Receptionist working today (older gentleman) was super rude and just hung up on me.

He has cared for my pets for more than 15 years. His price is low and he is always willing to see my pets when they needed urgent cares. He is caring and compassionate. The best veterinary dr.

My dog has an eye infection. He was able to get me in first thing the next morning. The appointment was quick, straightforward, and he was able to get the eye drops in like a magician. The fee was extremely reasonable and he even clipped her toenails which had gotten ridiculously long. I had been there a few years back and my ex girlfriend wanted us to switch to another place (can’t remember why) but I will definitely be coming back here in the future!

Horrible service, just called to make an appointment and they apparently can diagnose and give medication without actually checking the dog ,plus not professional and bad attitude. Don't even call.

The only experience I had was over the phone attempting to schedule an appointment but dang, literally the most unhelpful, unenthusiastic business reception I've ever spoken to. Probably would have gotten better responses and more thorough explanations by talking to an automated system. Maybe consider expanding your vocabularies to words more than simply "Yes" and "No" and just PRETEND to care about someone wanting to give your business money.

Dr Jones is a really nice and caring vet. He offers a no frills approach. He has no staff and runs the whole office himself. His pricing is very reasonable. Just be patient with him and you'll see that he is very caring! He has taken care of all my pets for a several years and has been great.

This guy is a capital P, capital V, Professional Veteranarian. He takes great care of my pup.

Dr. Jones was awesome! Very kind and caring. The pricing was super reasonable and he didn't try to sell me things I didnt need. Also, my cat pooped in his crate and he was kind enough to clean it out for me. Great experience, will definitely be switching to him for all of my little dudes needs!

We've gone to Dr. Jones for all of our pets for years and he and his team are wonderful. Great prices, great service. He's a quiet guy who prefers his animals but don't let that deter you. Love this place.

I just moved to the south part of town, and my cat got beat up pretty good by a dog. We were seen the same day even through we were a first time client. He was extremely professional and put my poor little Steve at ease. The examination was quick, he got me set with meds and charged an extremely fair price for the care. Thank you!

I got seen right away. The vet office is old fashioned for sure, but it was a super easy visit for a quick heartworm medication and dewormer. In and out in 10 minutes. I like fast visits and not waiting around. And there was zero upselling of dumb things.

You can really tell that Dr. Brown loves the animals ! We have been brining our 3 year old lab/catahula mix in since he was just 8 weeks old and Dr. Brown always remembers his name .

The compassion of Dr. Jones is true. He seemed to be more sad than we were. He had the clinic completely hushed. Sweetest vet I've ever met. One of the few good ol' boys left in Austin.

Dr Jones is an old country Dr. Reliable and straight to the point. I like his office because their is no line of people to get through. You get in and get out. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Jones was straight to business. He's old school, no frills and doesn't push anything unnecessary. My dog was recently adopted, and has a cough. Dr. Jones assured me he'd be fine and it'd pass on its own and gave me some antibiotics just to be sure. Dr. Jones is from west Texas, and is easy going. If you visit his office be assured he'll have a great rate and is an old pro. My visit was short and sweet - my very first and last vet.
