Very professional and courteous to address all of my dog Pacer's needs. Very knowledgeable and friendly each and every time Pacer goes in. All the Vets there, especially Dr. Meuth, are very knowledgeable, thorough, and supportive to give the best care possible to my dog Pacer. Their cost for Pacer's knee surgery was half the cost of the Vet Specialist in Houston. I highly recommend AMAH for all your pet and vet needs. Dr. Meuth has performed 3 knee operations on my dog Pacer with unbelievable results. This post is an update to my original review as Dr. Meuth just recently performed a 3rd knee surgery on Pacer. Let me reiterate that all the vets and the entire staff of AMAH will address all of your needs and concerns to resolution. Still a very pleased and satisfied customer!!!! Special thanks again to Vet. Dr. Meuth and Vet. Tech. David for taking care of Pacer. Once again, they have given outstanding treatment and routine care to Pacer, with both his and my issues and concerns being the utmost in priority. As always, they are assured in making sure that all of my and Pacers needs were resolved to the highest degree of satisfaction. I always highly recommend Abshier-Meuth Animal Hospital for your pet care and any pet needs hands down over the rest.

The whole staff is amazing. You can tell as soon as you walk in that every person there loves animals. The pricing is the best in the area. This is my first vet experience and I would 100% recommend them.

I took my 7 year old pit mix for a wellness check and to catch up on shots. The whole staff is super friendly. They were understanding about some life transitions I had and helped me to make a vaccination routine that works for me. The veterinarians were so knowledgeable, personable and gave me so many tips to take home so I can save money, time and keep my fur baby healthy.

Its always great when I go. They did get alot of new people an the one lady who helped me I haven't seen before an she wasn't the nicest. But I will always go here because all our animals have been going for a long time an the dr are very good!

I was taken in as a last minute walk in. I was very pleased that they helped my baby Bentley. He is doing much better. Thank you so much.

Polite, professional, caring, friendly doctors & staff. The waiting area & exam rooms are very clean & if you have an appointment wait time is about 15 minutes. I wouldn’t take my little girl anywhere else. Highly recommend

Only vet I take my dogs too. All doctors and technicians are the best! They REALLY care about our fur babies. Been dealing with them for over 20 years, so they must be good!

I left my English Bulldog for a week. He was well taken care of and happy when we picked him up.

My fur babies received the best care there from Dr. Wharton and her Techs. The staff there are all very professional and kind. They truly do love their jobs and their patients. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great veterinarian group.

Dr. Abshier and his nurse were amazing! I was very pleased with Dot’s first visit here. I love a knowledgeable vet who offers explanations and long term solutions, and I definitely received that— all while the nurse made Dot very comfortable in this new place. Thank you all so much!

I really love how there is a personal relationship made through the process of the pick up and delivery of your pet. I know it was started with COVID, however it has made a world of difference in the connection to your pet and the vet tech. The medicine dosage is more clearly explained because more time is taken in the delivery process. We have moved way on the other side of town but will continue to only use Abshier Meuth for this reason instead of all the places closer to us now. All your employees are caring, especially KP. Keep up the great work.

My 14+ ywar old cat dislocated her back leg. She is a grouchy old woman, and actually let the people at this facility touch her. It was an amazing experience, and affordable! We are currently cuddling in bed, so grateful.

This place is awesome the staff is amazing! I highly, HIGHLY recommend them for your veterinarian needs! They were so caring and considerate of my fur baby's needs and overall health. They did more for her then the previous veterinarian I took her too. They will be my vet from here on out. They do not take advantage of you or try to get you for all your hard earned money. I normally like going here. They have excellent vets. But let me tell you a story. They hired Kimberly (waist long red hair) who used to work for Visiting Angels. Kim knew we took our dogs to this vet, and I somehow think she purposely got a job there after leaving Visiting Angels just to be a thorn in our side. She plotted with another employee at VA to rip off my mother in Law who she was caring for. My mother in law is mentally ill (which is well documented), and easily manipulated. She nearly died last year under the care of another VA. It turned out Kimberly was in cahoots with the VA person who was stealing from my mother in law. When I caught on, I immediately fired Kimberly. She retaliated by having the other VA contact family members, telling them lies, called the spca on me, and causing unnecessary drama in general. Abshier-Meuth is free to hire who ever they want, but unfortunately I’ll be going to a different vet until Kimberly is no longer working here. I do not want to take the chance of her handling my payments or appointments during a visit. I am late filing a complaint against Kimberly et al at Visiting Angels for elder abuse, but it’s coming. It would be in Abshier-Meuth’s best interest to fire Kimberly. You do not need an employee who goes around calling the spca on people (out of retaliation) who take excellent care of their pets.

I would not suggest taking your animal there I took my dog there last month he had stopped eating and drinking so they gave him fluids Under the Skin and they gave him too much he could not breathe after that so I had to put him down I do believe he was drowning on the fluids that they had Gave him

Take good care of our dogs. Not too good at passing messages on when calling for questions, happened twice in a week. But love all the personnel, the vets and techs are great. Little expensive it seems. But good care.

Amazing vet. I’ve taken my rat to a vet before that didn’t touch him and just gave him medicine that didn’t help. This vet checked my rats breathing, his teeth, his droppings, everything. They actually care here.

Always fantastic experience at Abshier with my now 12 year old sheltie. We have always been treated like "family" there and my girl has always been given special attention and of the highest standard by all of the vets there. Dr. Bruce Meuth is exceptional in the care and concern that he has always provided to my Bella. He certainly cares for her as if she was his own and that makes all the difference in the world to me. Thank you for always providing the best care, concern, and service for my girl.

The vets here put us and our dogs needs and concerns before money. This is the reason we switched from another vet in Baytown. They took certain care to make our dogs final moments as pleasant as possible and took our feelings into consideration. They have been amazing and go above and beyond with our current dogs and I do not trust anymore more with my babies. We will never use another vet again. I highly recommend this place.

They were all very nice the gentlemen that handled my kitten when I got there was very sweet to puff .They explained everything to me about how to use the shampoo and dip they answered all my questions . Will definitely recommend .

I love going to this vet office! The staff is always very friendly and considerate of my pets being nervous. They have medications on site (unlike my previous vet) and it makes everything extremely efficient in getting my babies their treatments. Pricing is fair in comparison to other vet offices.
