Very good and well maintained dog wash area. Especially having a separate room for wash helps a lott for your dog from getting the extra good/bad energy from other dogs. Good store for your pets.

We've come to healthy pet for a while & while we do like it we no longer feel safe shopping there unless it's shipped/delivered. They aren't doing curbside anymore & employees don't wear masks even though covid rates are incredibly high here.

They need to have a restroom available for clients, we pay enough for our family members food you could give have a restroom for us.

Loved the dog washing station. Everything was easy to use and fairly cheap for the bath. My dog came out fresh as daisy and happy.

Came here for the first time because petco advertises in plain sight on their website that their self service dog wash stations close at 7pm unlike this one that closes 8pm but doesn't say their wash closes at 7. Lady had the nerve to turn me away at 7:05. The store is open, but I can't turn a faucet and let water run down a drain 55 minutes before the door is locked. Waste of my time.

Bought puppy cologne for my Foxey. Smells incredible.

Courtney is such a knowledgeable employee any dog needs I have I always feel comfortable and prefer going to her. She helped me pick out the perfect toy to make my little pup happy. This is a great place to shop for your furbabies! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. It's super clean and organized. They have a dog wash that looks pretty amazing! Their product inventory is extensive. It's located in a center with plenty of close-up parking. I recommend.

Amazing self wash, I love that is a personal room. I have 2 larger dogs, I'm able to take both of them by myself, I'm out within 30 minutes. They have perfect little treats to help the process along. Great price, SUPER friendly staff.

We LOVE taking Ziggy to this location. We have our own private bath suite with cute aprons and tons of bathing shampoo and conditioner options. Ziggy usually snags a treat afterward.

Online stock does not represent what they actually have. Had to cancel order and get my product from a business that keeps proper inventory.

Really nice store, had so many dog items you cant find anywher. Only reason I wouldn't give 5 stars is because everything is so over priced.

Wish I could give 10 stars!! I was running really low on dog food in the middle of the winter storm and was still hesitant about traveling on the roads. Plus most stores were closed or operating on limited hours. However, I was able to place a same day delivery order and receive it a few hours later. They didn’t have the size I ordered so they upgraded to a larger size at zero charge. Would like to say thank you Healthy Pet Austin for taking care of our fur babies, even during inclement weather!

Our dog has suddenly gotten really sensitive with food. It’s been a journey figuring out what does and doesn’t work for him. I wish I could remember the associates name who calmly gave me options to help him out. We got the fidobiotics Good Guts probiotic to add to his breakfast and oh my god He LOVES it. We have never seen him so quickly eat his food every day. On top of that, he finally has consistently regular stool. Thanks so much to healthy pet for all of their guidance always ♥️

I came here to find a solution for my pets' flea problem. The staff were very helpful and asked me a bunch of questions. They really care about my pups health and we shared a few laughs too. High recommend!

Especially because of the current situation with COVID your employees should ask before touching customer’s pets.

I have a brand new Yorkie and was up in the air on what I wanted to feed Teddy. I walked in not knowing what to expect and the customer service and attention I received from John and his coworker sorry I missed your name but you had a lovely accent. I left feeling great and even better when I got home my little guy loved the OC Raw Dog food that they recommended.
