Super nice staff and a good selection. I wish it had the same delivery service as Bark-n-Purr though and we'd order from them much more often.

Update to the update: need a Christmas sweater, and snacks for your pup at 8 am on a Saturday? This is the place! Update: Hollywood feed is open. Masks and social distancing and serving customers. Variety of supplies and thoughtful customer service. It is nearly Christmas, it is crazy out there... and I dropped by Hollywood feed for doggie treats. Extremely helpful staff made a visit with my very excited puppers super easy and fast. This is why I love Austin spots - you get the care and service that makes you want to pass it along.

Great place that truly cares about their customers. We had a crate for our puppy, way too small,, but it took six weeks to find that out. They swapped it out for a bigger one. I was blown away. Plus people there are knowledgeable and friendly, great local pet supplies store. They also run specials and have great coupons. It’s the place I go.

I love this place, the products and the help but the website sucks. It does not allow a product search on an Android phone.

Hey are always good for answering any questions about food or meds. I love their customer service. All their products are refunded if you pets don't like them. Let's just say I have never had to take anything back. My animals love their food.

It would be weird to have unfriendly folk working at a pet store, right? So I always feel happy going into this location knowing I’ll be helped and my pup will get greeted warmly. Each visit I’ve been helped by a different person, but the dedication and knowledge is consistent and sweet.

I love Hollywood Feed. It is more costly than your standard pet store but its pretty worth it for what you get. The employees are always really helpful there and they sell really high quality products.

Knowledgeable staff that was quick to offer assistance and tips. I recently got my first dog and they gave me all kinds of information, including a checklist of basic needs. They answered all my questions with more info than I would have expected. You can tell they really care about animals/products here. Since I was rescuing from a shelter, they even gave me a one time discount. The toys are also very nicely priced. PetCo was charging $23 and Hollywood Feed was charging $10 for the exact same thing. Will definitely be going back here for all my dog needs.

Still sad that this place is no long local owned bark n purr, but most of the staff is the same friendly knowledgeable people, so that is a huge plus. Both of my dogs have crazy allergies and this is the only place I can get everything they need ❤

My dog doesn't eat her dog food anymore so I came here to look for new options. There was a lot to choose from an the staff actually helped me pick out the food. Back home, my dog was at first hesitant but she liked it! Now I no longer have to worry about my pet supplies! I just come back here.

I buy all my dogs raw food here! Great prices for and they always have what I need when I need it! I also buy the big Timothy hay here as well and I tell you what it's an amazing deal!
