We just relocated to the area and are extremely happy we found Southwest Vet. Dr. Montana and the Southwest Vet staff made us feel special on our very first visit.

Southwest Vet is GREAT! It is always very clean and the vets are so nice. The techs are wonderful and so caring. They are a little pricey but truthfully when it comes to our animals I don’t mind. They’re worth it!! They have a great app that you can see your pets info and records and they have pretty decent availability (which is hard to come by right now!!!). I would highly recommend! (Ours pups for a cute photos!) :)

My cat has been dealing with a super severe ear infection for over a month for a month now that another vet didn't seem to be able to clear. I saw good reviews online and decided to give this place a try. All of the stuff was absolutely amazing and listened to ascend to my rambling story about my old cat and why I'm so protective over my new cat and seem to be extremely caring. We saw doctor montega and she really put my cat's care 1st. They were super gentle and caring when dealing with him and came up with the best solution for his ear infection w. hich they looked at very intensely Overall The Visit was amazing and I'm sure that we will be able to get his ear infection tackled here at Southwest vet. I am confident with them which is a really good feeling that I haven't had with a vet in a long time. 5 stars!

The staff at Southwest Vet is absolutely amazing. It's obvious they care about your furry family members just as much as you do. Can't say enough great things about them; from start to finish it was an exceptional experience.

My pup, Donut was very sick one evening and after a long night I knew she needed to be seen by the vet. Sleep deprived and worried, I was scrambling to get an appointment with my normal vet without any success. I called SW Vet and was able to get my dog in for a drop-off appointment just 30 minutes later. I was so worried and the front desk (Hannah!!) was amazingly kind and patient during the appointment and intake process. I was able to text them for updates throughout the day to check in on her status. When I received a call from the vet, she sat on the phone with me for over 10 minutes explaining everything in great detail and was so caring throughout our talk. I can't say enough wonderful things about my entire experience with SW Vet! Donut is back to her playful self and I have SW Vet to thank for that!! We will be back :)

The vets are the best here! I’ve only ever dropped off my cats or did a curbside appointment. The vets will call you and let you know what’s going on with your pet in such a professional, patient, and attentive way. I ask SO many questions & they are eager to answer. They make you feel like they genuinely care for your pets. I’m moving to another city soon and will definitely miss them. They’re always in good moods as well as the staff. I went to a different vet long ago when I had dogs and the vet & staff were rude. Update (10-12-21)- I didn’t move! Still go & still love it!

My dog is a rescue and a little "touchy" at times. My prior vet did not handle her well at all. I was recommended Southwest Vet by a friend as a low-stress vet. We love it here! I love that you never wait in the waiting room with other animals, while your dog shakes it out for 30 minutes anticipating her vet visit. I love that they get on the floor with your animal when possible instead of immediately lifting it onto a metal table. They have completely earned my dog's trust, and she doesn't even cry when going to get her nails trimmed anymore. I've always had an issue finding a good vet for my cats, as I didn't find any of them to be real cat people. And the vets at SWV are great with cats also! Their passion really shows in the short interactions you have with them. When one of my pets was sick, they called to follow up two days later to check in on her. It's just a level of care I have never received from any prior vets. They will always ask you if you would like a quote before services are performed, so if you have any concerns about cost, just ask them. They are very transparent.

Dr. Delaney has been amazing with us. She always gives us a thorough explanation of her treatments and my dog’s health status. My dog lives a happy and healthy life thanks to their care.

Pleasant and attentive staff who are always happy to go the extra mile for you. They also help get you in asap if it's necessary. Dr. Montana is great!

They care about your pet at reasonable rates

My Little girl (Sadie) was having major itching and ear issues. We called them up and they were able to get her in very quickly. Great service and she is already feeling so much better. I would highly recommend. Thank you Southwest Vet!

This has been by far the best vet my dog Teddy has ever seen. They are very professional and caring. The one thing that really stands out is how they follow up after the visit. Superb service!!!

AVOID!!!! Southwest Vet never told me the total bill until I had to ask multiple times for a receipt AFTER payment ($250) was received and AFTER we got home. Money is not an issue as I would be happy to pay this and more to a hospital of quality. When Dr. Dulaney called after 2 hours of observation, the only bit of information she could tell me was that my cat could loose about 5 lbs. Then without any guidance to how or recommendations on food, instead she joked “but don’t we all need to loose about 5lbs”. This place is not prepared, unorganized, and the communication is poor. I have been scammed and our pet is only getting worse. Attached is the conversation with Haylie once we got home. Had I read this review prior, I could have avoided this place. I hope it helps others in making a decision on which vet to choose for their pets.

Wonderful and timely assistance! We were traveling from out of town and needed to get our dog to a vet. Got in quickly and vet did a wonderful job keeping us up to date as to what was happening-since it was COCID protocols and we could not go inside. Tech assistant and vet were both very sweet and attentive to Kenya. She wasn’t stressed at all!

They are very caring staff and have always treated my pets with consideration. They are very thorough in explaining the medical continues and treatment.

Dr. Dulaney is one of my favorite vets. She and her staff are hyper focused on the comfort of my 2 golden retrievers and when we made the move from NYC (where we had to drive 100 miles to find our preferred vet in upstate NY) we were worried about having to do the same here somehow. But at SW vet, Dr. Dulaney was an sigh of relief from the moment she met our dogs, asked us questions, and did the spay on one of our Goldens. I love her demeanor, competence, and sure hand. Her staff is always friendly and the atmosphere is always open and understanding. Strongly recommend giving this place a shot. While it may come with a little more expense than you'd think, you get what you pay for. Thanks yall, keep up the great work!!

Had visit with Dr. Dulaney for our 2 cats. With the Covid procedures I was nervous (you have to wait in your car and they get your pet, do the visit while you wait and then bring them back after you have a call with the vet to discuss the visit). I was quickly put at ease chatting with Dr. Mulaney as she was very thorough, described the room the cats were in and how they were doing, and chatted through several recommendations and questions. She didn't come across as rushed, even though I knew they were understaffed that day from the tech. I was so impressed she still gave all the time and attention needed and will happily be back for any future cat health needs.

Love Southwest Vet! All of the techs and veterinarians are so sweet and take great care of my fur baby. I can't recommend this place enough!

Let me start on a negative note here. I don't like doctors. Meaning doctors in general (sorry, heap of horrible experiences). So every time I need to seek doctor's help, I feel stressed and uncomfortable in advance. I know, lots of work in my future. Anyway... My daughter's bunny needed medical attention ASAP and I found Southwest Vet to be the closest and well reviewed vet office. First - we could come the very day I called. Second - they were very professional, calm, polite and caring. Third - they knew how to help our bunny, thank goodness! No question remained unanswered. My daughter's bunny is healthy and happy, my daughter is happy, I am happy! Thank you, Southwest Vet!

I adopted a VERY scared and timid puppy and Dr. Montana and her tech were extremely nice and tried to get Nala and I comfortable. Loved thus office.

We have been clients of SW Vet for the last two years between three dogs. Everything from well checks to emergency care has been superb! The vets are very thorough, kind and patient as well with my questions. They are also very good with follow up, especially with an injury. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area. Very professional!

All of the care taken for Ballerina as well as the precautions taken for the health of all staff and clients during Covid was exceptional. Excellent service that we'd highly recommend.
