I booked my appointment a few days in advance only to be told when I got there the rabies certificate they had on file had expired. My appointment was on Sunday so I was unable to contact the vet to fax over the most current copy. It would have been nice to get a call when I scheduled the appointment letting me know that I needed a current certificate upon arrival.

For the past 3 visits, I went to purchase fish and waited 30 minutes (browsing) before I went to the cashier and had them page someone. No one ever came to help.

Wayne the manager extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Huge selection, nice and clean.

Honestly I was very hesitant to make him an appointment here anyway but I made the appointment I took my husky to the appointment only to be told it was the wrong day of the appointment. So first off you should know if you pick an appointment it will change your appointment time and date to whenever they wanted to and they will tell you I’ll just make sure you pay attention. And they did say it will put the appointment where they want to know where you want it. Next I’m tall OK fine we will workingman he was very hesitant to go back with them which should’ve told me not to do it but he really needed a bath so I went against my better judgment. This was at 2:15 in the afternoon at 5:10 I was called to say that they had tried to start working on him but he was acting aggressive now my dog is never been aggressive a day and his wife so obviously they were not treating him kindly. I will never I repeat never take an animal to this store again. I cannot believe first off how rudely I was treated to start with and then to start bathing a husky two hours to close knowing it takes probably 3 to 4 hours to fully dry a husky.Here is my suggestion to anyone considering going there Don’t just don’t!!!!!!!!

The store is clean & the employees are extremely friendly. The only problem I have is the prices

curbside pick up available and very friendly service. i was a bit disappointed that 2 of the 3 items i ordered ended up being out of stock though, but the team member i spoke with was very nice and fast at getting my order out to me.

Friendly staff and nice groomers there. My dog goes willingly without hesitation.

The employees are very nice and friendly but unfortunately I have called twice about them having a product and they don’t even check if they have it. They just say yes and then I waste my time driving up there only to have to leave empty handed. I’m not the type to complain but it is not hard to check to see if you have something instead of just saying yes to get me off the phone.

Petco has the largest selection of bird assessories at a very reasonable price.

I have wanted a ferret for a very long time and when I finally decided to move forward, the young lady who helped us was very helpful. There was also the young lady who says that she is known as the ferret lady, she was very helpful and kind. You could tell that they love the animals and that they are not just product to be sold.

I have a difficult dog and they are very good with her. She is always excited to see the groomers that work there because she just adores them and they are very patient with her

Jessica was not nice- bought numerous items and she did not offer to get help for me to carry heavy items to my car

we went to exchange some fish that had died within thirty minutes of purchase the manager was very rude to us and others customers. Baytown population is about 50 thousand people. people will be leaving this store because the manager is very rude youe store will close soon with that management and you are getting one star because of your concern.

My pet is an outdoors dog. Even though she is small she enjoys playing running around in the backyard. With the cold fries that we had we knew we were going to bring her in the house for a couple of days. Petco grooming was there at the last moment and fit her in for a good bath and some defurrminating. They got my business!

Every time I got to Petco, I always find what I'm looking for and the staff is always very respectful and knowledgeable if I ask any questions.

They employee Josh was very very very helpful and kind. Finally a young man who takes pride and patience and professional combined into their work!!???????? There are so few young people in this World who display such an attitude. Awesome????

The worst Vetco clinic the groomer never again I’ve had such a horrible experience at this place my pets will never come here, hell I’ll never even buy anything from petco.

Need better care for fish... especially the bettas... they were switching out the water, in their defense, but the ones that weren't switched out yet were disgusting... also, had 2 dead fish in a tank, which I pointed out to them. One looked like they were almost completely decomposed. I didn't buy anything and I don't plan on going here again. A fish expert on staff would help greatly.
