Great place! Kind and caring staff.

For many years I've driven an hour round trip to Bergheim Pet Hospital & Clinic. I am so appreciative of their entire team that takes great loving care of my two dachshunds, Charlie and Bandit.

Bentley is a Year old West Highland Terrier. He is a double handful. This is the second time we have had him groomed here and even though it is a twenty minute drive for us each way, we will be back. The groomer did a fantastic job on him, the staff from the receptionist to the techs, to the groomer were polite, knowledgeable and friendly.

My dog was licking her paws raw and needed to go to the vet, I called my regular vet but they were unavailable so I called bergheim and though I couldn’t get an appointment at a time that worked for me they mentioned they had a drop off appointments they could do that way my dog could get care without me being present. This really helped me out with convenience. They took great care of my pup and I noticed she had a much better mood after being seen by them, I will probably be making them her regular vet. ????

My wife and I accompanied our 140-lb German Shepard, Sam; after being highly recommended. We were both very very pleased at the professionalism, thorough examination, and treatment Sam received. Secondly, the friendliness by every one at the Bergheim Annimal Hospital engenders a feeling of being welcomed into a family friendly atmosphere -- We could not be happier. A big thank you! P.S. I failed to mention we drove from New Braunfels, at the recommendation of our daughter.

Everyone you come in contact with at Bergheim Pet Hospital is extremely caring and courteous. They know your pet by name and they are very attentive to any concerns you may have. I drive from San Antonio just because they are so good.

The staff is always so accommodating to my pet. They are professional and understanding. The docs are always spot on with any diagnosis etc. Highly recommend! And they don't price gouge! Everything is up front and personal.

Kind, and great listeners. Our dog was "in love" with his groomer and we were extremely pleased with the overall care and concern.

Bergheim Pet Hospital staff was very friendly and helpful. The vet spayed a feral cat for me and cared for her like she was a beloved pet. I definitely recommend this clinic!

Very caring staff. I felt like they treated my fur babies like they were their own. I didn't want to give a whole bunch of shots/testing on my indoor babies (one is 15) and travel. Staff was very understanding and did not "shame" me for opting out. They were also so compassionate when my oldest dog (16y.o.) needed end of life care. My girl couldn't hold on for the appointment and it I had to go to another facility over the weekend. I called to let them know to cancel her appointment. A few days later I received the sweetest sympathy card from the staff. 10/10 recommend.

Absolutely phenomenal staff, had an appointment for my DDR German Shepherd to get his second round of shots as well as get microchipped, and he was very well taken care of. We got started on a heart worm and flea and tick preventative. Great prices, super knowledgeable staff, and they sure do love him. We will be back again!

Excellent In Every Way: Great Doctors; Great Staff; Great Boarding/Kennel personnel. Bergheim Pet Hospital provides loving, professional and knowledgeable Vet services at very fair prices. In a word, they are The Best. I highly recommend them and plan to stay forever. Our cat Smokey agrees!!

Dr. Fradkin is the finest veterinarian I have ever found. I've had dogs in my care for more than 50 years and Bergheim Pet Hospital & Clinic is the best. They helped me and my black Lab, Missy, through her senior years, and her passing, with empathy and compassion. Now they delight in meeting and caring for our miniature long haired dachshund puppy, Maggie. Oh, and they are very, very good at what they do.

Employees treat our dogs like royalty. Our dogs love it there .. the grooming services are great; boarding is great; vet service is awesome...

The absolute best!.....we are not full time residents of the area but take our dog to Misty every time we are in town.

My puppy (Bentley) had diarrhea. It was late Friday afternoon. I called the clinic and they were supper nice to see him and give appropriate meds. He is doing good. Thank you for seeing him on such a short notice. Dr. Gladman and her assistants were very nice. I definitely recommend this clinic.

My cat was very congested for the past 2 weeks and finally needed an appt immediately. Due to the Coronavirus I dropped my cat off and in 4 hours got a great report that he was ready to be released. Double antibiotics did the trick. The assistant came out with our cat and discussed the treatment. I was very pleased. I thought our cat had severe lung problems at age 10....but he's home and happy with our other 2 cats and dog. Happy family, happy pets..... Ann Boies
