VCA Champions Northwest Animal Hospital Spring, Texas

Took my pugs Astro and Logan here for the first time to get their nails trimmed. The vet was so patient and she did a great job with their nails. And the ladies at the front were nice as well. I will continue to take my dogs here for services.

My dog was very sick and I took him here which was his veterinary place.When I went with my poor sick dog ,they took me back right away !! I expressed that needed to euthanize my dog .They were very sweet and understanding!! I didn’t have to wait .In 15 minutes I was taken care of, especially since I was ready .The vet came in so very sweet with him and with me.Made the process short and sweet .My dog fell asleep very peacefully!

I am very picky about where I take my little man but this has been a wonderful experience so far. We've been to this location for tummy issues and for a routine visit and the staff is extremely helpful and nice.

I’m a new client and they have really taken good care of my dog Riley. Dr. Blessinger explains things very well and I’m very pleased with this clinic. You just have to take the whole curbside service at stride for now. Hopefully things will get back to normal soon.

My family pets are my furry children. The doctors and staff at VCA have always treated my dogs with the greatest level of care, and have offered me the best advice . I appreciate these folks tremendously. I participate in the the monthly care plan. When the time came for me to make a change to my plan due to my dogs’ ages, they offered great advice and assistance. Thank you!!

Have an injured pet. Made an appt for 6pm tonight and arrived ae 5:45. We were told they would call us and to wait in parking lot. At 6:25 we called. The phone rang and rang while we watched from the parking lot and they refused to answer the phone. (But did get the food they ordered out)... We left with our Pet unseen. Caused undue stress on the animal in the carrier. This vet has great doctors but the office staff just lost them customers.

When I took my cat in she was treated well and her health is much better now. My other cat was taken for a stool sample after being examined and I kept calling to get the results. Finally did after 2 weeks and when they finally answered, I heard the vet shout the answer to the staff instead of talking to me. My cat had IBD,pancreatitis, liver inflamation

They gave my dog shots and I rescheduled for another visit for next round of shots. I needed a prescription for antibiotic for pet while on vacation. They would not assist. They are only interested in upselling you on all services. $500 quoted for spaying! I also believe my dog contracted a virus while at the clinic as she had diahrea for days followed he visit. I would recommend going to a private clinic for more personalized service.

Took my new pups here today! They were so amazing and explained everything so thoroughly. With COVID going on, they are doing curbside but they make sure to keep you updated. They took good care of Eddy!

After a recommendation from my mom to take my senior dog to Dr. Blessinger, I called to schedule a new well check and they won't let dog parents in to the new patient appointment. I can go to the pediatrician for my daughter's appointment, why not my dog's? Curbside appointments are for groceries, not living animals.

I took my cats here to have some tests done, and get some vaccinations and medications. Literally everything that was done I found elsewhere for HALF their price. And they were much more accommodating and friendly. Price gougers. Will not be returning

I can never say enough about Dr. Blessinger & the VCA team. They make sure to give you as much information as possible & every single person has been very sweet with my fur babies. I know I can trust this office 1000%!

I took my cat two days in a row for breathing heavily. They probably knew he needed oxygen and didn’t give him any. I felt like all they wanted was more and more money. The first thing they did in Blue Pearl hospital was giving him oxygen to stabilize him. They took an x ray and couldn’t give an exact diagnostic. I’m not so happy with this place. I could’ve paid the bill at blue pearl without problems if I didn’t spend $400 dollars at this place and really they didn’t do anything to actually help him. I would recommend Blue Pearl definitely better

First exam went great for our 3 month old kitten. Very friendly staff. Nice facility and very close to home.

Very displeased with the services here! My little girl had to take her emotional support animal to be seen because he was vomiting and couldn't keep anything down. They told my daughter they would need to do any X-ray that was about $400 …

We had a great experience today. I have used VCA in the past but never noticed this location. While we were there everyone was so pleasant, caring and professional. They took their time and took extra care of our puppy and made sure he was going to be ok. The sheer fact that they have Sunday hours is also a win win for me. Thanks!!!

This is a really great facility! I've used all their services from vaccinations to boarding and they are awesome every time! Great staff!

First time at this location and completely loved it, great customer service, the staff and doctor were all so polite, reasonable prices, walked in when they were about to close and they still attended my furr baby, will be going to this location from now on.

Unfortunately my story is a sad one. Found an animal after work that was apparently suffering called VCA can tell right away they love animals. The dog passed almost while on the phone. They offered to give the poor girl a proper burial. Great ppl.

All the doctors and staff here are friendly and helpful. I love that they are open on Sundays for walk-in appointments, and that they have late weekday hours.

Great feline boarding! They are very professional and attentive. The cats stay in their own private cat condo with a large window view to see outside. My cat comes home happy every time! Thank you for taking good care of my little Grey:)

There is good but for the best care go to Enchanted Oaks Animal Hospital.

My boxer had a growth removed at this location and highly recommend taking your pet here. Facility was very clean... Staff were very friendly and trained well. Excellent service and affordable. Well worth the drive from The Woodlands.

We searched everywhere for a vet to take our pups to. We read the reviews for Champions animal hospital. Even though it was a bit of a drive being that we live in Magnolia, I am so glad we took the chance on this place. They are very welcoming and nice. The whole staff is awesome, helpful and kind. They all work on gaining the trust of your pet on their own. Any questions that you have they have an answer for. Dr. Blessinger was wonderful. She sat down on the floor with the pups trying to gain their trust all while answering my five million questions. They also worked my other dog in for an appointment at the end of the day since we had him there already, instead of making us schedule a different day and come back. She also stayed past closing time to continue with us until we were finished and did not rush us at all. Thank you so much for everything. We look forward to keeping this place as our doggies doctors office!

I take my Pom here for his yearly check up and never have an issue. People here are happy to be there and are kind to the pets. Wait time is somewhat long. But not too bad

I always have a good experience when I go here. Dr. Ginger Kelly exceeded my expectations today. She was more concerned about gaining my dog's trust than rushing through the procedure. I highly recommend going here!

Girls at front desk are very helpful, friendly and provided valuable information and education. Did not see any vets because prices were $$-$$$ per dog and a la carte. Could be the demographics or average for this area.
