Disappointing experience. I took my pug who is suffering from a severe rash around his neck & the Dr. response is "how did this happen"... clearly this is why I am visiting the vet, because I have no idea what is happening. There was no reassurance that his rash will get better. They take your pet away from you to "check them out" and come back with a quote to what they need. The vet tech was absolutely not helpful and the Dr. only spent if anything a minute or less talking to me about my pug's issue. This was a business transaction for them and nothing more. I left feeling dissatisfied and even more worried than I was before. I have no idea what my pug is suffering from and now he has two shots in which I am not feeling very confident about. I wish I could recommend a better vet, but this is why I tried this Hospital out in hopes to find a caring, compassionate and PATIENT vet and did not. Brownsville needs better vets for our fur babies.

The staff was super nice and friendly. I didn't like that I could not go in with my pet to see the vet, so I never got to meet the veterinarian.

A caring and compassionate staff, combined with professionalism make for good outcomes for your best friends.

I love the care they express towards the animals, and that they offer walk- ins.

Don't take your dog here I took my puppy that was sick and instead of checking him they just gave him his vaccines when they weren't supposed to because he was sick and I had to end up putting down my baby and on top of that my older dog got sick and I had to put him down too don't waste your time all they want is money !

Mr. GOMEZ The best doctor ever Bella love u! Staff is very friendly very carrie about your pet. Always ready to help u and answer any questions u may have. Over all very caring staff an very nice. We love them all! ❤

Been coming here for over 15 years with 2 different pets. Great staff. Helpful and thoughtful Pets are family and these people get it. Limited parking but it's ok if you get there with time. They're the best in town. Highly recommend. 5 stars mang!

Good little expensive but it's good

Very unprofessional and no compassion towards animals in it for the money... Sad but don't recommend this place. Would leave 0 Stars but one is required.

They are one of the few places that takes in walk ins for emergencies, and they are so nice! So thorough, friendly, careful, helped us fast, and my baby is feeling so much better now. Definitely recommend!

Stopped by to pick up flea and tick pill for my german shepherd. Very friendly staff. Set up an appointment to get her a trim on her hair later on this month.

In the end I had a sad experience. The Personnel including the doctor were helpful. Considerate due to the nature of my situation. I thank them wholeheartedly. It is a place one can depend on. My visit was June 15th. They supported me in a rough moment.

My little Bear is feeling much better because her vet cares.

They still required masks. The care is great and the people are caring. I forgot my cats rabies certificate but they accepted a pic that my husband sent me. Very reasonable pricing for bail trimming.

Pricey and I left after waiting forever.

Excellent service. The technicians are wonderful with my little Chihuahua and they always accommodate my appointments.

Didn’t explain to much what was up with my pup. And they separated us so she can get her shots and the dr never came into the room.

Great customer service to both pet and pet owner.

Staff is caring & professional. We found an injured cat whose leg had become disconnected from hip. Vet treated & recommended therapist. Also gave us a “good samaritan discount” for helping this homeless ketteh. He’s still not ours but he comes around regularly to say ‘hey’. We now take our cats here.

They did not care for a dying dog because it was almost closing time. My poor pup needed some IV to maybe have a chance at survival. 45and change later they tell me my pup was running a high fever and possibly would not make it over night. Thanks! I'd give a negative star if I could.

Staff very friendly and corteous. Have not met the veterinarian personally due to pandemic. I really wish they would take emergency cases.

The whole staff is friendly and professional. We are always greeted by name when we walk in. I have been taking all my dogs there for years and whenever we go for whatever reason, within 2-3 days we always receive a follow up phone call. Dr. Gomez is always very thorough and takes the time to explain what is happening.
