We love the place and our pup absolutely loves going!

They took amazing care of my dog before he died; my boy LOVED coming here! He couldn’t wait to get to daycare and would wait at the door in the mornings to leave. When my dog died unexpectedly, the staff sent flowers to my home. They are really great and I will absolutely bring my next dog here.

Mrs. Cheri the groomer is awesome! My dog Zeek is a rescue had been abused and new to being groomed. She was so patient with him! I definitely recommend using her!

Planet K9 has been an absolute life saver. My dog, Reese, has a blast every time she goes to daycare, and I know I can trust them with boarding. Reese takes off running to the door as soon as I open the car door, so I know she’s happy to be there!

We use planet canine for grooming and have always been happy! Great price, great cuts and they get them done in a very reasonable amount of time. Pup always comes back smelling great and super happy!

The staff is so friendly and they take care of my big boy. As soon as I tell him we are going to daycare he can hardly contain his excitement. He loves going to play with his friends and they always do fun stuff for holidays.

We are so glad we found Planet Canine for our dog, Gunner. Our 2 yo golden retriever always comes home tired, but more importantly, he comes home healthy (no kennel cough or ear infections like at other places). We also love the staff. They are responsible and happy to give him his daily medicine. Their rates are great and they always seem to have openings, even around holidays, which was a lifesaver this Christmas! Would highly recommend to any dog lover.

The pups loved playing all day and snoozing on the couches at naptime. I like that Planet K9 posts pictures on Facebook so I can see how much fun the pups are having. Can't wait to go back!

My dog absolutely loves it here. She attends daycare. She is excited everytime we pull up and can't get inside fast enough. It is also a huge convenience for us since we work long hours. Planet canine has improved the quality of life for my dog and given me peace of mind.

Loved this place. They are all so nice to the dogs, they play all day outside all together (amazing). Obviously they have an evaluation to see if the dog is nice to other dogs and they can also hang out inside with AC, they have a sofa for the dogs haha they have pool parties all day. I recommend, love it!

Logistically, they are a nightmare. Trying to make appointments has always been a hassle. BUT, they give really good haircuts.

I’ve been taking my pets to be groomed there for about 6-8 months. The last 3 times I’ve experienced some changes that have gone on with this establishment. The first was my dog was butchered due to miscommunication and I went back for another cut because I was promised it wouldn’t be like that again. Next go around was pleased with the cut but coming in to pick up pets, making payment and pricing went up without notice. And yes I had to pay it regardless since they were already groomed. The third time, they want to charge for leaving your pet there longer, than when they are actually completed with the pet. For example, you work an 8-5 job commonly, if you don’t pick your pet up within two hours of them calling you when they are finished then you will be charged a fee for boarding them. Never in my life with any groomers has this ever been an issue. I’m a working women from 8-5 and I am unable to pick them up when they call until I get off from work. So on top of the $50 grooming charge, it’s $12.50 more per pet. On top of that my newly 5 month old puppy went in for a feet, face, and tail, she came home acting strange, slept for about 3 hours and had a case of diarrhea then slept another two. Ultimately thinking I was going to have to bring her to the emergency vet because of her young age and having a puppy with diarrhea is scary. So no telling what she was treated with while she was there or got into. Or if they give treats to their pets which I don’t believe anyone should do unless asked first. Who knows? All I’m saying is that she had whole bowel movements up until the grooming and now a day afterwards. If they are going to nickel and dime everyone that comes there then they will lose business, like my 3 babies. My grandmother also used them for boarding while on a vacation to Florida, her animals are completely taken care of and UTD on all immunizations etc since they of course require these things to use their services (no biggie) and they called because the dog “coughed”.. 9 hours away having to deal with a non sick dog. Asking a friend to come pick her up and take care of her for a week and inconvenienced them to say the least. She was checked by a vet mind you and nothing was wrong. Maybe a different approach by isolating the dog and kenneling her would have been their best bet because my family loves their pets and money is not an object. I will not be back to this establishment. I’ve called PetSmart and they will keep your pet until 9pm no charge. And they charge by the breed and not a straight fee across the board. I appreciate the grooming efforts and hope you take these things into consideration when dealing with your established and future customers.

My dog loves going here! He gets excited when we pull into the parking lot and comes home exhausted. I highly recommend Planet Canine to all fellow puppy parents!
