This was the best experience I've ever had at a dog groomer! The ladies were so kind inviting and explained everything that happened in detail so that I wasn't in the dark. Their prices are very reasonable and they're very kind with the animals. I know you go to some places and you know it's just a paycheck but these people actually care about animals and my dog cuz you can always tell about dogs demeanor when they're around someone and he was so happy to be there and visit with the other animals and visit with the ladies and I'm so pleased so five stars if I can give you 10 I would! Thank you!

Groomer did very well with Jojo.

My girl came out fresh clean and soft. We brought Ruby in because she kinda stank and she needed a deshedding treatment. I will be going back.

We took our Yorkie and Terrier in for cuts. This is the third time we've used them and they did a great job each time. The groomer heard me when I described the particular way I wanted the Yorkie's hair and was very helpful when I had no idea how to cut the Terrier's hair.

My jo jo loves going to visit and getting all the attention. And looks awesome. If he likes it I know that the ladies are good to him and that worth everything to me.

This is THE worst experience I have ever had when taking my yorkies to be groomed. I have taken them to over 5 different groomers and have never once been so disappointed. I took my 2 and a half pound and four pound yorkies in and asked to have their hair and nails trimmed just a tad. It's starting to get cold so I did to want all their hair cut off. I also asked Carolyn to cut my female yorkies hair around her head just like a picture I showed her and she agreed. I came back and they both had no hair, my two and a half pound yorkie was SCREAMING like a child when I walked through the door and Carolyn jumped up and looked at me with a shocked expression on her face. The females hair was not cut at all like the picture. When I asked where my female dog was she explained that she was in a dryer somewhere, where they stick the dogs in a machine to be dried. My male dog now has been squinting one of his eyes for the past two days and now has to make a trip to the vet. Both my dogs have been traumatized because of this experience. PLEASE BE AWARE OF WHERE YOU LEAVE YOUR DOGS. I do not want anyone else to go through what my dogs and I are.

These ladies always make our yorkie look his best when we bring him in with very unkempt hair. I always try to recommend them!
