They are very friendly and professional. I was supper happy when they told me that I could drop off my dog and pick him up after work. That way, I didn't have to miss a day of work. The doctor called me after he examined my dog and gave me his observations. This is the first time that I have this type of service. Thanks ????

Dr. Rockey and Darrell were so great with my two cats. They were swift snd skillful which helped them stay at ease. Dr. Rockey was helpful at explaining treatment recommendations. The front desk staff was super helpful with scheduling and check out as well!

My cat was not feeling well. They got me in to see a doctor the next day. She is doing better.

I’ve been going here for 12 years. I love Dr. Panko but his staff up front isn’t knowledgeable and are very unorganized and not helpful.

My little 5-month old Yorkie had his final Lepto and parvo shot today. Although Dr Panko gave him some pain med before administering the vaccination, Carbon did not feel well and was very tender when we got home. I called back later in the day and Jessica noted all my concerns for my baby and got with Dr Panko for further help. They called back that I could pick up some meds with all the instructions. He felt much better after the first dose. Thank you for taking the extra step to help Carbon today. I have been going there 17 years and I drive 30 miles to see them because I trust them totally with my dogs. Love the friendly staff!

You are asked to make an appointment before you can visit but they do not keep their time commitment. Can be pricey.

Veterinarians are above average and theyre priced that way

Paris is allergic to something here in Brenham. I was able to get her an appointment and treatment quickly and the Vet and staff took great care of her.

Everyone is always very friendly here. Anytime I need my animals checked out, this is where I go. They are always very kind and supportive when I had some tough choices to make with my furbabies.

Outstanding customer service. Dr. Panko has met me three times this weekend to take care of my goats. He truly cares about the animals he treats.

I’ve always taken my animals here. When we had to put our dog down they were extremely professional and kind. They understood that our dog was a family member. We did the cremation through this hospital as well. They have always made time for us and our animals. Treating our family members with excellent care.

I haven’t been to the place myself but I did try calling on Sunday, which I knew they’d be closed but I was hoping to get some info. The lady was rude. If someone is trying to get info for their pet, don’t be rude about it. Really need to get someone that is more friendly towards y’all’s customers.

The absolute best, my dog isn't really used to people, but he was treated in such a caring manner that it put him at ease. They're the real life dog whisperers!

The ladies here took such good care of my kitty when he got fixed, I was nervous for him while I was dropping him off, our kitties are our babies, but they put me to ease, they took amazing care of him and let me know when he was out of surgery and how he was doing. They are amazingly awesome. I'm going to have a hard time trusting anyone else with my kitties if I ever have to use someone else. I'd give them 10 stars if I could ????

Staff and doctors both always take the best care of our furry family members. I wouldn't trust anyone else with their care as much as I do BVH.

Staff and drs are very responsive and helpful--they were kind and sweet with my pet. The scripts were a little expensive, thus the 4star.

A little pricey when it came to getting shots and meds, but Dr. Burbridge was helpful with finding out what was wrong with my cat, Nessie.
