Ok this place gets 5 stars for service and patience alone. But scheduling and follow-up are also phenomenal.

Horrible service work a very busy schedule and needed to reschedule they kept the mandatory 60$ deposit and wanted to charge again highly don’t recommend

They were able to get me in quickly when I needed it. They were super friendly and I felt confident about the care they were giving my pup.

Though they work from a curbside pick-up system, I am excited to meet all the staff at Bluebonnet IRL soon. I trust this clinic wholeheartedly with my baby and I am so happy it's a 2 minute drive from my house. They are very transparent in their pricing and even gave me options that saved me money. 1000% recommend.

Bluebonnet Riverside they are very busy, but that is because they are the best, most knowledgeable veterans service I have ever used... and I have used more than a few in more than one state. I cannot recommend them enough and had the pleasure to spoke with Naomi today and received such knowledgeable and professional service and appreciate her taking her time with me and my fur baby. This was my fur baby, Felicia's first visit and I wished that I had known of Bluebonnet Veterinary a lot sooner! The staff was so amazing! They made a stressful situation a lot more comforting. I knew that Felicia was in the right hands and we didn't have to worry. They asked questions and ensured that Felicia would get the care that she needed. In fact, the same evening I already saw progress in my baby. Prior to her being seen, for about a week, she ate little to none. By nightfall after her visit, she seemed to have gained at least 50% of her appetite back! I have definitely found all of my fur babies' their new "primary care provider". Bluebonnet Riverside it is! I want to thank all the staff and especially the doctor (Kelly). I appreciate how you provided such quick response and were so sweet and caring! You all absolutely, ROCK! We will see you all soon for any follow ups/routine care!

Great vet! I just moved to Austin and searched everywhere for a good vet for my goldendoodle Indie. They don’t overcharge you or try to sell you on things you don’t need. They care a lot about your pet and have really good communication with you through the process.

Not the same service this place had when it was family owned. They didn't do anything wrong, just nothing exceptional.

We found Bluebonnet online after moving to Austin a few months ago. We were planning on just doing an annual exam for our dog, Obi, but they found a fractured tooth that needed to be extracted. For something that was serious, the whole experience was so wonderful. Dr. Michaels and the whole staff really cares for their patients. Obi gets really anxious and nervous, but the staff at Bluebonnet were so helpful and took great care of him. The procedure was simple, explained to us so well, and reasonably priced. They answered all of our questions and sent us home with so much information for aftercare post surgery. We’re so lucky we found Bluebonnet and Dr. Michaels. Obi says thank you for helping my tooth! He’s on the way to a great and speedy recovery ☺️

Good value and responsive by phone

This place is incredible. They actually care about your pets and take the time to explain everything in detail. Anytime we’ve needed anything they are able to see us right away. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends and family! Thank you for taking such great care of our boy Honey!

Excellent. They were available, companionate, informative and reasonable prices, when my dog needed quick appointment and we were new to the area.

We had to take our dog Zeus to be euthanized. It was a very very sad day for me and my son one of the hardest things we've ever had to do. But the staff there and the veterinarian and all the people who work there were so nice to us.

Our dogs always get treated gently and kindly by all employees!

My dog got an eye injury and the vet did a wonderful job with a diamond burr debridement--which seemed like a scary procedure. I was worried the cornea would bother her the rest of her life and have cloudiness, but after it healed, it looked like she never even had an injury. The vet is very knowledgeable, but the clinic does push a lot of services and product. You always have the right to budget your services and they can get you estimates, though.

I love this vet and all the people who work there. Bison will miss his DR. at Bluebonnet has absolutely outstanding. Check them out. They have taken care of us for the past 2 years while we lived here in Austin.

We just moved to Austin and needed a new veterinarian for our senior cat, Steve, who was having some issues. Bluebonnet was able to schedule us quickly, explained each test/procedure that our cat would need, and forgave us for missing our follow up appointment due to mixing up our days! They are very kind and professional. Steve felt comfortable too! They followed up with us a few times and made us feel important. We are very happy with our experience with Dr. Vielma and staff!

Concerned about the medical providers' capacity to follow the science behind examination and treatment of my beloved animal since they clearly don't follow the science behind Covid-19 and masks. Does not give me confidence in their care.

Brought our new puppy here for her first visit. Good experience. They offer a "puppy package, 150 for the first exam and shots and subsequent boosters. Good deal. Friendly, professional staff who welcome questions.

Just had to put my best friend down. They were so caring and helpful through the process it made me glad I was there.

Why are all of your employees so rude over the phone? Just for this reason, I never want to go back here again. They all sound like I am inconveniencing them for calling to see if they have an appointment. I went to Central Texas Vet and they were so friendly and didn’t put me on hold forever and I was literally able to go see them the day of. Also they charged me half of what Bluebonnet has charged me in the past for the same issue. Please don’t go here.

The entire staff has always been good to me and my pup. Reasonable prices and friendly service. Have recommended to others.
