I did the drop off training one day a week for three weeks with Christian and my dog is so well behaved now! My ultimate goal was to be able to take him with me when I take my son to school and we can now do that! My dog loves when he has his collar on and is training! Worth the cost!

The trainers here we absolutely amazing!!!! My dog was nervous at first but after the first couple of sessions he was so excited to go spend the day here. I am so thankful for everything they have done for my Moose! Training is so much more fun now for both of us.

Our Sammy is a different dog - grandchildren can play with him, and he's more manageable - we enjoy him more, and have confidence to take him out in public. We love Sit Means Sit -- worth every penny!

This place is fantastic! It's well worth the money. Got our second doberman starting training in a few weeks. Sometimes you get what you pay for...these people exceeded.

We have a Great Pyrenees and Black Mouth Cur Mix 7 month old female and wanted to ensure she had skills for confidence and socialization. She is highly sensitive in nature and a bit shy! When we started Sit Means Sit, the first week was a bit rough. We were concerned it was not working and Christian was SO patient and helpful. The first week, we mostly focused on having the collar on and normalizing that. She is very smart so sit and front and down came quickly. The collar is not a punishment, it is a communication tool and you need to use it that way! By week 2 of day camp, she was completely different! Pretty confident, crushing her first week homework and excited to learn. Christian was fantastic and understood how to mold the training for Willow. We kept her training fun and food focused here at home and Christian at day camp. She is now done with the day camp moving to group classes and we are so happy. If you get to work with Christian, you will be absolutely impressed! Tips: 1. Trust your judgement, follow the homework but keep the sessions at home short and fun. Find your dogs happiness! Our pups is treats like dried beef liver or beef squares. We kept the collar one notch looser at home when she was relaxing and it helped normalize it faster. 2. Do not walk the dog until after week 2 of day camp if the dog has any leash reactivity (just exhausting for you and you don't have the tools to correct the behavior yet) 3. Talk to the trainer about updates or needs-they will help you and listen to you! Thanks Sit Means Sit! See ya in group class!

These folks really are truly amazing. Turned my dog around and we have a better relationship because of it. I highly recommend these people if you are having issues with your dog. They can help you build a better relationship and understanding with your pupper!

From our initial visit through all of Luna's training sessions, Sit Means Sit is the best. Micah "dog whisperer" worked wonders with our Luna. I can't express my thanks enough for her expertise and patience.

I have a very energetic 8-months old puppy (Boxer-Sheperd-Mix). We have been going to Sit means Sit just a couple of times, and I see HUGE improvements in my puppy. He is so much more obedient, is able to place for a long time, and walking with him is fun now! Sit means Sit helped us A LOT. They are doing a great job in providing high quality dog training. They are friendly, helpful, professional, and answer all questions you have...for a lifetime! All trainers are amazing, but especially Maci and Kelly are excellent with dogs AND people and make the group trainings incredibly fun! I can absolutely recommend Sit means Sit!!!

I am so glad my German Shepard, Dory, was trained by Sit Means Sit trainers! She was very aggressive towards dogs and people and the trainers truly helped her work through it. She loved going to Training Camp and is now excited to go to group class! I am very grateful for everything they have done with her! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND taking your dog to train at Sit Means Sit! We love our trainers!

We enrolled our dog for training at Sit Means Sit and we have been very happy with the results! The results were noticeable after the first lesson! He is now completing his third week of lessons twice a week and everyone who has been to our house has commented that he is like a different dog. We are hoping for another 14 years with Milo and believe this was a good Investment in our dog!

Maci was great and worked through all of our sweet puppy’s stubbornness. She really made us feel confident in how to reinforce the training that Nala received and continue on our own!

Sit Means Sit has truly been life changing for us! We adopted our dog from a rough situation, and he had terrible dog reactivity that we could not manage on our own. We found Sit Means Sit and signed up! They are absolutely wonderful! We just finished the 3 week, 2 day a week program and literally noticed improvement in our sweet boy after his first training session. They are always available to answer questions and concerns. It is apparent that they truly care about you and your dog succeeding. We look forward to making more progress with our boy at the group training sessions ????

Sit Means Sit really can teach an old dog new tricks. I brought my 4 year old lab in for a 3 week board and train program. I was nervous at first because 1. I never went that long without having my boy with me, 2. I wasn't sure if Apollo …

They took my hyperactive dog and turned him into a very polite and well-behaved one. I was very impressed with the training and the group classes keep us fresh on techniques.

We are scheduled to start classes in August. The 1st meeting with tour of place and seeing dogs in action was great. I have great expectations for my hard earned money but from what we saw, we are sure we won't regret coming to them. People are friendly and professional Plus discount for mentioning Sara on radio is cool. Looking forward to getting started.

We sent our pup here for a week long board and train in November and we could not be happier with the results. The staff are extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. Our dog came back with manners and when we picked him up the trainer went through his entire week of training as well as showed us how to use the collar they provide. We have continued our training with them by attending group sessions as much as we can (at least 2-3x a month) to keep up with the training and make sure our pup advances. We have also had in house lessons which are extremely helpful to both us and our dog. We get to work with him at home and go through some behaviors that might not present during group class at the facility.

Great place to help you train your doggie. They will help you gain the tools you will need to have a well behaved pup. You must put the time in and be consistent with training skills that they give you. All trainers are amazing. Highly recommend Sit Means Sit.

My daughter works here, so I have a biased opinion. However, the methods have worked great on our own dog, who's better-trained than most dogs that I've seen.

Thanks to Sit Means Sit, our difficult dog Hobbes is now a joy to be around. The only problem is, that despite SMS's policy, now my wife wants to enroll me in the training!

Sit Means Sit has been transformative for our dog Benson. He was a rescue and quite a handful with his 90 pound size and super high strung personality. He simply would not listen and was being very destructive around our home when we were gone. There was a point when I thought I was going to have to give him back to the shelter. Instead we turned to Sit Means Sit and now our lives are much more harmonious. We did the extreme day training with Benson twice a week for three weeks and worked with him a ton at home. The Sit Means Sit Trainers helped us communicate with our dog better and build a strong relationship with him. I am so thankful for the experience with Sit Means Sit and was truly shocked at the results even after the first day of training. Sometimes dog owners just need a trainer who can help breakdown communication barriers and keep training fun for the dog. We now have our puppy Obi learning the ways of Sit Means Sit. Everyone at the South Austin location was so great and we have a much deeper bond with out pets as a result of the training process.

Sit Means Sit is the best of the best! We had the most amazing experience with them. Our almost 2 year old Lab, Gunner, stayed with them for board and train for 3 weeks. He was never a bad dog-- he just had trouble with coming when called and sometimes wanted to do his own thing. You get a vibrating collar that comes with the package and it works wonders! Some people are really against shock collars and we were too! But when we had our consultation, we got to test out the collar on ourselves and it never hurt! It's more of a "hey we are talking to you!" We also got a free year of group training and it's so fun! Gunner LOVES going to group class and he does really well! It def keeps us on his training which is a great thing. We are so happy with how Gunner behaves and he shows us how smart he really is! It's great to know how to train him and keep him consistent. 100% recommend! Courtney worked with Gunner while he was there and she did an amazing job! She even takes her own dog to group classes so Gunner gets to see her all the time! He loves her! Thanks so much Sit Means Sit!
