Honest, reliable and locally owned whom I have entrusted the handling of several dogs I have owned. I have referred many friends,family and co workers because you know they will handle your pet with compassion and care. Best in the business.

We have used this company for 2 of our pets in the past and will be using them in the future as well. They are very caring and understand how precious our pets are to us. I highly recommend them!

Heartbroken. I wanted a tuft of my dog's hair which I didn't have the foresight to clip myself. After several calls likely made before she had been cremated I never even got the decency of a phone call back. My baby had been cremated and there was obviously nothing that could be done. It was like losing her a second time.

I wish I could say I’ve had the experience y’all have, but I can’t get anyone to return a message, all I want to know is the status of my cat. 4 messages in 4 days and nothing. We have no recourse, my sons girlfriend is a wreck and I can’t an answer from anyone. We’re at their mercy, and it seems that they aren’t very merciful. I’ve never left a bad review for anything on my life, no matter how bad the service, but this service is worse than bad, it’s down right cruel.

Butch and Earl are beyond thoughtful, respectful and considerate for the surviving family and the lost family member. Their heart felt compassion is beyond words. I would never consider handing over a loved pet to anyone else. 5 stars is not enough.. Thanks guys.

I lost my kittie Torin of 19 years in July. I received the best service from Rainbow Bridge. They were prompt in picking him up and informative upon pick up of the cremation process. That helped to eased my mind. I highly recommend their services.

Butch was very sympathetic and polite while helping us deal with the loss if our beloved Kairi. He was compassionate when he came to pick her and and very sweet throughout the entire process. I am very thankful for his compassion during a very emotional time.

One of my precious dogs passed overnight on a Sunday. Even though it was a holiday weekend, they responded to me in a very short time, explaining options and sent someone to my home to pick up my beloved. It was of course a difficult time for me, but they were very kind and understanding. I wish I’d never have to use them again, but I guess it will happen in my love for dogs. Really great place. We just recently had a pet pass and they took care of our pet in the best way possible. We have used them before for other pets. It is the hardest day when a family friend passes and the staff know it. They aren't pushy and make sure every expectation is met.
