I really appreciate the daily text and video to let me know my pets are doing well. My rabbits and kitten were very happy to see her each day.

I’ve used Jen for pet sitting for about five years now and whenever I go out of town I know my cats will be well taken care of! I have three cats and they all have special diets and medication and she does an amazing job with all of them. Jen is so attentive and professional and always sends daily updates with pictures so I know how they are doing. There have been a couple times when my travel plans have been disrupted and she’s been able to add on a few extra visits with short notice until I’m able to make it home. I appreciate her so much and would highly recommend her services!

As you plan your upcoming trips, I’d like to recommend our pet sitter, Jen Arnett of JenniFurr’s Pet Sitting and Dog Walking Services. Yes, you read her business name correctly, which means she’s funny AND stellar at her job. She and her husband Jeff have consistently provided exceptional care for all of our cats, one of whom was a 20-pound-plus diabetic who needed insulin shots twice a day. Did Jen or Jeff balk at that request? On the contrary. They took care of our cat, Evey, like he was one of their own for at least 10 years, giving him those shots twice a day each time we hired her. In turn Evey and our other cats have always greeted Jen and Jeff happily and have never been stressed when we come back home. Jen and Jeff also walk dogs daily. Jeff even rollerblades with a group of dogs. #Skillz! This husband and wife duo have taken care of pets all across southwest Austin since 2008. Whenever we are away we always receive a daily text message letting us know how our pets (or even our plants) are doing, complete with pictures. Jen's reports are thorough, and with comforting pix and video. Even the anxious kitty does great when we are gone. When we come home, they run back for me play with them because Jen played with them all the time.

I've seen JenniFurr's vehicle in my neighborhood and decided to give her a call to see if she could do a last minute sit. The owner called within 20-30 minutes of my request. Explained how her sits work and provided a free meet and greet so we could go over where everything was. I've used rover and vet boarding in the past and I hate that they stay in crates most of the time. This was the most convenient and my dogs seemed way happier to be at home. I will definitely use this service again.

Jennifer is great with animals, and they love her too. We have trusted her to pet-sit and take care of our elderly diabetic dog who needed daily injections, and she is helping us now with our new puppy who needs some exercise and interaction during the day. We highly recommend her.

Jen is simply the best! She has been walking my dog, Franklin, for 8 years and I wouldn't trust anyone else with him. She comes around the same time every day (which my little guy needs for consistency) and they go on adventures in the neighborhood and then they come back to the house for treats and cuddles. Also, I get the best pics/videos from their walks and an update on how much fun they had together. On days when I will be away longer than usual (music fest or after work commitment), I know JenniFurrr is available to help with a second visit and giving my pooch dinner (and meds if he's on any). I can't recommend Jen and her staff enough! There's a personal touch and a real relationship built with your pet that most pet parents want for their fur bubs. Franklin loves Jen (and Jeff!) and I know they love him right back!
