Well how shall I begin? Call ahead and book in advance!! These ladies and gent are not only your doggy's dream date; they're talented to boot. Competent and caring; knowledgeable and intentional, they endeavor to forge relationships that last with their clients. This is my pup's home away from home to be sure, Ducky actually perks up when we approach the locale rather than cower as he has at some of the larger, more impersonal chains. In fact, I suspect Ducky; my Shih Tzu, likes them more than me sometimes! They don't just groom your fluffy friend, they get to know them. The groomers build welcoming familiarity and a repertoire between themselves; your pet and instruments used to lessen the need for forced restraint. They actually get consent (of sorts) from the client on the grooming table by modeling their fur cutting plans and soothing them with massage, love and treats!. Remember our pets can understand a lot of what we say though they can't articulate a response in the same language. These ladies embrace that knowledge and thus attain an elevated status amongst canines city wide! Oh and one last thing! So impressed with their work! My 3 year old cocker spaniel hates being brushed and was a huge hairy mess when I brought him in. They took the time to de matt him (which surely took hours) instead of just shaving. He’s never looked better! I also love the “open concept”. I know my pup was much more content not being locked in a kennel all day. Highly recommend! Before and after pics included ????

This is the best dog grooming company in Austin. They take good care of our Chihuahua, and he's never traumatized afterwards, unlike some places we've visited. They make room in the schedule, and are very reasonably priced. We love Bravado!

I took my little Shih Tzu named Reishi here once a month and they were always so nice and did a great job. They would always give her some cute new hair clips for her ears or a new bandana and she was always in the best mood when I took her home.

Very friendly and lovely staff and a well thought out distancing protocol. My pup was anxious going in and came out looking like he had a great time. Will be returning for sure.

The team here is great. It is obvious how much they care for 4 legged family members. Both of our dogs had been dealing with spring fleas. After today's visit they seem to be itch free and smell really nice. When we picked them up, they were both grinning from ear to ear. They also had new bandanas to wear out. Thanks y'all!

This place is great. I take both my dogs a rottweiler and a german shephard. We are in and out in 5 minutes for nail trimming.this is our grooming spot!

My dog LOVES these ladies and what's more? They truly love him...and I can tell it is genuine when they remember his name and are delighted to see him. Ducky now loves going to the groomer, even when we are just passing by he wants to poke his head in to say hi. This family operation is in my hood but I would drive across town in traffic to seek this mother and daughter team out. They've made room for Ducky on their busiest days and give well informed advice about his skin issues. From fleas...to Austin allergies....to between the eyes Shih-tzu yeast infections....they've got the smarts to tell the difference and the acumen to cure it. To make the experience even cooler, the son/brother is an artist whom makes beautiful wood jewelry and rears gorgeous and rare succulents in mid century pots...he sells them out of a cute trailer on the weekends right out front. Bravado is extremely affordable and without the add on gimmicks you get at Petco or PetSmart....they just provide good, quality care and use organic, high end products. Your dog is missing out on a wonderful afternoon if you aren't taking him here. Check them out!

Another great experience with Bravado! Today we brought our dog, Lily, to get her haircut. Lily was super nervous going to a new groomer, but they took great care of her! Lily is about 10 years old and blind in one eye... needless to say, she is tough to groom... They did a great job! Everyone who worked there was so patient with Lily, which meant a lot. A few weeks ago, we brought in our recent rescue dog, Bob. We happened to leave one of Bob's toys at Bravado. Honestly, I considered it lost and wasn't concerned about it. When I picked up Lily, they handed me Bob's toy saying "we knew it was he brother's toy, so we put it in her cage to comfort her..." Oh my goodness, that was SO NICE... We will forever be Bravado customers.

My fur baby "oscar" and i are very pleased with the friendly service we received from the girls at Bravado. I called last minute with no appointment and they were able to groom my 6 month old goldendoodle(50lbs). Oscar is excited to return soon????????????.
