I took my puppy, Codigo, in for her shots. Every one there was very nice and we didn’t have to wait. The doctor checked out Codigo and answered all my questions. They were very thorough and I will be going back for her next shots. Prices were very reasonable and I would highly recommend them.

Dr Meier has been our vet ever since Argus was 8 weeks old. We have long since moved from south bossier but still come back for check up appts. The whole team there is full of love and kindness. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality care with that extra touch

Our dog Willie is very ill. JDAH was quick to see and treat him. Dr. Meier and the entire staff were extremely courteous and kind. They took the time to explain the problems and remedies. If you are in need of a Vet, come here. Update on 8/6/2020: Sadly we had another sick doggy that we had to put down. Dr. Meier did his best to save her, but it wasn't to be. He is hands down the most compassionate Veterinarian around. Still, I was disappointed that he thought Admiral Raddus was Admiral Ackbar. I reckon nobody's 100% perfect.

I took my dog to this veterinary hospital because he had the beginning of what seemed to be an ear infection. He is a rescue dog and can be very aggressive towards other dogs. I let them know that ahead of time and they accommodated to my dogs temperament and even wrote down the contact information of dog trainers in the area that specialize with dog aggression. Throughout the visit, they were compassionate, informative, and very attentive to my dogs needs. They were also very easy to talk to and explained things in a way I could easily understand. I was also very pleasantly surprised by the total cost of the visit. I will definitely be returning to this location for anything my dog needs in the future!

They have surprisingly reasonable prices compared to some other clinics. They were very kind to us and our dogs. Even when we lost one of our pups to cancer, they sent us inks of her little paw prints and her sweet nose. We will take all our animals there.

We took our kitten here to get spayed. Not only did they not give us a reliable cone, but they gave us absolutely no information on what to do once we got home. Of course, I researched that all myself. A few days after the surgery, we realized she got to her stitches and we took her back to be re-stitched and went on our merry way with a new cone that we had purchased to ensure that she did not open them again. We watched her like a hawk with a pet camera, she was secluded from our other cat the entire time, and we know 100% for sure that she didn't get to those new stitches again. So 2 days later when we woke up to see that her stitches were miraculously open again (see photo), of course we took her back thinking we had done something wrong. We did not. Dr. Hable informed us that he had stitched together DEAD TISSUE and there was "just no way of knowing." He claims that all the textbooks say that this can happen and we don't think he's lying, but don't you think that's some information you want to tell your pet parents so that they can be prepared? And if it's YOUR fault that you stitched together DEAD TISSUE, don't you think you shouldn't be charging your pet parents for something completely out of their control? Many people that I've talked to say that their vet will fix a pulled stitch for free, because they're animals and it's expected that they will rip a stitch. The spaying itself was $378, the fixing of the stitches the first time (when he stitched dead tissue) was $270 and to fix WHAT HE MESSED UP was $330. All for a grand total of $978. Not to mention we had to take her to another vet because the antibiotics they gave her were not broad spectrum and she got an infection. I will never take my animals here again and I caution anyone that is thinking about it. They are in it for the money and they don't care about the well being of their pet patients or their pet parents.
