Awesome salon I had ever seen after I searched for a replacement salon. There is one of the best grooming for animals. I strongly recommend you to bring your animals over there. Very reasonable.

I am very disappointed in how my dog came out. She is a 5lb morkie and I wanted the summer cut. First off when I dropped her off no one was there that could speak only deaf people so you have to write out what you want done on a board. I said shave her as short as you can. When we go to pick her up they make you pay before you can even look at your dog. It was $70 and some change for a summer cut on a tiny morkie. When we looked at her they hadn’t even shaved her at all. All they did was scissor cut her and she looked absolutely terrible. We asked them to take her back and do a better job and they took her back and didn’t look any different when we got her. Absolutely ridiculous for $70 and we will never go here or recommend this place to anyone.

NICEST! HUMANS! EVER! So I'll admit I came to this salon for an "unconventional" grooming... I was participating in a scavenger hunt and one of the items was to take a photo getting my (human) hair cut at a pet salon next to a dog who was also being groomed. I emailed Hair O' The Dog with my bizarre request and TJ wrote back right away enthusiastically offering to help. My friend and I showed up for my appointment and were escorted into the back where we met the four nicest people ever. It was such a fun thing to do and I think the staff at Hair O' The Dog had as much fun as we did! While I didn't get my fur family groomed here (I only have cats who don't need it), I will tell you that there were two happy, beautiful dogs being groomed along side me and treated with love and care. And if I ever had to hand over my fur babies to someone to give their fluff a little snip, I would undoubtedly come back to this salon. Thank you to everyone at Hair O' The Dog for taking a few minutes out of your day for us!

These ladies are awesome. Dogs come back looking, smelling and hopefully feeling good. Great small place that has groomers that really truly care for our dogs, especially an anxiety ridden one. I use them everytime our fur babies need some serious work. Much love and appreciation.

They are really nice and welcoming and Randi did wonderful job on Teemo! I was little sad that Teemo didn’t get a bow/bandana, but still looks adorable after!

Today was my first trip with my dog I have to say I was disappointed I guess I was expecting to be wowed by my dogs hair cut, I was not plus it was a bit expensive if you ask me. We will not be returning. The only thing I can say which is why there are 3 stars is that she is super soft and nails are not sharp at all.

I highly recommend Hair o’ the Dog. They’ve groomed both of my dogs for about a year now and have done an amazing, amazing job! My kids leave there looking showroom new. Thank you to the entire team!

I brought my dog here for her first ever professional grooming, and I must say I have been very pleased with the whole experience. Drop off at 9AM took no more than a few minutes as the owner, whose picture hangs on the wall along with the rest of the staff, recorded notes on the services I wanted before checking in my slightly nervous dog. I then received a call approximately two hours later informing me she was finished and ready for pickup, and I am still thoroughly impressed with their work. My nearly four year old's thick coat was trimmed perfectly, making her look nearly like a puppy again (albeit a very large puppy). I was also pleased to see she came out looking comfortable with the staff and her environment, rather than with her tail tucked as she arrived. She was also sporting a rather fetching watermelon bandana! The staff is warm and welcoming, the pricing is quite fair, and the care for their work is apparent in the results. Thanks for taking care of my pup, and I look forward to seeing you all again on our next need for a visit.

The first time I took my poodle Jamie did a fabulous job. The second time everything went wrong. I dropped her off at 8 AM. By 4:30 they still hadn’t finished. Obviously they pushed her to the last dog to be groomed although she was the first to be dropped off. The groomer clipped her nails almost to the quik. Her tail was not done at all. Her nose had a line on it that was never there before. Its still there so it’s permanently nicked. I am pretty sure she was done by a new or inexperienced person although I asked specifically for the groomer I had used before. I am very disappointed as I thought I had found a salon I could use in the future. No way. Wish I had noticed the details before walking out the door. I would not have paid till they finished the job. The white wall behind the desk that conceals everything going on in the grooming area should have been a red flag.

Friendly service and able to handle walk-ins, despite being crowded with customers. I was happy with their service and would go back. When busy, the front waiting area can be cramped, and the prices are slightly higher than other grooming places nearby.

Thought it was about time I wrote a review since I've dropped dogs off here 3 - 4 times now. The job they've done for my dogs are great, I've never seen them leave yelping when I arrive. I know one of my dogs would be a challenge but when I arrived he wasn't yelping or crying like he did at another pet salon. These ladies care and thats what counts.

I love this place! All of the staff is friendly and kind. My dog always leaves there looking great.

Can't say enough how AWESOME this groomer is! We took our very shaggy 23 lb sheep dog/shih tzu mix and they did an impeccable job. He came back looking great with a super cute bandanna too! I will definitely continue to take my pup here!
