Staff are very polite and considerate, and the doctors know what they're doing. I've been taking my pet rabbit Oliver here for about 4 months now. My rabbit has had a lot of issues, out of both his and my control, but they have been taking great care of him. He has grown abscess' and tumors which all had to be removed through surgery, and we all know putting a beloved pet under is so nerve racking, but I've never been worried about him being sedated here which he has about 4 times now (his previous vet sedated him once and he went into cardiac arrest which was very scary). They have been with me every step of the way while trying to get my poor bun back on his feet. Dr. Lara, the exotic vet, is very knowledgeable and on top of things. I feel very comfortable with her as my vet. Though Dr. Pruett is not Oliver's primary vet since she does not specialize in exotics, she recently removed a tumor that grew within a week on my poor guy's chest when Dr. Lara was out of the country. Both the staff and vets are reliable, professional, and just overall great human beings. I definitely recommend this place for all your fur babies!

Left my lab to get some blood work done and picked her up after work. They did a wonderful job and were very helpful!

HIGHLY recommend this facility! We had someone recommend us this place last night as we we're trying to save our dogs life. We drove an hour and a half away, and they accepted us right away! Everyone there was so professional ,answered all our questions & treated our reveille with so much care. Dr.Lara was amazing, caring & professional. We are so glad we have found a great place to bring out pets from now on! Big thank you to this facility! With the help of the staff & Dr.Lara we get to spend many many more years with our girl.

Although my visit was a sad one, Dr. Lara and her staff made it as peaceful and loving as possible. The staff accomidated me as I rescheduled again and again because scheduling a euthanasia as an owner is not easy. They could've easily pushed me to do the expensive surgeries and medication, but they did what was best for my pet, not their pockets. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you for giving my rat Polly the best care and letting her pass peacefully. If I ever end up with rats again, I'll be sure you are their primary vet.

We've taken Boyd here since we first got him. He's been seen by both Dr. Pruett and Dr. Lara and we've been thrilled with his treatment. The techs are kind and knowledgeable and they always treat him like he's part of the family. We've never been pressured into treatment or purchases and any time we have questions or concerns they've been handled quickly and with grace. We strongly recommend Kingdom to anyone with a furry family member!

The place is very conveniently located. It was easy to schedule an appointment. When I arrived, the staff were very friendly and professional, and they treated the two kittens I took in very gently. They help BCS Spay, a local organization who assists with taking care of pets. I would definitely recommend their services!

We moved to BCS 4yrs ago and this was the first vet we went to. We have a B&G macaw and needed an avian vet as well as a clinic for all our other animals kids. We have been extremely pleased with how Animal Kingdom Hospital has been with all our animals and the customer service. From minor to major issues; can't think of anywhere else we'd go.

I went to kingdom animal hospital for the first time with my new puppy and they were so amazing! All of the staff was so nice and the really took care of my puppy!

Dr. Renee Lara and Dr. Alex Pruitt are exceptional Veterinarians. The staff is professional and courteous. And my babies (canine and feline) have all recieved the very best care in every area needed when needed which is important to me......and they all love their Dr's.

My family has been bringing our pets to Kingdom Animal Hospital for 20 years. We absolutely LOVE the team of caring vets and staff. We know they care about our pets and take very good care of them. My sister used to work there 20 years ago when she was going to vet school. They've recently have done renovations and spruced up the office! We brought our puppy Lagatha in for her vaccinations and spay during that time. But even when doing it they stayed open to care for the communities pets. Dr. Renee Lara and Dr. Alex Pruett are both extremely knowledgeable and good hearted people who will make you feel welcome and always happy to answer any questions you may have. Located in Bryan on villa maria rightacross from McDonald's and the Tejas center they are easy to find. You should check them out when you're in need of professional veterinary care, they also have a wide variety of essential medications like flea and tick prevention as well the vital heartworm . Kingdom Animal Hospital is #1 in my book. Dr Lara and Dr Pruett are the best vets I have ever used. Always willing to answer my questions and they always give me the best advice. Kingdom Animal Hospital has extremely good customer service. We use Kingdom for there reproductive services. They are extremely skilled in this area. I highly recommend Kingdom Animal Hosptial.

This was a little while back, but I still feel like they need a pat on the back for staying open late on a Saturday to save my kitten’s life. They were kind, and gave me many more years to spend with my wonderful boy. I really wish I could remember more about that day to give more details, but frankly I was just a panicked mess. Obviously they helped keep me calm on top of save Bodhidoka’s life. Thanks guys, I hope you are prospering.

Very expensive but vet care is excellent

Over the years, I have been to many vet clinics. They have all been fine for routine exams, shots, etc. and Kingdom is no exception. The staff is friendly and professional, the vets are excellent. They are vets who are active with their own dogs in different venues. What I really love about Kingdom is that they listen and show true concern for my dogs. When I have a problem, they will work my dog in. They will still take emergencies for their clients, instead of expecting them to go to an ER with a vet they've never met.

This vet clinic is wonderful, the vets & the staff are all so helpful & nice. Dr Lara has been my vet for over 30 years & I have been so pleased with her expertise & level of care she has consistently given to my dogs over this time. Dr Pruitt does the same and we have seen her a few times.also. I love the way after hours vet care is available to all established clients . We ate very lucky to have this vet clinic in our area

I have been a customer at Kingdom for years. I have in the past felt confident I was getting proper and thorough care. This past year I lost one of my animals due to a misdiagnosis of a common disease. While I was disappointed that it wasn't caught, I felt that it was just a mistake. I have been back several times since with several different kinds of animals and in each occurrence I was given the wrong diagnosis and ineffective treatment. After going to another Vet in town and getting very effective treatments across the board on all of my animals that I had brought into Kingdom in the past, I have to question the thoroughness and capabilities of the staff. I will not be going back for any reason and I have to caution anyone else from continuing to do business here. Whatever they used to be, they are no longer.
