Thanks for your help, and urgency of getting our pets in on time, I've been able to get 2 separate appointments, within the last 2 weeks, when other places will tell 3 weeks out without even hearing you out, Great Job Guys

This is not my first time going to this veterinarian, but it's definitely just one more pleasant and positive experience to add to the list. The staff are very friendly and professional. Also they seem to have a passion for animals which to me is a necessity when I take my pet to any veterinarian. Also about six months ago I brought my dog who was dying at the time, and they performed surgery on my dogs which is still alive to this day.

Dr. Maza and the staff here are wonderful. They took great care of my rescue dog.

Good service, Great price. Was a little annoyed that I was there for 2 hours. The Dr. and technicians care a lot about what they do and how they help people. 5 stars for service and hospitality. The 4 stars is just because the long wait.

We've taken our husky to Companion Animal Hospital for years. The staff is always friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. A+

Took my pup to board for the night /day so he wouldn’t stay home alone. They offered to bath him, I said yes not thinking anything of it. Picked him up didn’t inspect him as I trusted them to care for him. The next day notice he did not want to step on one of his paws. Thought since they trimmed/filed his nails they were sensitive. Then noticed all his nails were filed but one , was long and cracked causing pain when he would hit his paw. They didn’t take responsibility and fail to communicate, what they did or what happened during his stay. They just wanted him out. Said my dog is hyper, aggressive and could have happened anywhere. As professionals they should be used to all kinds of breeds and know there traits and how to attend to each different one. Inspect your pets before leaving the facility a lesson learned.

Lady very Rude and no love for sick animals....

If I could give this place a zero I would. I came home yesterday and my baby chihuahua was very ill. We didn't know what was wrong. I called the lady crying asking if someone can see my baby as an emergency. She was rude, said no walk in and the next appt was in two weeks. My baby is gone, she died in my arms on our way to mcallen the only hospital that takes sick pets. Do yourself a favor and drive to mcallen and find a better vet. This place and most of the vets in this town don't care about your pet.

The receptionist is rude, they are not an "Animal hospital" at all just a standard vet. They don't take walk ins and even in an emergency they will tell you to drive an hour to McAllen.

I never thought l would feel comfortable allowing anyone to care for my rabbit Ivory. But I have to say that that the love and care you have shown my baby is greatly appreciated. I thank you from the bottom of my heart????????

Called in as emergency. Told the my kitten was dying.... asked me if I wanted to make an appointment for next week. Lost faith in this place.

It is so sad that they don't take any more new pets for appointments. I have a hedgehog and our vet retired last year and he needs an appointment. The lady was so rude and in a very bad mood.

Very caring staff. Fast service. Will recommend this place.

Won't give me test report so I can take to another vet.. 2nd OPINION. High priced also.

Love this place all 3 fur babies get treated here.

Two stars because there was no wait time and facility was clean. DO NOT take your rabbits to this facility. The one vet who services exotics including rabbits does not know how to handle rabbits and prescribed ear medication without looking. If anyone knows of a rabbit savvy vet in the valley, please let me know.

Good place a little bit pricey but they are willing to work with you. Take great care of the pets. Now because of COvid no one is allowed in the building they will come to you while you wait in your car. Walk Ins are no longer available must call before hand.

Took my dog Marley yesterday for his second visit for follow up shots ect .the staff was good at providing me information on what I was paying for and the benefits for my dog .The staff is great .they trimmed his nails nice .over all it was an easy fast process .will be taking him for all his vaccinations.

I called this place.this morning if they can see my cat, that I had an emergency cause he was having trouble breathing and wouldn't walk... the lady who answered said "it's by appointment only and we have no space." Thank you for rejecting my baby Companion Animal Hospital, Weekend Vet took him in as soon as they opened their doors, sadly, my cat just passed away an hour ago. I will not even bother contacting you in the future.
