Use to come here all the time but after receiving two bad haircuts on my fur baby I’m not returning. The quality of the hair cuts went down this year. Really disappointing

I just took my 14 week old puppy to get his first haircut. I liked that they made sure I provided documentation for the vaccines, I had called other places to make the appointment and nobody else asked for this. The service was fast, I dropped him off at 10 am and got a call to say he was ready by 1145 am. Staff was friendly and we will be coming back.

Everyone is always so friendly! They are usually so quick and efficient, and my dog always looks so good when she gets done! They are professional and friendly. Only place I'd take my fur baby!

Nails trim for chihuahuas. Call the head walked in and out the door in under 10 minutes. Very friendly people and to me their aura admitted a calm for the puppies with absolutely no problem with reticulate blue the male was even calm

The staff was nice, but I took my dog in for grooming specifically. I was told it would take 2 to 3 hours and they called me to pick him up an hour later. I told them that I wanted a short haircut with a puppy face, sadly my dog came out pretty much all shaved ( the face included) and looking like an old man. He has some long hairs near his ears that are about 2 inches longer than the rest which kind of annoys me. Their customer service was good, I just wish the grooming service I paid for came out good as well.

Love this place! They are very flexible and almost always can accommodate our two pups on short notice for boarding/grooming or both! The staff is friendly and always remember our dogs names, even if it’s been a few months. Would recommend to any of my friends or family.

We love FurEver Friends. Keith and Andrea are always there when you need them! I love being able to watch my dogs on the cameras and they are always tuckered out when they come home from being boarded there. My Goldendoodle has some anxiety and he is always playing in the pools, playing with other dogs etc. It’s great to see! Highly recommend!

I dropped my dog off for a bath and deshedding. I came to pick him up and he was only bathed. I was told there was a loss on communication. Worst service and the place smells heavy of dog urine. I explained the situation just to be told that she didn't see it written down smh. When I called that was the only reason he was coming, for shedding!!! Very disappointed on how the issue was handled. She didn't even try to resolve or rectify the situation. I would not recommend!

Really fast and great nail trim

I have brought my dog in here multiple times and he usually comes back with cuts and the groomers dont even point them out to me or tell me i usually find them myself. another time I gave my dog in and they said they would call me when he was ready. After a couple of hours I still had not received a call so I went over. the store was locked and had to stand there and knock repeatedly to get their attention. when I got inside they wanted to over charge me for not responding because they had used an old phone number from their system. This was an understandable misunderstanding but they continued to want to charge me even though it was not my fault that they did not update the phone number in their system when i dropped of my dog. I had to argue and defend myself to not pay the overcharge fee

The BEST groomers in town!!! My pup was happy and cuter than ever!! The groomers make sure my pup was super super comfortable and the groomer that my pup doesn’t whine when walking into the shop!!

The staff was really patient and sweet when my dog got her nails clipped. Prices are reasonable so that’s a huge plus too.

Got both fur babies nails clipped at a great price $7 per trim! The owners are very friendly and are dogs did very well with them. Will definitely use this location from. Is on for grooming. They so boarding and daycare as well.

They are so quick! I have a 5lb poodle and everywhere else, it takes over 3 hours to groom her. Furever Friends can bath, trim and all the extras in 45 minutes.
