This was the first time we ever needed a Groomer. I chose Wags 2 Whiskers snd Dana (owner) did a great job explaining the process of what to expect. Our puppy came out cleaned, fluffed, and trimmed . Plus, she had a cute Christmas bow in her hair and handkerchief around her neck! Will go back again.

Took my 5 month old Bichon puppies for their first haircut. Outstanding job, the girls look just like the little puffballs they are suppose to. Will definitely be taking them back.

Absolutely great! My first time visiting since bought my home in Bastrop. Very caring lady owner that has a great heart. She took care if my cat Prince with patience and love. Couldn't get any better! Exceptional service and caring people..Glad we have this place in our town.

Do a good job when not in a hurry.

First visit was okay. As I picked up my dog the owner made me nervous by notating a few things wrong with my dog which made me feel like I was not a good pet owner. Second visit was better, one of her staff members did a great job grooming him and he smelled so good, she even gave him a free bandanna. Third visit, the owner mentioned that she may need to cut his hair in order to groom him more effectively. I did not want her to cut his hair because his curly hair is a valuable part of his appearance. Even more, she hammered the idea that she may need to cut his hair, so I agreed and said “okay”. Well, as I picked him up later that afternoon, she COMPLETELY shaved his entire body- I was shocked. The only problem I had with this visit is that she shaved him without my consent. She said she may need to CUT his hair, not SHAVE it. The only reason I gave her 5 stars is because I love how well her staff takes care of my dog and the fact that dogs do not need their shots in order to be groomed.

I made an appointment for 11am and my dog wasn’t ready till 5pm ,I thought you made an appointment for a reason ????.

We bring our two fur babies here and they always make them look extra fabulous! We have found Waggs 2 Wiskers to be extremely accommodating and helpful. Will also add that the location is clean and welcoming. Check them out!

They kept my son's dog from 5 hours and SHAVED him, he's a Mini Aussie. I really thought a place like this would know that...

I had the pleasure of meeting the owner while helping my mom get her dog's groomed. She was beyond amazing and we had our Boxer and Staffordshire Mastiff out in no time at all. Even right before she closed for the evening, she had showed no hesitation to accommodate us.

Excellent care of our Corgi! We secured a same day appointment to get our pet looking pretty. It's amazing we were able to get in. They worked very late at night to make sure everyone was taken care of. They also love veterans. Great place.

Dana always does a great job with my little girl. Highly recommend.

horrible experience. my sister made an appointment and when we dropped our dog off the lady told her we had to pick her up before 5, we arranged for someone to pick her up by 4:30 and recieved a call at 2:00pm saying they were leaving at 3:30 because they were done for the day and if no one picked her up she would stay there overnight. If someone woulv'e told us that we would've not gone to work because who wants their dog to stay overnight at a groomer's. This was so unprofessional, never again.

Seriously the best groomer I've found! I drive over an hour because they are THAT good!! It's hard to find a place who will groom cats and they do such a fantastic job!! 100% recommend to anyone!!
