This place was absolutely incredible and so worth every penny. The owners and staff were so attentive and sweet with my Arie dog while she stayed with them. I love the kennel free boarding; I know it made things a lot easier on Arie considering she is a rescue dog and can sometimes get nervous in a kennel. The daily updates and the ability to check in on her via the live video feed gave me real peace of mind, especially when I had a moment of worrying or just missed her. She was treated so well here and I'm not entirely convinced she was happy to return home. I would highly recommend Mount Pleasant Avenue to anyone who wants their dog to have a little vacation and lots of love and care when traveling.

MPA is in a class all it's own. The personal attention given to each dog is unparalleled. Their mission is a safe and enjoyable experience for each baby, treating each as they would their own. They also do an excellent job of customer service for pet parents, but really it's all about the dogs.

We recently had our two dogs stay here for two nights. It was the first time we ever boarded our dogs or were away from them over night. They did really well and it was nice to have unlimited access to the in suite cameras to check on them. You receive daily update video of them playing.

I just wanted to share with others our experience at this amazing dog spa & resort. After we were attacked this year and our dog was taken, this amazing place reached out to us and offered to watch both of our dogs for free. I know that their services are top notch too, so it was very kind of them to help us. And they took excellent care of them! They sent us incredible, personalized videos throughout our time away. Highly recommend this place!

MPA is the only place we are comfortable boarding our littles. They treat them so well, they are clearly very happy there, and we receive great updates.

This is our second family for our fur babies! We would not trust our "kiddos" elsewhere and MPA is amazing. Cares for the pups as if they were there own and keeps us updated consistently. Above and beyond!

I have 3 dogs that mean the world to me and Mount Pleasant is the only place I feel comfortable leaving them. They do everything they can to make sure my dogs are happy and safe. I plan my vacations around their availability. The owners are some of the kindest people I have ever met. Their generosity to shelter dogs during COVID has been heartwarming. They do free events like pictures with Santa and accept donations for shelters. (The props and costumes are over the top cute and they do it all for charity.) The owners have such a giving spirit. This is the only place I feel comfortable recommending to friends.

Great hearted animal people!! My dogs were so happy to stay here. This is the only place I’ve ever left my boys and the only place I ever will. You can tell they really enjoy what they do which means your baby will be happy and well taken care of!

My family will only go to MPA. Amazing owners and staff! They are the only people I trust with my dog. We have had bad experiences in the past and at first I was hesitant to leave my dog (Elli) with anybody. When I dropped her off for the first time the staff met us with smiles and lots of love for Elli. They showed us to her suite and stayed there until we were both comfortable with the environment. They gave us codes to the cameras so I could check in at any time. I was pleasantly surprised when I checked the cameras and they were in the room petting Elli and giving her much needed attention so she would be comfortable. It made me feel 100% at ease. We have been back often and the experience has been the same... amazing! If you’re looking for some genuine loving people who love animals this is the place.

This is a place to board your dog, this is a place for them to be at camp and play with others (both human and canine) and frolic in the yard and smile, laugh and NOT miss you for a second. This is a unique boutique hotel for your pup. Your fur babies will be pampered from the moment you walk in. You will get texts (if you want them) about how they are doing, pictures and live video feed for those that need to check on your pup all the time (me). Everyone is great, it’s like “how do you find these gems of people to work here”. Don’t put your baby anywhere else!

My pups have been here several times for a week at a time. I have enjoyed being able to see them on the video and having them send videos to my phone. Judd and Thuy are fabulous and I will not take my girls anywhere else!

This is our go to place for our furbabies. From the moment we walked in they acknowledged our pups as our babies. Judd and Thuy are amazing and treat us like family. I have even called a few times after noticing one of my dogs needed something (or was chewing on something they weren’t supposed to!!) and they immediately went to their suite. We will never use another place for our babies. I also really like that there is always someone onsite unlike many boarders.

Mount Pleasant Avenue is the only place I will take my dogs. They are so loving to all the “kids” that come there. They go above and beyond to make the owners and the dogs feel comfortable. We do not trust anyone else with our sweet babies! Judd and Thuy have dedicated their time, money & love to take care of anyone and everyone’s pet when they need care for them. Mount Pleasant Ave was recommended by my Veterinarians office. I have a high maintenance Toy Yorkshire Terrier. Judd and Thuy are her " Godparents " .She got anxiety while boarding once and they cooked her chicken and rice. They give her the TLC she gets at home. They have truly been a blessing to us. She attends their play group once a week at least, and loves it. She gets so excited when I drop her off. She comes home tired from playing with the other " littles " .They are always onsite and know every baby by name. I absolutely recommend them.

We love the attention our dogs get when staying there. The 24 hour camera service is a nice feature. They have helped us out several times on short notice! They actually have bedrooms for the little visitors. My dog is ecstatic when we pull in; and she’s terrified of being caged. She loves it there. I highly recommend!

MPA is the only place for my girl. She has separation anxiety, but she’s happy going there for boarding, grooming and day camp. We both love & trust everyone there!
