Ashley takes care of the pets like her own. I left my apartment and my cat to her for 2 months, and it all went seemless. She regularly checked in with me with pictures of my cat, and was so accommodating that even during a family tragedy she made sure my cat was okay. Cannot thank her enough.

Ashley and her team of pet lovers are incredibly professional. They text photos of your “kids“ and keep you up-to-date with each visit. Also, if you need something, they are happy to assist such as purchasing food. Would recommend them anytime

Ashley was able to accommodate my last minute request to care for my two large dogs over a long weekend. They’re not easy, as they require frequent walks and a strict medication routine, but Ashley handled it all with ease! I loved the updates she sends every visit, and she was very responsive with any and all additional questions I had for her. I’ve used AMPS to help look after my dog and cat on several trips. Ashley is super responsive and thorough. I get an email after every visit with a status update, photos, and gps walk data. They go above and beyond and even helped water my gardens, and bring in packages. It’s a great peace of mind knowing both my pets are in caring hands when I have to hit the road. I highly recommend Ashley and her team!! I have a 16 year old Westie with a very extensive medication regime that Ashley & Chris handle with ease! I am comforted to know that I can leave him in their capable hands when I am out of town and he will be cared for and loved! He has bad arthritis and they even stroll him around the neighborhood in his pet stroller to keep him happy and engaged...now that's exceptional service!!

Highly recommended and will engage AMPS without any hesitation. TL:DR Part of me doesn’t want to tell everyone how awesome Ashley is because it will make it harder for me to book her in the future. I will request that Ashley look after my cats without hesitation. Ashley herself is an honest, genuine, caring friendly and funny person. She ended up playing hide and seek (find the hiding cat) with one of my cats pretty much daily, not leaving until she had set eyes on all cats and cuddled those who would allow/demand the attention. The check in reports are super and I loved getting the photos.

We had a great experience when Ashley cared for our two guinea pigs for a week this holiday season! We have a very large cage and a fairly extensive care guide for our piggies. We sent information about all of this to Ashley in advance and had a few quick phone discussions during her visit visit to care for them. Ashley was so responsive to our feedback and did everything we asked with regard to their care. We came back to happy, healthy piggies and will definitely be using this service again in the future!

Ashley went out of her way to help me in a jam! She took great care of my BBs and if I was staying in the area, she’s be my go to kitty sitter. Thank you!!

Ashley is so great! My first experience was seamless, and I came home exhausted from my trip to a happy pup. I was nervous to find a pet sitter in a new city, but I feel totally at ease traveling knowing my girl is comfortable and in Ashley’s care. I was going out of town for a long weekend and needed someone to watch my cat. I was very impressed with Ashley for several reasons. First, she allows you to do a meet and greet before you go away so that you can be sure you're comfortable with her and your pets are, too. Second, communication was always quick and simple and I never questioned whether my cat was in the right hands. I needed to change a few details in the schedule and Ashley was flexible and quick to respond. Third, she sent a visit summary each time she came over, often with pictures, and everything went really smoothly. Normally I feel pretty stressed leaving my cat behind when I go away, but I was able to relax knowing Ashley had her taken care of and that I'd get an update each day. I will absolutely be recommending her to others and contacting her again.

We knew immediately from our time spent with Ashley during our meet and greet that this was the person to take care of our animals. Ashley is very thorough and caring. She thought of everything (including things that never crossed our minds!) We were thoroughly impressed and have already made our second reservation.

Look no further, AMPS is the BEST! I had just moved to Austin when I was lucky enough to find Ashley to take care of my three pets, Jupiter, Mars & Redford (2 dogs & a cat) when I had to go away for the weekend. Getting the daily visit report and photos is reassuring. When I retuned home everything was in perfect order, including my happy trio of pets.

Ashley is amazing! We contacted AMPS two weeks before our travel date and Ashley was responsive, accommodating and very understanding. She went above and beyond to get to know our pets and make them feel comfortable. The communication was great and Ashley was attentive to all the medical & feeding instructions. We traveled knowing that our fur babies are in good hands and they will be pampered. We got notifications with time-stamped photos & videos and we came back to healthy and happy pets. We are grateful to have found AMPS and we’re definitely planning to hire Ashley more frequently for regular dog walks and pet sitting when we travel!

We had an AMAZING experience with AMPS! We have two very energetic dogs and a shy cat that we hate to leave alone but Ashley was wonderful. She made sure to email us reports and pics after each visit. She even took out our trash and watered our plants for us!
