Rachael and her Rufflife team are absolutely amazing ! When we first moved to Austin we were so concerned about who we would trust to take care of our dog. They are so organized and came over for a consultation and our dog fell in love immediately. Whenever we've used them we know to expect a full report and pictures within the necessary time window. Their love for our pet as if it's their own is completely apparent and we know we can trust them fully! Would recommend them to anyone!

We are beyond pleased and satisfied with the service that Rachel with Ruff life provided. We contacted her with very short notice around the holidays and she was quick to respond and squeezed our interview into her very packed schedule. She was extremely through in her interview process and in learning about our 3 rescue boxers. Her app and style of communication is wonderful. She arrived at our home exactly as promised on all 4 days and gave us an immediate and comprehensive report with multiple photo's each time she visited. It was so nice to know that our babies were being well cared for and loved while we were away.

We were referred to Ruff Life ATX by our former company, Pets Domain, as we moved out of their service area. Ruff Life has been an incredible help to us! Rachael is super knowledgeable and supportive. She gave us training tips that worked really well with our pup, Mac. With Ruff Life's help, we were able to successfully transition Mac from the crate to the kitchen during the day with virtually no issues. Ruff Life always sends updates after their visits with pictures. When a new dog walker will be taking care of Mac, Ruff Life always does a walk with a "seasoned" Mac walker and the new person first. Mac loves his friends Rachael (and Loki), Matt, Ciera, Daniel, and now Jazmin! Rachael and her team are easily accessible, as well. Definitely recommend!

Having recently relocated to Austin with a puppy that we had adopted a couple months prior, we were desperate to find good pet care from someone we could trust. Rachael was that person. I have a brand new pup and I had planned on meeting w 2-3 dog walkers in area. Once I met Rachael I canceled the others. She did an intake a Falkor and I at my house. Her energy, customer service, communication, and love for animals was clear from the get go. They use an AMAZING app to conversation, sent pics, u can book/cancel, and pay your invoices all in one place!! I have already recommended Ruff Life to two friends. They also have a pet taxi service I have used for when my work schedule did not allow me to get to groomers. I trust her and her team implicitly! ????????????????????????‍♀️

I'm hesitant to write this review for purely selfish reasons - I wish I could keep Rachael to myself! She's nothing short of amazing and I would be utterly lost without her. I have three cats and a dog, all of whom absolutely adore her. Whether I'm gone for an afternoon afternoon or for the week, I can relax knowing that my babies are safely in her care. The proof is in the proverbial pudding, as she is a talented photographer and sends me the most adorable photos of their antics, each and every visit. She often takes my dog overnight, and "do you want to go Rachael's?" elicits just as much excitement - if not more - as "do you want to go to the dog park?" She actually sings and howls in excitement every time Rachael comes over! My schedule is far from consistent but Rachael is flexible and seems to take it in stride. Her packages are highly customizable and her offerings extend far beyond the usual feed/water/walk. I recently broke my dominant hand and would have been a hot mess without her. Aside from daily visits to help care for my herd, she has run countless errands for me while I was unable to drive (groceries, rx pickup, coffee, the list goes on...). To top it all off she even offers housecleaning/laundry services, and she cleans like I clean: top to bottom with great attention to detail. She is seriously the most accommodating pet sitter (I hate even calling her that, she is so much more!) I have ever found, and I've had several over the years. She is a wealth of knowledge and an incredible resource. After months of searching for a harness that would work with my collapsed trachea pup I had nearly given up hope... I should have asked Racheal sooner, she immediately had the perfect suggestion, and I can even put it on one-handed! Racheal is simply the best.
