I love this vet! Every time I call with questions, the lady who answers the phone, has no problem answering. She gives me helpful advice every single time! I remember when I first was searching for a vet, I had just rescued this kitten (1st time cat owner had no idea what to do). No other vet had time or even seemed concerned to ask what was wrong. When I finally made it to their contact on google, I was crying my eyes out worried about this newly born kitten. Even though they couldn’t take walk-ins, she scheduled me that afternoon and I was just relieved right then and there. The doctor always comes out and talks to me with more helpful tips. I really do appreciate the help, I really do! I totally recommend ❤️

They took great care of my 9 wks Hehe. Get him vaccinated, health examined and even hair cut. The whole process we wait in the parking lot, and it’s done! Really love this place and would like to recommend to my friends.

We love this place. It was not nearly as expensive as we thought it would be. They clipped my dogs nails without clipping the click. They diagnosed her and gave us her meds with quick time and my dog is already ten times better! I highly recommend this vet. They got us in for an appt with only 2 days notice which is incredible compared to others who wanted us to wait a month. They picked my dog up from our car and we just sat and waited, went and got a drink, and came back and she was ready! Staff was extremely friendly and my dog was loved and cared for 100%.

My family has been going here for multiple generations of both pets and owners. Both Dr. Von Eiff and Dr. Silberman are great vets! They really care about getting to know my pets and making sure they are comfortable and feel safe, while providing excellent care. I trust them to take care of my pets like I would. And Tina at the front desk is absolutely incredible. She is SO HELPFUL and kind. She's patient, informative and constantly demonstrating her love of all the animals that come in. She is reliable and an absolute pleasure. I completely trust her with my pets. I really, really love this clinic.

Tina makes it so easy for me to drop off Smokey. Overall, the process for simple and easy. Cheerful people who love their jobs and care about your pets and customers.

I've been bringing my dogs here for a few years, even after we moved across town. We love Dr. Silberman, he's very knowledgeable and clearly loves animals. All the staff is friendly and efficient. We love it here!

Great service and price is very good

The folks here are very friendly and caring. When I brought my dad’s dog in after my mother passed away, they were able to bring him up to date on missed shots and provide advice for helping him integrate in to our family of two dogs and two cats.

All they wanted was to get money from me. $250 and some incorrect meds and they told me it would cost a lot more to fix the infection in my pups ears. B.S. I took them back out to Fayette county vet's in La Grange Texas and $215 plus the right needs and showing me how to do it and a week later, no more ear infection. I've always said this very is bad and all those who don't think so are blind.

My experience here was awful. The only "good" part of it all was driving away with my new baby girl. The only person and I mean the only person who even remotely helpful was the young lady who handled the animals. She was helpful,kind and answered whatever questions I had unlike the front staff. The front staff were atrocious. Not only did it seem like I was just a bother, along with everyone else who needed help, but it just seemed like everyone at the front didnt give a s*** and were just collecting paychecks. They would not work with me at all on my extremely limited time table, since my new baby girl needed to be spayed, I couldnt take her home on the only day I off I had that week. To me this seems crazy, but I wasn't informed that i only had 2 days to pick her up from her spay date till AFTER I had already paid for her. I was made to wait at the front desk while the front girl, just took her time walking around talking to people and petting animals(cant blame her there) when she HAD to step out and find someone before helping the line of people. My dog on the other hand i feel sorry for. Whoever did her spay surgery did such a horrible job at it, you could tell just by sight that whoever did, did not care at all. She had awful razor burns and then hematoma around her incision. I'm torn between telling people to not come here because of the service and lack of sh*ts given, BUT the buildings in which the animals are kept and very good. Among the best I had seen. I just with the staff didnt suck. And screw the doctor who did my dogs surgery.

Dr Silberman and his staff are exceptional. They treat all of our pets, 3 dogs and a cat. Visits are always quick and efficient as they don't overbook themselves. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a family vet that cares. I've always found their pricing to be very reasonable as well.

UNCARING AND VERY EXPENSIVE When I moved to the city from Sugar Land I had to look for a new vet. I began bringing my sweet Cici here. I had never had any issues with this Vet until last month. My dog was diagnosed with diabetes. They kept her for a week and a day. They told me the dosage of insulin to give her. It has been a month and a half and my sweet cici has passed. She began suffering from seizures. I called the Vet at 5 in the afternoon he wasn't there but I left a message with the front desk about what was going on. I took her to the ER immediately since they couldn't help me. ER told me her glucose was at 696 when it should be at 150-200. My vet never told me to follow up or to check her glucose at home. I had never and a diabetic pet so I never knew what the proper steps for this was. The 2 ER vets I spoke with were shocked that they didn't tell me to go in for follow ups every week or 2 weeks to get her on the right dosage of insulin and regulated. I picked her up from the ER and took her to another vet the next day she was only getting worst. I told him everything that was going on as well as the Vet tech and they couldn't believe she hadn't been getting her glucose checked regularly. Cici was not going to get better. Her seizures were happening more frequently and whether the diabetes was partly or factor; I will never know. What I do know is that SWAC took my money (VERY EXPENSIVE) and didn't thoroughly explain the proper steps to get Cici regulated. I do not recommend this vet. The staff and Vet where I took to put her down were very kind and caring. I highly recommend. I heard about them through other people who take their pets there and they've never had any issues. We love these folks. Their bedside manner is really tops. Our old cat has fought with every vet she's ever been too--in general she has to be sedated for even minor procedures. That hasn't happened since finding Dr. Von Eiff. All the staff is super caring and compassionate and we would never go anywhere else.
