Rebecca in the grooming department needs to fix her attitude when dealing with customers, very unprofessional. Will not be taking my dog back to be groomed at this location.

I always like the PetSmart anywhere we go. The staff are always helpful and the stores are clean. I do wish the one on Dowlen would have their shelves stocked better.

They grooming department is great with my pug/pomeranian mix. She sheds terribly and the furmination really helps.

I love shopping and getting my puggies groomed here. The staff and groomers are great with my babies and always take such great care of them. They always make my babies look and smell their best.

Go there for cat supplies and some dog stuff. The fish didn't to me look to good. Staff helpfully and friendly. Grooming is ok

Every time I go in the staff is talking amongst themselves or on the phone and everybody needs help or needs to be checked out. I'd rather go up the block to Petco they appreciate their customers.
