Animal Medical Center is always there to help and advise me on the best treatment for all of my many pets. The front desk women and vet techs are fabulous! And the veterinarians are also fabulous!

My dog got attacked by two larger dogs and I brought him here. They treated my dog immediately and gave him the proper treatment for his wounds. He is healing great and has a follow up appointment today. Staff was super caring and friendly! I honestly recommend this place ☺️

Camryn and Dr Crouse are absolutely amazing with my Hank. He is super comfortable with both of them.

We've been to a lot of vets in our travels and there's a handful of vet that stand out and this is one of them. We've seen two vets and they were both wonderful along with the techs. They really do care about my pets. One of the vets diagnosed my girl's skin condition after us spending money on a dermatologist and finding no relief. She also was kind and understanding when examining my pet by interacting with her and gaining her trust vs the last place we went to that basically held my dog down to examine her and having an awful experience. I really appreciate their care and compassion and expertise. It's very stressful when you don't know what's going on with your pets. Their front desk can use some work the wait times are a little high and can use the same compassion and customer service that the back office provides to match a great service overall. If you're looking for great vet I recommend this one.

I have had nothing but an amazing experience with this clinic. I came to them as they were able to get me in quickest for a litter of pups I had. It was amazing service my first round, nice, welcoming, clean and fast. About two weeks ago my baby of 15 years passed away and they were so caring towards my loss, Shelby really helped that day including with my twins fighting their shoes as I took a moment to grieve. Later that week I had an apt for my same litter to get a wellness check. Not only did they give my pups love but Shelby made sure to check on me personally. The vet who saw us this day was so sweet and warm with my pups, on our report it had mentioned something described as pretty common which I was happy with however the new owner wanted a better understanding and maybe a second look. I took said pup in with another dog of mine for some scratching and biting. Dr. Robbins saw me this time and came in ready to explain the concern previously mentioned concerned, it was true there was nothing of alarm and he also agreed to speak with this owner for me to better explain it. As for my itchy girl I was educated on how it could be allergies as she moved from NC here with us. He is aware I have multiple dogs I’m trying to get on the same track and I need the least apts possible. He sat with me before running test and explained what he would like to do and anything he could alter to help me especially with Christmas coming up. Lastly and I can’t gloat enough about them for this, BOTH vets took the initiative of calling the new owner (after I agreed they could because they made sure they were allowed). She had intended to call but felt okay with Dr. Robbins explanation and never did, I was shocked and overwhelmed with joy when I learned my vets reached out to reassure them of this pups health on my behalf. The whole clinic is amazing and I won’t go elsewhere!

The love the staff shows my new puppy is awesome. They’re very friendly & take good care of Dolly. I highly recommend this pet clinic.

I prefer female doctors. This visit, my cat was seen by a male Dr. I'm sure he's a good vet. But I did not like his manor. A bit gruff for my taste.

Wow, no waiting, and the Vet was very caring and sweet to my, Shoogie. I really appreciated everyone there. I look forward to a continuing relationship for Shoogie's needs in their practice.

We have been going over a year now, and they have only showed the best service and care to our dog. They really care if you miss appointment they reaching out, they reminding you what your pet needs. They are not pushy.

The staff is kind , prices are outrageous and not in a hurry whatsoever to get your pet back to you. I've waited more than a timely manner in order to just pick my dog up when the office is not even busy . Makes absolutely no sense , I've watched techs walk in and out from the back when they could have just brought my dog to me blood work and 1 flea and heartworm pill for a 10lb dog expect to pay about 210$ for a one month supply . Will most definitely not be returning .

Animal medical center of Baytown was quick to give me a same day appointment for an emergency. They’re always going above and beyond to do all possible to see our fur babies. The doctor explained with detail and ease of understanding what was going on with Bennett. Bennett doesn’t warm up to just anyone but he loved all the staff. Thank you.

I have a Bulldog name Dexter, he’s a very lovable and playful as well as extremely active. So on on Monday day, November 8th. We woke up at 6am as usual to walk him and feed him. His usual routine, but he wasn’t able to get up and put weight on his back legs. His usual Veterinarian office was closed. So I called Animal Medical Center of Baytown as an emergency backup, and they were so helpful and welcoming. They told me to bring him in right away. They were so helpful, compassionate and professional. The throughly check him, and explained what was wrong with him, answered all our questions. Gave him a shot for the pain and pills for pain and inflammation. Thank God they were so welcoming and helpful. I think my dog just got a new Veterinarian. The workers were very lovely. I love how affectionate they were with my puppy, and allowed me to ask as many questions that I needed. The Doctor was so sweet and informative. I am lucky to have found this place, I feel secure in keeping my puppy happy and healthy

They take excellent care and love on our babies every time they are there. Our babies never hesitate going in like they do at other vet offices. Seeing our babies happy to go there let’s me know they feel safe being there so it’s easier for me to trust them in their care.

I’ve been bringing my pets here for several years and I’ve always been pleased with the service provided by everyone at the clinic, from the receptionists to the vet techs to the vets. They have become like a part of my pet’s extended family. It is a little pricey and appointments take longer than I’d like sometimes but the personal attention received has been worth it.

DR.ROBBINS IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! I would recommend him to anyone who really loves and cares for their dog. He is honest and truthful when it comes to treatment. He really is the best!

First appointment went wonderfully. They diagnosed my cat almost immediately and provided care for him and his brother as both needed treatments. Pricing was reasonable as well.

I love this Veterinarians, the Pet techs, and Secretaries. Everyone is professional and caring. I take all my pets here. They are always there for my fur babies and myself when I need them. I definitely recommend this Veterinarian & staff.

The team there has always cared for my sweet fur-babies like no other place I've had experienced with. Dr. Wendy C is such a heaven sent doctor for our babies. She truly takes the time to listen to the owners, do her research, execute a safe plan and answer all our questions we may have during any part of our treatment process. I can't begin to thank her enough for her beautiful caring heart! Please know you are truly appreciated <3 I would also like to recognize Ivy for being patient and understanding with my mother who doesn't speak a lot of English. She truly made my mom feel like she was worth knowing what was going on as well even though I was the one calling the shots. Thank you for helping someone like her in this world <3 And thank you to Cady for being extremely patient with me as I was trying to set up our fur-babies appointment, trying to get labs to the staff there, and helping me speak to Dr. Wendy after being seen on some questions I had. Your kind and helpful attitude truly made a difference as I was given one of the worst options of treatment for my kitty. Thank you! <3 FYI: This was a second opinion visit after another vet office told me to put down my 5 year old fur-baby without attempting to treat him in any way. I was heart broken and since this office always took care of my other babies I sought another opinion here and I am truly grateful I did! If we have to put my sweet boy to sleep I am extremely comfortable with Dr. Wendy C's opinion and recommendation. I truly hope we don't have to do that. He received treatment and is getting medications at home. Thank you <3

Great first experience, they where really nice and helpful, I’m really glad that our nurse owns the same type of dog that we do. Only thing I didn’t like is that they don’t really let you go to the back with your pet.

My tripod furr baby hurt itself over a holiday weekend...of course ????...and 6 other vets had turned me away and said they had nothing for a month! They worked my baby in and Dr. Crouse was amazing!! Everyone was so friendly and kind and understood how scared I was! I have 3 other furr babies and I will never go anywhere else!!
