Awesome friendly staff, great groomers!

Everyone is so sweet. April Star did a beautiful job grooming our Great Pyrenees and Izzie and Amanda were so welcoming and professional. Super excited to have grooming in the neighborhood.

Absolutely love this place until they hired a different groomer took my two small dogs in Monday November 15th dropped them off at 8:30 they weren’t done till after 3 which is terrible. I understand if you’re busy but that’s ridiculous. I then returned to go get my dogs and they still were in the back finishing up they came out and honestly it was the worst grooming I’ve ever seen she basically just ran a blade over both of my dogs no style what so ever very choppy too. When I went to pay my one dog was $70.00 the other $75.00 they are the same size very very disappointing! I did give a tip because I’m not that kind of person to just be rude but I won’t be returning. Also left a message for Nick and never received a call back. Wanted to give kudos to Eastside after writing this previous review about them. Nick called me back after a week or so and made things right totally refunded my entire grooming for both my dogs which I was truly grateful for because it was quite a lot of money for a bad experience. I will give them another chance in the future. Thanks again Nick for making it right.

Let me start ,how happy ,my husband and I that we have Prairie Creek Animal Hospital here in our area ,we been waiting. We took our boxer Saphira for her wellness exam and shot, Rodney Poling(Vet) was so friendly and knowledgeable and Anna Marie was so helpful, I highly recommend it..

Heading out of town unexpectedly and had to board our cat Church. First time visiting and was pleasantly surprised by the cleanness, professional staff and reasonable prices. He had his own suite for a small daily fee. Brand new business with tremendous potential for success! Loved it and will go back again. Give them a call and chat about their services, you won't regret it. Grooming services as well!

Nicest people and my pups love it there!!

Our Husky loves it here!! I can not say enough good things about this place. Our pup comes home and just sleeps after a full day of play here! He gets so excited on days when we pull up to the building. He is less anxious around other dogs and has calmed down a lot since going to doggy day care.

My pup’s favorite daycare in town! It is very obvious how much everyone at the daycare loves him and he is so tired from running around all day at ESPR!

New facility that will soon include a vet's office, kennels for boarding and a pool. I was attending a dog training session held there by K9 Working Mind. Excellent setup.

No entrance off of F.M. 969, you have to go down Gilbert a little ways. I have a grumpy old man that does not usually do well with new groomers, but he did great here!! Groomer said that he did not even growl at her or show his teeth! Love that there are a lot of women working here since my dog does not like men. We are going back!

This place just opened up and we boarded our pup for the first time. Now he is a great dane so his puppy size is bigger than most dogs. The staff were very friendly. They gave me a tour before we brought our dog. Our dog looked happy and well fed. The pens where the dogs play are not huge but good enough to get some exercise. I belive they are adding on so the play area might be bigger in the future. I would recommend giving these guys a shot at boarding your pet.

We love the east side pet ranch! Our husky Ava gets so excited to go & comes back absolutely spent so we know she had fun with the other pups. Booking is easy online & the staff is so friendly! They’re thorough about the vaccine records & we’re excited to have them in the neighborhood!
