I had heard many good things about PAZ and was so excited when PAZ West opened near me. I was driving way south to make sure my dogs got great care at a reasonable price. Everyone here is so caring...from the front desk, to the techs, to DR PULLEN! He's everything you'd ever hope for in your vet...smart, caring, responsive. I hope he never leaves!!! I'm so glad I switched all 3 of my dogs to PAZ West! Wonderful people and wonderful facility!!!

I love these folks! Easy to schedule with staff members Sarhai and Chrissy, plus Dr. Lawton and the techs are wonderful with my animals. They recognize that every family has its own "plan and goal" for each animal and they never push me to undertake testing or treatment that doesn't fit my plan! Unique in the industry! I wouldn't use any other clinic! Thank you all!

Within 4 days of moving to Austin from Virginia I found myself having to find a veterinary clinic for my cat and I am SO THANKFUL that I found Paz. I was immediately drawn to the mission and values of the Paz family and from the moment I arrived I felt welcome, comfortable, and like I was the only client in the building. I love the cat specific room - you can tell they spent time on every detail of the room to make it comfortable for cats and their humans. During my time at Paz I never felt rushed or that I didn’t have time to ask questions. The entire West staff is kind and gracious. Destiny and Dr. Pullen are both so patient and gentle with my cat which was very important to me since she has a very unique case. Chrissy is very helpful and attentive to the animals and cared for my sweet girl when I had to leave her for several hours. I felt very confident leaving her in their hands. Thank you Paz West for making my transition to Austin easier by taking such good care of my girl!

As an experienced veterinary technician I am able to assess the quality of an veterinary facility quite easily and I was impressed by the experience I had here. The doctor was professional, detail oriented, listened well, explained things clearly and I felt like my dog was well cared for on all levels. I am confident that nothing was overlooked and left with a detailed print out of the things we discussed in the appointment including calculated dosages for over the counter supplements. The staff was very friendly, the clinic was clean and comfy inside and my dog liked the treat she got! Recommend!

We are very thankful for the loving care and expert dental surgery we have received for both of our long haired dachshund boys. Dr Pullen and his staff have been amazing. One of our pups had to have additional surgery for a fistula that developed before the first dental, and they were able to provide additional care to insure that the gum area would properly heal.
