When I arrived, there was a sick lethargic cat in the store front. This was verified by an employee. When I came to pick up my cats two weeks later, the place smelled like a used litter box. I've used this facility to board my cats for over 7 years...never again. When I told the owner I was disappointed in the way things were, she was not surprised and acted defensive and unapologetic.

Went for my cats first nail trim here. Gentleman was very kind and we were in and out quickly. They did a great job.

The service was good and Coco's nails look great but something else happened while I was there that makes me not want to take my kitty back ever again Update: Cats Unlimited personally called me to address my concern and offered to help with that issue. Maybe it isn't anyone's fault just one of those things in life that happen but I appreciate that they care so much. Thank you Cats Unlimited.

Just discovered them! Wish I had known sooner. So sweet and took great care of our 17-year-old rag doll cat. She had several mats, as she isn’t able to groom herself so well anymore. She received a lion cut, and they were wonderful with her. I’ll definitely be back!

They made it easy to adopt my lil dude. He's happy as a kid in a candy store.

I love this place!! I take my cat (NoNo) here to get a lion cut...she's a Ragdoll mix. Even though they're a little pricey, they do an excellent job!! I love that it's a cats-only place because NoNo gets scared around dogs. So it's definitely worth the drive and the money!!!

We will never go back. Appointment was scheduled for noon for a lion cut and we didn't get him back until 5. They said he wouldn't cooperate. I'm sure the reason he didn't cooperate was due to them shaving off the tips of his nipples. Legs were uneven.

Your cat will come out looking like the movie star they are! Are you uncertain about whether or not you like cats? Then come visit one of the cats/kittens available for adoption. They'll make you see how amazing cats can be!

My vet stopped offering grooming service due to groomer relocating. So I found this place on Google. I'm not a fan of the lion cut. I wanted her hair cut even all over as low as possible and was suggested the lion cut. Bella has allergies so the less hair the better. I can tell she did not have a wash nor shampoo. Her previous groomer & petsmart you could tell by the smell & the shine of her fur that she was washed. I will give them another try. The wait time is about 3 hours and for the price I'd like for her to get the full treatment ( shampoo ) which comes with the $79 plus tax. I'm wondering what the short hair grooming offers if shaving is excluded

We love shopping with Cats Unlimited, we have all of our kids furniture built by them. Minnie just loves sunbathing in one of the round beds!

I took my cat who had bad mats. She came out mat free and smelling awesome. Ready to schedule my other cat.

Just AWFUL customer service. I’d say do it yourself, or go SOMEWHERE ELSE. Place smells terrible. I understand they groom, but should it smell that way? My, my just terrible all around.. Save your money.

I discovered this store several years ago completely by accident. I found this to be a great store with friendly staff. It is evident in everything they do how much they love cats. I have been coming back on a near weekly basis ever since for the past 7 years at least.

My little Leo got a beautiful haircut. It's called a lion's mane. He was severely matted and uncomfortable. Now he's happy and feeling better. He is too cute.

I love this place. I took my cat in to have her nails clipped and was amazed that i was there maybe 10 minutes. They were great with Nala. This is definitely my new home for her grooming needs!!

My cat was returned very well groomed and surprisingly calm. I had some extra questions and requests that were provided without any hesitation. The prices are good. Definitely recommend!

Great place. Good cat people. Besides bath and grooming also do boarding and will do house visits while away. Highly recommended.

Original (February 11, 2018) It's so hard to find quality, cat-only grooming places in the area! Cats Unlimited took amazing care of my cat and groomed her well. Nail and sanitary trim was well done. She smells so good after her bath and I can tell it was a good experience for my cat, despite it being her first time, because she came home happy and content. I would definitely recommend this place to other cat owners! Update/Edit (January 4, 2021): (I got an email saying that this review has a lot of views, so I wanted to update after all this time.) I started coming here over two years ago, and I still send my cat here a few times a year for grooming/nail trim/etc. I still go here and no other place because of how well they treat my cat and the quality of service every single time. They had moved some months ago to a bigger/nicer place around the block, and even with COVID safety precautions, everything is just as good as when I first came here.

Nice place cat food a bit expensive. Needs more coupons.

They do a great job of grooming cats, even ones that aren't used to getting groomed.
