Wow. This is our first visit to Firehouse and it will not be the last. Comprehensive, caring, and very informative about options regarding the health and care of our two dogs. Amazing customer service- these people love their clients- four legged or two!

Highly recommend!! The staff was AMAZING and so kind! My pup has super bad anxiety and they made sure to make her as comfortable as possible. I’m going to be bringing all my pets here from now on. Love this place!

The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. We have a very skittish pup and they treat him with patience and love - even allowing our other dog to accompany him as emotional support. We love Firehouse.

Dr Moon is so wonderful! She has been helping my senior fur baby with skin issues and Dr Moon treats her like she’s the only pet in the world. She really cares and takes the time to treat my pup. Great experience. Both Dr. Bryant and Dr. Moon has taken care of my dog. He's been through a lot and they both have made the issues Remy is going through manageable. They always took the time to see me and made sure we were both comfortable. Would recommend.

If you’re looking for an office who will take great care of your four legged family member, get to Firehouse! Their staff and facility was the best vet experience I’ve ever had! We went from a facility where we didn’t realize they were giving us the bare minimum and a misdiagnosis resulting in a loss, to finding Firehouse during an emergency. The Firehouse team blew me away with the amount of care, information, and patience we received. Thank you Firehouse Animal Health Center!

They have been doing all my dogs cares and needs. They have addressed all situations very very well from Ringo needing all his teeth extracted to Buddy having a cyst removed by his eye. They keep me up to date on the boys needs 1st class service all around .

We had a wonderful first visit! Our kitty is a teeny tiny baby and we received amazing care. I’m very happy with everything so far and am very hopeful we’ve found our long term veterinarian not only for this little kitty but also for our future pup!

This has been the most amazing experience for our family. We are new pup parents and so we had a lot of questions of course and Firehouse was amazing! Alex was a doll we adore her she was so kind and made our first visit hands down one of the best experiences. We are so glad we found this staff to make sure our little fur baby has all he needs. Updating my review after 9 months... the service and professionalism dropped off precipitously at the vet tech, veterinarian, and management levels. In late 2020 I was charged hundreds of dollars extra for radiographs and swab tests that I didn't consent to and my dogs were prescribed meds that made them deeply sick. Receiving a refund was a challenge and I chalked up the mistakes to high employee turnover. Then in the past month, I took my two elderly dogs for their annual checkups and the vet tech confused them repeatedly, meaning the Rabies vaccine was about to go in the incorrect dog, she pushed tests and services but wouldn't provide respective prices, then made a snide remark about my dog's weight. In the veterinarian's office visit notes, she also confused the dogs in an obvious copy-paste error. After the appointment, my dogs needed a prescription renewal and that took weeks to accomplish with emails, phone calls, and voicemails all missing the objective of stating inventory and price. In making the hospital manager aware of this, in her reply she misspelled my name, confused the dogs again, made claims that were unfounded, and tried to justify the clear and obvious errors made by the veterinarian and the hospital staff. There is a systemic issue with communication, professionalism, and employee turnover at this practice that is a clear and present danger to our animal family members. Proceed with caution.

My husband and I throughly enjoyed our experience at Firehouse. Every member of the team we encountered was welcoming, took the time to address our needs, and even took additional steps to ensure my dog felt comfortable in the new setting. We saw Dr.Betts during our visit, and loved how detailed and how much time she took to get to know our dog and help us develop a medical plan that works best for our lifestyle and dog. We are so excited to call Firehouse our new home for vet care and look forward to our next visit!

I wouldn’t change anything, it was absolutely wonderful ! I was trying to find a new vet that would take all three of my babies, and they were so nice and saw all of them at the same time!

We liked team and their caring . I highly recommend this clinic , they are proffessional and paying attention for little things according my pet's health and flexible too.

The staff were amazing! They took very good care of my pets. Very thorough. Texas Humane Society recommended your place. However, for two pets in 2 visits, I spent $700. The only reason I wouldn't recommend is because of the price.

Very happy with Firehouse. We felt welcomed and they were very thorough with their well check. They did not force unnecessary services, which was super nice. Great little welcome gift too!
