and you can just tell that the people there genuinely care about animals.

They have always taken exceptional care of our corgi. We are so thankful we found them after some not so happy visits to other vets in our area.

Great Veterinarians, who really care about their patients. Their support staff, the Vet Techs, as well as the people at the front desk (like the marvelous Morgan!!!!) are also wonderful. The center seems to have been updated and looks good.

I took my 6-year-old golden retriever here after reading many positive reviews. I can't speak to the visit since COVID-19 protocols had me stay in the car. They prescribed some medicine for itching at my appointment and gave him a few shots. They contacted me prior to the administration and ensured I understood the cost. That weekend my dog was vomiting often - a major side effect from the itching meds they prescribed. I called and got their voice mail. I left a message on Sunday afternoon that explained my dog was vomiting non-stop and wasn't doing well. They didn't call me back until Tuesday. When I explained I stopped giving him the medicine I asked if they had anything else to give him. They offered to prescribe something and call me back. They never called back. I had to call back three days later. To which they replied, very rudely, that I should give my dog half the dose. Several weeks later I had another emergency on a Sunday. My dog's stomach was getting bigger - quickly. On their voice mail it stated that if it was an emergency that I was to call the 24 hour vet. We did that. To spare everyone the horrid details, my 6-year-old golden, Gibbs, passed away. What infuriated me was that the vet's office never called me back until Tuesday again, and they didn't bother to check their files to see my dog had passed. They showed absolutely zero ability to return any of the two emergent messages in a timely manner. What if your dog needs help? Is this acceptable to you? It is not okay with me and I will forever plead with people not to take their animals here. If you need help, they showed no interest in providing it. This office is HORRIBLE at communicating with patients. They go out of their way to send constant emails selling their merchandise, but cannot find it in their best interest to return a phone call when it's their responsibility. When you read through the other reviews, check to see how many of them had an after-hours emergency and found this office's response anywhere near appropriate. I would highly recommend against this veterinary office. BTW - I've waited a month since this ordeal to post this to keep my anger out of it. I still feel let down by this business because of their lack of responsibility and horrible communication.

I love the curbside service. They were able to provide an appointment on short notice. The entire staff was very nice and informative. I am happy that I found them.

When it was near the end of my beloved dog harry to leave us, they took the absolute best care they could offer for him. I will be forever thankful to Dr. Arinoff and the team that showed endless amounts of kindness and care they could gave during my baby his last few minutes here with us. Thank you so much for the card and amazing support after...forever grateful.

We recently decided to switch vets, so today was our first visit. I immediately felt welcomed. Dr. Little & staff were knowledgeable, professional & kind.

Our former vet that we had used for the past 4 years had recently closed and we needed to find a new vet clinic in the Plan/Allen/McKinney area. We originally reached out through the NextDoor app for our neighbors to respond. Multiple responses indicated this clinic. After research, we felt our Coco would be well taken care of and booked our first appointment. Very thorough exam. This clinic also offers the on-line pharmacy and monthly options for a well treatment plan. We signed up for the Silver Plan in order to better budget our vet expenses.

I brought my 12 year old Goldendoodle, Dude, to Dr. Colquitt for his first visit on February 10, 2021 to evaluate a torn ligament and other old age related ailments. I had been going to a different veterinary office for almost 16 years but was never very satisfied with the quality of care my animals received. The Animal Hospital of Collin County was absolutely AMAZING! EVERYONE was extremely friendly! From scheduling the appointment, calling our current vet for records, the vet tech, receptionist and Dr. Colquitt. I felt like they truly cared about Dude. He received a very thorough examination. They answered all of my questions(the list was quite long) and gave me options to treat him and keep him comfortable in his old age. I will be bringing my two cats to them very soon as well. I highly recommend Animal Hospital of Collin County for all of your pet’s needs!!

I requested for an appointment yesterday and there was no email no intimation that my appointment was at 8am this morning for my pet. I get a call this morning stating that I had an appointment at 8am and to call and reschedule which I did. The person I spoke to said they had an appointment on Friday and I said I will take it. My app did not get updated and we were concerned about our pet so I called in this evening and they said they do not have anything until next week and to take him to emergency while obviously they said they booked me for Friday . I would not consider such practice for my pet. I would want a place who treats animals with compassion.

OMG! love this place , first time dog owner and first time coming here. They are so nice and they are so helpful. Did not feel rushed during my visit with my puppy "Gia" and explained everything i needed to know on how to properly care for her. The doctor and the vet tech were great to her :) Also, really flexible with the appointment times, great customer service , even on the phone, Def recommend!
