CityVet - Mid-Cities Bedford, Texas

We have been using this practice for 4 years now and have always found the staff to be exceptionally polite and professional. Our kitties always get treated gently and with kindness. Overall a fantastic service at a very reasonable price.

I have been a client of Dr. Neely since 2007. I can honestly say, he is the best Veterinarian in the Metroplex. I like his compassion for the animal patients and their owners. He’s direct, honest, knows his craft and understanding.

I can't say enough good things about CityVet-Mid-Cities. We started going there the 2nd week it was open and met Dr. Neely. He is an amazing, caring, compassionate vet, and human being. He cared for our old girls and he was the last one they saw before crossing the rainbow bridge at the ripe old age of 17 & 18. Then we got to know Dr. Johnson with our older Shih Tzu-Giz. He is equally as amazing as Dr. Neely. I love the way they explain every scenario to you and all possible treatment options. As someone said in the comments, they care about your pet more than shoving medicine and unnecessary treatment for the money. I honestly think we have seen every veterinarian there and have NEVER had a bad experience. So thank you CityVet for bringing on such amazing people to care for our pets! Thank you Dr. Neely for always caring for everyone and their pet that comes in that door. Thank you Dr. Johnson, for not judging me when I cry because my little guy is in pain and thank you for your comfort and compassion. You truly are the best! MORGAN & Sarah, What would we do with out you? I mention them by name because they have been with us through EVERYTHING with our dogs. But really, the entire staff there is amazing. We tried to take Giz to another groomer for a while and we just won't do that again. Shay just makes him look so handsome. :) Thank you all.

The everyone of the staff members are efficient, helpful, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and understanding. They show compassion and kindness to our pets. Dr. Johnson gave us hope and relief seeing just two of our pets. We are so thankful we were recommended City Vet.

I took my belgian shepherd in and was delighted with the staff, their attention given to the dogs, amd most amazingly, THE PRICES!! Kaylie was exceptionally sweet!

The staff is fantastic. They truly do care about the animals that come in. Dr Johnson has been quite informative about our Willow and Kat is the one tech she (Willow) will call down for. Willow is a blue and red geels

I went to take my dog in to see Dr Neely for the first time today and I was impressed by his knowledge and the support staff as well. Dr Neely made my dog feel very comfortable in his care. The whole facility is beautiful, new, and very clean.

A great place to buy Taste Of The Wild food. I also like Dr Neely as a person. If you knew my experience with vets that would really be saying something. I have one caveat: I have witnessed multiple incidents of the grooming team doing unsafe things such as putting a grooming loop on a cat neck or walking away from the table when they have a dog on it with a grooming loop on the neck.

From the moment I walked in to the time I left I cannot say enough about CityVet - Mid Cities. Dr. Neely is the kindest man who spends time with you talking and explaining whatever you need! Everyone on staff was kind, happy and inviting! Thank you Dr. Neely - you clearly set the tone for the clinic and have done an outstanding job! So glad to call this my new home for my furry children!

Grooming so so. Expensive

I needed a heartworm test for my Dachshund Poppy to get another six months of heartworm meds at a discount with Chewy's . They got him in that afternoon, the vet tech gave him his test, and all went well. Thankyou . Rick P.

Always a positive experience with the friendly and caring staff-

Super fast service. Everyone was so nice! This was my first experience with a vet and I was nervous and had lots of questions. Dr. Neely was so kind and relaxing. He answered every single one of my questions and never made me feel like he was rushing to the next patient. I'm so pleased.
