Wow! We just picked up our Doodles and they look wonderful! Our Schnoodle, Millie, has the world’s furriest ears, and Mark did a great job with them. Our Sheepadoodle, Everly, just looks great. Best face cut ever for Everly! And we got to hang out with Shaggy, the Borzoi/Irish Wolfhound. What a mellow fellow. Thanks for everything, Just Four Paws. We’ll be back!

Fantastic place... My family and I evacuated from southeast Texas, for Hurricane Laura; and I needed a place to keep my rat terrier mix, Wally. Wally is a temperamental enigma of a dog. He’s old, ornery, and is picky with those whom he feels worthy of his blessings. Especially so considering our circumstances. Mark, and the good people at Four Paws, took Wally in and made him feel welcome, giving me peace of mind in a stressful time. Truly a great place. Thank you!

Looking at the pictures on here does nothing to make me want to check this place out.... but the main reason I would never bring my dog here is because I can always (and I mean ALWAYS) hear the dogs barking and howling from there when I go to the Bee Cave dog park. It’s right behind their business. It sounds like the dogs are in distress similar to a dog pound.

I have always boarded my labs here. Maybe 12 years then. I do sometimes have my dog bathed and clipped at the end of her stay bc I know the owner is very well-known as a great groomer. I have even met the owner’s wife during pick-up and she gave me some training tips when I expressed a concern about my puppies behavior. You are supporting a local family that loves animals when you support this place. My labs love it here!!

I've been taking my dog to Just 4 Paws for most of his life. Marc is a great groomer and loving care taker of animals. This is a small business. If you call and he doesn't answer the phone right away, he's caring for our dogs. Just call back later. My dog always got great care in grooming and boarding.

Our dog had poop all over him. Also, we could never get ahold of anyone when we called to check on our dog. NEVER AGAIN!

Horrible customer service on the phone. The guy was very rude and had a lot of attitude when i asked simple questions. I will not be taking my dog here anymore. He raises prices everytime i drop my dog off.

We love Just Four Paws! Our dogs are always very happy and look great when we pick them up!!

We were looking for a place to help socialize our boxer mix puppy and also get some energy out while we’re at work, and this has been the perfect place! She starts barking and getting excited any time we pull up and she races inside. The people who there know her and greet her by name. We’ve also boarded her there a few times and the owner is so friendly and helpful. You can tell they all love dogs there.

We have a 4 month old puppy that needed her first haircut. We have never owned a dog that needed to be groomed or clipped regularly, so I asked around to see where the best place was, to make sure her first grooming experience was a good one. And it was!!! Mark and the staff were very nice and so cute with Addy. Mark explained what he had done and what we would need to do in the future. He did a great job and Addy seemed to be really happy and relaxed when I picked her up. We will definitely take her to Just Four Paws for all her grooming!

Marc is and incredible groomer and an even better person. He is one of the most level headed and fair business owners I've ever met. Every single customer is treated with respect and every dog is treated with love and compassion. The staff is extremely friendly and the facilities give the pups lots of room to play and rest. The kennels are always cooled or heated depending on the weather and the doggos always have plenty of water and food. Julie, the receptionist, is an absolute sweetheart who brightens anyones day just by talking to them. I highly recommend you bring your dogs here for any grooming, bath, day care, or kennel needs.

We've been very impressed by Just Four Paws. The owners and staff are true pet lovers and take care of their guest pets like they are their own. They keep a special eye on my little dog and even let her hang with other little dogs in the office area.

Some of the negative reviewers seem to expect a resort experience suitable for an only child or a favorite grandmother. If that's what you want, then check the Hilton. However, if you want a place where your dog will be loved by the staff as he romps and plays in the way that only dogs can, then Just Four Paws is the perfect place. We have been boarding our dogs there for many years, and the staff is always friendly and our dogs are always happy. It is not like other boarders who keep your dog kenneled 90 percent of the time. Our dogs always come home worn out from play time. I highly recommend it to those who know what dogs like!

We left our two dogs here for a week over the Christmas break. I was nervous because when I called to make a reservation, the person taking the reservation didn't ask me too many questions about my dogs other than the fact that I needed to fax them their vaccination records. I kept telling them things like how I wanted them to be boarded together but separated to eat, things about their dietary requirements etc. He was walking around while I was speaking to him so I doubted he wrote anything down. The place seemed nice when I dropped them off and again I advised of boarding together, eating requirements, gave them special treats for Christmas etc. When I went to pick them up, they were both very dirty. One smelled of vomit and the other had poop stuck all over her fur. I also don't think they were separated to eat because one was much heavier than when I left her and the other looked much thiner so I have a suspicion that the more aggressive one ate most of the food. I also left a brand new bag a food with them for my one dog with dietary needs and they couldn't find the bag when I went to pick her up???? Leads me to believe she never got her special food.
