In some cases, like this one, 5 stars doesn't seem like enough. Amy and her team at Game Time Dog Services are amazing! I adopted my dog from a shelter earlier this year, and he is still very particular about who he trusts. Game Time assigns your family both a primary walker and a backup walker to make sure you are covered, and he took to both Amy and Fernie immediately at their very first meeting. I was home a couple of times when each had arrived to walk him, and I saw both the excitement and adoring look in my boy's eyes when he saw them. My pup is pretty high energy, and they were both great at calming him and exercising him at the same time. I reached out to Amy in October the week before a Monday surgical procedure because the family that was supposed to keep my little guy for me while I recovered couldn't do it after all, and it was too late to board him. Amy and her team stepped in immediately to fill the void by walking him twice a day for the first couple of weeks, and we were daily customers up until my move out of the Austin area. They helped keep him happy during a stressful time, and I will be forever grateful for their responsiveness, flexibility, and professionalism, and the great care they provided for my pup. Thank you, Game Time!!

Game Time has been a life saver going back to the office after working from home with my furry friends during Covid. They are wonderful with my dogs and are very reliable. I love getting their daily updates and photos from their time with my dogs. They offer many different services and have customized pricing with a very easy to use scheduling system. I highly recommend Game Time Dog Services and my dogs absolutely agree!

Game Time is great. They have been our dog walkers for over 2 years and take such great care of my puppies. I use them daily and for when I travel. I know someone is always there to check on the dogs and they provide me updates and photos every day. Highly recommend!!!

Amy from Game Time Dog Services was absolutely amazing the day of our wedding! She not only did an amazing job watching Lulu, but she helped us out with photos and gave my bridesman tips on walking her down the aisle! She was extremely communicative before, during, and after the wedding. In addition to being the wedding pet attendant, she also took our dog back to our house after the reception for at-home dog boarding! We knew Lulu was in great hands and we were able to enjoy our special day worry-free! We highly recommend using her for any of your pet needs!!

Amy and the entire Game Time team are quite simply the best. She specifically went above and beyond in taking great care of our dogs at our wedding. In particular she was super helpful be somehow managed to stay out of the way! You won’t regret trusting your pups to Amy’s team!

Seriously I can't say enough about what an outstanding experience I've had with Game Time, truly 12/10! Amy, the owner is so fun, energetic, and knowledgeable I felt totally confident in her from the moment we first spoke on the phone. The app they use is super easy, always had great communication with my walker, and they even send cute pictures and a recap of how the walk went! After just a few walks I noticed a huge improvement in how my 2 pups walked when I took them out the other day, so easily worth the money.

Amy and her team of pet care experts are truly passionate about what they do. They love animals and spoiled us with their outstanding service. Amy is punctual, communicative, and astute when it comes to comes to the needs of all her fur babies. Her willingness for her clients redefines excellent service. I felt like I could call her and her team at any hour of the day and I would get a response and follow on action. Amy is loved by the client, the staff, and the fur babies!

We LOVE the team at Game Time. Our 2 doggies get the royal treatment from everyone there. I feel a little like chopped liver as my dogs seem to forget about me and RUN when they see their walker arrive. We all know they are going to get plenty of exercise, play, tummy rubs and love. I appreciate the follow up email with notes about the day....and photos! In addition, every single person at Game Time is friendly and professional. They know my pups and give me a heads up when they see something out of the ordinary and they really seem to love my doggies. I can’t say enough positive things about Amy and the fantastic team she’s built over at Game Time!

We LOVE Game Time and so does our dog! We often have to put in late requests because of the nature of our work and they are always responsive and accommodating. The walkers are absolutely amazing, we get pictures and a check lists every time they come and it's a wonderful update to get when having to be away from our pup. They have consistently gone above and beyond and are extremely professional. The whole process is seamless, easy, and stress free. We couldn't recommend a better dog service in Austin, Game Time is one of our favorite local businesses.

8.29.20 was our wedding day and will always be an amazing memory for my wife and I. One of the reasons for us having such a great wedding has to be the care and love that Amy showed to our dog Simba during the entire wedding weekend. I have NEVER been someone to write a review for anything, but Amy was so professional, organized, and kind-spirited that I need to express how thankful we are so that hopefully someone sees this and decides to book her for their wedding. From the first day we met, she immediately showed her positive attitude when greeting our dog Simba. He is a little skittish at first when meeting new people but after just a couple minutes with her, he was excited for their first walk and that carried over for the next couple of days. Now you might be saying that anyone can be a dog walker, what makes Amy so special? She really shined the day of the wedding. She was able to keep Simba entertained and locked in the entire time during our photographs and other empty time. She also was extremely understanding and receptive when some things didn’t go according to plan on our end, and did an outstanding job of being calm under pressure. Finally, when it was time for her to drop off Simba in our room after the ceremony, she did so quietly and without any bother to myself or my wife. She quickly talked to my father, gave him an update, and the key and then left us a simple text so that we were up to date on everything. One of my favorite features that Amy’s service includes is that they send you a summary email after each walk that includes pictures of their journey. I loved looking at Simba exploring downtown Austin! I would recommend them 10/10 and will even be working with them again, whenever we visit Austin with our dog. Please do the smart thing and hire them!

I am so thankful to Amy and her wonderful team who was so enthusiastic and caring about my adopted girl Winnie and helped me transition through her death. Now I have Ms. Peach and she loves when GT comes and gives her lots of belly rubs and exercise. Currently, Peach is keeping her Grandma company during the day but I miss getting the detailed updates and cute photos to share with family. A WONDERFUL team to work with!!!

I have Game Time walk my sweet Murphie 4 days a week and I have been so happy with the service. They take great care of our girl! We get a message about how her walk went with pics as well. Our animal crew absolutely LOVES Game Time. We started using Game Time Dog Services last year, and I have nothing but good things to say. We have two medium sized dogs that have quite a lot of energy. With my wife and I both working downtown full-time, they're often inside for long periods of time during the week. Game Time was able to service our area, and provide great and consistent visits allowing them to get walks, belly rubs, and potty breaks throughout the week. Game Time offers several services for your pooches, provides a way to check and change your scheduled walks/etc, and they're extremely flexible and responsive in general... they even helped us find a home for one of our Foster puppies by posting details on their site and social media to get the word out. They truly are dog lovers, and will give your pups the love and care you do, and now our dogs have new friends that come and visit them every week!
