I’ve used Premier Pet TLC several times now while traveling and both Samantha and Kyra have done an excellent job caring for my 2 cats. I don’t have to worry about my cats getting stressed anymore because I know these ladies work with my cats quirks while I’m gone. Very happy with the services provided, thank you!

We have a great experience with Samantha and her team! We were out of town for 2 weeks and they stayed at our home and took great care of our 2 Aussies!! We got updates and pictures every time they came to visit as well as reports on how they were doing. Helped us to feel not so far away from our fur children! We highly recommend Premier Pet and will continue to use them for watching our dogs!

We cannot recommend Samantha and Premier Pet highly enough - we have been working with her and her team for almost 3 years and have never felt more confident in the care and attention our fur babies receive. She is incredibly professional and communicative, not to mention amazingly thoughtful - reaching out to wish our critters happy birthday without fail and even sending us condolences for pets we've lost over the years. She is also very understanding and flexible and a great partner when it comes to figuring out logistics and schedules. Additionally, her easy-to-use app makes scheduling, payment, communication, and storing pet care profiles a breeze. We absolutely love working with Samantha and never stress at the idea of leaving home because we know our beloved pets are in the safest hands possible. We strongly recommend!

Thre times they’ve bailed me out of a difficult situation. With all the things we have to worry about I’m happy that at least the puppies are ok and being looked after. I can’t recommend them enough

I had not traveled in almost two years, so leaving my cats was kind of stressful. But Samantha did such a GREAT job of taking care of all of them, particularly the elderly BeBe who needed special food and attention, that I might just travel again soon sometime. Samantha sent pictures and messages after each visit, something I truly appreciated. The kitties hardly missed me because she was so good to them!

We love this company! We reached out to premier pet in a pinch and boy did they come through! Not only did they accommodate our last minute request but samantha dropped what she was doing to do a last minute meet and greet with our pup to ensure they were good to go the following day for their visit. We were eternally grateful because we had last minute plans out of town & samantha worked us into her schedule and even sent us photo updates of her visit with our Havapoo, George. Great attention to detail and professionalism. Just what we needed & we were so comfortable leaving George for an extended period knowing Samantha would be there to spend some time with him while we were out. We have and will continue to use their services in the future confidently knowing our pup is safe in their hands. Thanks Premier Pet! Great small business.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Samantha & Premier Pet TLC. I contacted her several months prior to needing services and she was REALLY great at keeping in contact/making sure we stayed in touch about what I was needing (and when!) She is extremely responsive to requests & is easy to get in touch with. You can tell she truly loves animals & all of the fur babies she takes care of. VERY grateful!!!!

Samantha is very professional and reliable. She has taken great care of our two labs. They just love her and can’t wait for their walks. Can’t say enough about the great service she provides.

Premier pet did a wonderful job taking care of my two pet rabbits while I was away! It is very clear that their passion is animals and making sure animals are receiving the best care. Highly, highly recommend Premier Pet TLC! Samantha and Laurel were awesome. We were leaving on a last minute trip, and they stepped in to take care of our pets with little notice. They updated us daily on our pets with notes and pictures. They really put us at ease, and our pets loved them!!!

Samantha and Julie were great! We contacted Premier Pet TLC as the first on our list of possible sitters and we didn't have to look any further! From our first meet & greet, Samantha went out of her way to gain the trust of our loving fur babies. We had them come twice a day to walk our dog, change litter, and feed everybody, and stay overnight for 4 nights so our animals wouldn't get lonely. Samantha went above and beyond with our youngest cat, Toby, who has confidence issues. By the end of her stay, our normally very shy boy was coming out of his safe place to investigate and show her some love at dinner time. Their online portal is fantastic to use and makes it easy to schedule future visits. Through the portal, we were sent progress reports after each visit, which included photos and updates on how everybody was doing. We even got special Mother's Day greeting photos from each of our adorable pets! We loved Premier Pet TLC so much, that it was a joy to accept Samantha's offer for a behavioral session with Toby to help work on his kitty confidence, and we very much look forward to it. We will now always recommend Premier Pet TLC to anybody who asks, and if we could give an even higher rating we absolutely would. If you're looking for a caring sitter to take care of your pets while you're away, there is no better choice!

Samantha and Mary are great! They both clearly love animals and they took excellent care of our dogs, cat and hamster. They were very reliable and updated us with info on our pets after every visit. I would highly recommend them and Premiere Pet TLC!

Samantha did a top notch job. I had a last minute opportunity to take a trip and she graciously rearranged her schedule so we could have a meet and greet meeting. She is professional and my cat, Lily LOVED her. I had total confidence that Lily would be cared for and my expectations were exceeded. Samantha came once a day at Lily's regular dinner time. She even cleaned the water fountain on her first visit, it was dirty and I hadn't had time to get to it before I left. Everything was clean and in order when I returned. I couldn't have been happier. And most of all, Lily was able to be content in her own home and I was able to relax and have a good time. I will definitely use Samantha's services again. Don't hesitate, she's the best.

Premier Pet TLC delivers on their promise! We left our babes in their care for 9 days, and although I don't want to do that again because I missed them too much, I would definitely use Premier Pet if I did. Mary was great. We got detailed reviews of her visits with photos, which was such a treat. When we got home it almost felt like we had just left. Highly recommended! I'll definitely request them for any future pet care needs.

Samantha took such good care of our boys. Percy & Shelby were relaxed and happy when we got home ....no pouting and punishing us for leaving them alone ????.
