Calais is the BEST groomer in Austin. I have three dogs and have been to many groomers. She is by far the most caring and detailed. She has been so loving with my dogs who are all in different stages of life. My dog Poppy has arthritis and she is so gentle with her. My dog Tobias has horrible anxiety at the groomer and he often falls asleep while being groomed because he is so relaxed! Grooming can be such a stressful experience for dogs and Calais makes all the difference. Thank you for taking such good care of my fur babies!

Staff is always polite. I love the convenience of texting the shop for an appt. I have a 26lb dog and he's groomed within 2-3hrs.

We have been coming here for years. They're the only groomers we trust our dogs with because it's clear they love dogs!!! They have great communication and will text you for appointment reminders, pick up, etc so you're always updated on your fur babies status. Groomings are fast and usually done within two hours. Their priced are also very reasonable.

I have taken my dog, Beau, to Austin Pet Stylist on and off for a few years now. I sometimes try to groom him myself, but it is always a hassle and he never looks as good. Recently, I thought I had scheduled a full groom for him, but it was only for a mini-style. However, Lauren said she would try to do as much as possible and he turned out looking great! He smells so good and definitely feels like a new dog ???? Time for me to turn in my clippers and leave it to the professionals! Plus their COVID protocols are top notch!

We’ve been taking Gizmo here since we moved to ATX 7 years ago. Jade is the best! Gizmo always comes home with the perfect cut no matter who grooms him. They are super responsive when booking and he’s only there a few hours. I recommend APS to all my friends. My only wish is that I could book online appts. Hopefully someday.

Austin pet stylist is so wonderful! I used to groom both of my German Shepard mixes myself, but when I fell and broke my wrist I needed some help. I've been impressed from the first time I came to their shop. They are cautious about covid and have taken amazing care of my dogs. They are both adopted later in life and are crabby about nail trims and baths, but this has been no problem for the crew at Austin pet stylist. Everytime we go for a bath or a nail trim they come out looking perfect. I think prices are more than fair and scheduling and interaction through text is easy and efficient for busy lives! Great news is my wrist is healed, but I don't think I'll ever stop coming back! ????

Gavyn is stellar stylist & a wizard with the scissors! He can turn a fluff ball of a mutt into a cute pup with a great haircut! He always takes such good care of his clients and makes them feel so loved and comfortable. Thank you Austin Pet Stylist!

Worst customer service ever. We came in for a consult at the time they told us and then they said it was 15 min earlier and we’re now too busy. However 3 employees were just standing around. Rude and disrespectful of our time.

My baby Coco was groomed here for the past 3 years and loved it! Despite having moved further away from the location I still plan on bringing my pup here despite having other groomers in closer proximity.

Love APS! We've been coming here for years. We travel from North Austin and it's totally worth the drive! Calais is a master in her craft and our shih tzu's couldn't be happier with her and her amazing cuts. I highly recommend this place to anyone that wants to pamper their furry loved ones!

Best Dog groomers in Austin. My two dogs get groomed here every six weeks. Any time I have walked into this salon it is calm and quiet. All dogs are very zin. All dogs being groomed are calm. They text you 20 to 30 minutes before your dog is ready, so you can pick them up right away. This helps to not stress the dogs from being in a kennel all day. I live in Bee Cave and drive to this grooming salon since they are that good.

Not a good experience. After they cancelled my initial appointment, I was charged $88.00 for an unfinished job on my miniature poodle. She appeared to have a large mustache, they didn't finish her feet, including her nails not being trimmed. No groomer had told me before that they couldn't finish the job.

We love our groomer Jade. Not only does she make sure our pups are happy and comfortable when they are in her care, they also always leave the salon looking amazing. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a full groom or the de-shed treatment. She does an amazing job!

I absolutely LOVE Austin Pet Stylist! My little Maltese always has the best haircuts and I constantly get compliments on her grooming. Edith is so wonderful with my pup and gives tips on how to maintain the beautiful, long coat at home! I am extremely pleased every time I walk out of their salon! ;)

My elderly shih-tzu lost a leg a couple years back, and I just didn’t trust anyone to handle him properly during grooming. Edith answered all my questions and put me at ease— and does an amazing haircut as well! He’s always finished promptly and the communication for pick up is easy.

Wouldn't accept a docile geriatric dog to groom. It saddens me you want to conduct a “consultation”. How difficult is it to groom a short haired fox terrier. ? He has always been a gentle and obedient. What kind of procedures are involved to bath a dog. Makes me wonder what kind of treatment you subject your animals to that they need a consultation. Thanks.

Walked in off the street to ask if they groomed dog and was trying to ask how much . Right off the bat they said they did do big dog and I looked over and there was a dog bigger than Luna so these people Where not nice at all and they probably wouldn’t Be Nice To My dog not Nice People at All

Absolutely LOVE these ladies & their ???? Pet Salon! Edith has been grooming our cocker spaniel regularly for 2 years and we could not be happier with how fabulous she looks each time!! She is always so calm & happy when I pick her up. Jade and everyone else that works for them are amazing too! Truly a five star ⭐️ salon! They are professionals and it shows!! My dog is a cocker spaniel/retriever mix, and they do a great job of maintaining the fluff and keeping her cut natural looking. It’s also very clean inside, and the friendly staff makes me feel good about leaving my dog there to get groomed (especially since my sweet doggo is not a fan of baths :)).

I took my two chihuahuas in for the first time today! We loved it! The space has such a nice vibe and everyone was extremely welcoming. It was easy to schedule, they notified me 20 minutes before they were done, and they cgave them cute bandanas too! Already on the books for our next appointment! Thank you :)
