As always my pets are well taken care of.

We took all of my babies here for years with minimal issues, but something has changed since COVID and they no longer care about giving quality care. They did a risky and unsafe dental procedure on my senior dog and continually assured us that this was the best choice for her wellbeing. They neglected to do the proper bloodwork, and gave her an unsafe medication that interfered with her liver function. The next day we tried to talk to crossroads and figure what was wrong, she was vomiting a lot and super lethargic. They rushed us out, just gave her an antinasueal medication, so that they could close on time and said she'd be fine. Two days later at the emergency vet in Austin she was dead. I'm so sickened by crossroads negligence. They wanted to do the $900 procedure because money is worth more to them than the animals there. Never going back again.

Bandit and I received such a warm welcome and we got through COVID together. Crossroads had been wonderful with reminders and excellent care for Bandit. I moved out of the county and I still plan to go to Crossroads for Bandit.

I took my beloved pet Bella to Crossroads after a referral from my sisters. They were all so kind, end of life for my Bella and I was devastated. They helped me through the experience with overwhelming kindness. Just recently took my lab there and again they are very helpful, provide information and caring. Would highly recommend Crossroads. I have been coming here for a while on a recommendation from a family member. The staff has always provided a comfortable atmosphere and has worked with me through proper care and treatments for our family pets. They are skilled at their craft and it shows in the care and attention they provide. Highly recommended.

I love Dr Haley down to earth and sorry smart. All my animals love him as well.

They have always provided Compassionate and excellent care to my pets including euthanasia. I’ve been a client for about 8 years.

Avoid this vet and specifically Joey Halley. He misdiagnosed my dog leading to several needless extra days of pain and suffering. We called with urgent concern about how bad she was progressing after seeing him in clinic and he provided absolutely nothing helpful on how to help her. Save your dog and don't go here.

Pleasant, been going for years, Staff is incredible. My pets have wonderful care there. I love all the friendly staff! I still can't say enough about Crossroads always satisfied.

Called in to get my puppy checked out after an accident , was denied service they rather my puppy die then to get him checked up horrible place do not recommend if I could give this place zero stars I would.

I have needed Crossroads 2 times. On a Saturday they did not want to handle my cat (who had broken her rear leg) because they would not be able to leave by noon on Saturday. No way to do business. Last Friday I needed them and they could not see my cat because they only had 1 vet on duty. My cat had been bitten in the throat by another animal and needed care. I have been doing business with Crossroads for over twenty years. I think this is a very poor way of handling patients and doing business. I understand Bastrop is growing. So why isn"t Crossroads?

Prices have gone up considerably but otherwise a good experience.

I've been taking my animals here for over 20 years. But since owner change, I wouldn't recommend these people to anyone. Always have to be on hold when I call. Takes days to get med refills. Don't call when unable to fill meds prescription. Overall, I am disappointed and will be looking for a new veterinary clinic

I've been taking my dogs to Crossroads for a few years now. They always provide the best care and provide reminders when the next vaccines are due. Boarding services are also great. Highly recommend Crossroads team.

Dr. Halley has been our vet for many years. He’s always very thorough with every pet we’ve taken to him. The office staff is very courteous as well. We very highly recommend Crossroads Animal Hospital! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Used Crossroads Animal Hospital for day boarding for our 2 sight hounds. We were able to drop our dogs off at 8 am and pick them up at 5:30 PM. - a long day. Both pups were excited and exhausted when we picked them up. The price was competitive, and worthwhile to know our dogs would be safe for the day.

From my Dog: Ruff! The staff was so nice! I got all the pets! The doctor made sure I was well. I didn't like the shots or the bath, but now I'm healthy and clean! My Mommy is so happy I'm not shedding and my nails are all trimmed! And I got all my flea, tick, and heartworm meds too! Mommy says we will be back! Ruff!

Nancy is the best "cat whisperer" ever. We've been taking our cat to Crossroads for close to 11 years now.

The visit was scheduled in advance and they received my Siberian husky in a timely manner. It was my first visit and they took all the necessary paperwork for his file. He was seen by Vet Cunningham who came out to discuss his overall health. She made a good recommendation for additional services. The staff was professional and friendly. The cost for the exam, rabies shot and other services were reasonable. The visit was an appropriate length of time. Overall, I was very pleased.

Got in quickly, great staff and good vet! They are keeping us Covid-19 safe. In the parking lot you call that your there. A member of their staff comes to get your dog. The vet promptly calls you and discusses your pets needs. Then staff member brings your pet back to you. This made me feel real safe because I took my 90 yr old father's dog in for his shots. I don't want to expose dad to Covid and this procedure is the best possible way to reduce exposure to the dog, myself and dad! Great job Crossroads!
