This is my favorite location. My doggie loves it and they have a few special activities each week.

I love being able to watch my dog play while I work. He always comes home tired. The staff are all very nice.

We love Dogtopia and so does our pup! They are friendly and easy to work with. They are quick to return phone calls and the app is easy to use. They are constantly cleaning to keep the dog rooms tidy. We appreciate how they monitor play to keep everyone safe. It’s nice to peek at the cameras throughout the day to see what our dog is up to. They also do a good job of doing fun little activities with the dogs.

Such fine attention to detail. The staff is excellent and friendly, and I can tell my dog really enjoys her stay there. Keep up the top notch work!

It is very time consuming to get your dog to go here because they like to do a meet and greet before the dog can stay with them.

My two dogs boarded 3 nights at Dogtopia, one came back sick-throwing up blood & lethargic. My other dog 1 day later had the same exact systems. Their vet said it was a bacterial infection caused by shared space/lack of cleanliness (after x-rays/wellness check). I understand this is a risk I run boarding them, but they have been boarded at 5 different places across the states (I was in the military & moved frequently), and I never had a single problem with them getting sick. When I asked the employee how many dogs were boarded over Mother's Day weekend, he informed me "36, in a tight space". If the employee is saying this, that should raise a red flag. I just wanted to warn future pet owners of this, after this happened I read reviews closely, and this is not the first occurrence of this. I will not be returning my poor fur babies there.

I can't even get a meet and greet. They won't respond to my request and won't answer the phone.

Maximized playtime with supervision and good selection of add-ons to make your dog feel at home. The staff members are definitely dog-lovers.

Great staff and easy to take my dog in a time crunch. They always give me updates on how my dog is doing at the end of the day and he loves seeing all of his friends! I love how they are always doing specials for holidays and for random days to treat the dogs like they are our children!

I love all the fun themes and things they do with the dogs! Also really like the cameras because I like just seeing the action and how much my dog is having fun! They have handled COVID so well and the precautions they put in place are great. Maverick comes back exhausted and such a happy dog! He loves dogtopia so much as soon as we pull in the parking lot he can’t sit still in the car! Love this team and how well they take care of him!

Great service, highly responsive, and their spa services are both quality and reasonably priced which makes it a convenient spot for baths and the like when my pup is already at playcare.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The facility is very clean with indoor and outdoor play areas. I love that I can check in on my pup whenever I want through the web cam and I get a report card at the end of the day. :-) My dog comes home with a big, happy smile every time!

Absolutely love the staff here! My pup is super excited when we pull up which makes me happy! Glad I found this place.

We really appreciate the webcam that allows us to check in on our dog Maggie while we are at work. And this week we paid for Maggie to get a bath, and were super happy with her fluffiness when she came back home. Thanks Dogtopia!

The staff is so friendly and they genuinely care about my pup. Gertie loves coming here and goes into wiggle mode just walking through the door. Being able to schedule a bath or nail trim for the same day as daycare is really convenient too.

I like that I can watch my puppy on camera and check on him. I also LOVE Event Days! (Bacon bubbles, turkey for lunch, splash bash day, etc.) I also like that I was able to send him a peanut butter kong when I forgot to drop off his lunch. And the Spa menu is nice because sometimes I don't have the time to bathe him or trim his nails. And Bravo loves Dogtopia, where he's able to safely play with dogs of similar size. Sometimes he's more excited to see them than he is to see me!

I like everything about Dogtopia! The service is great, the location is convenient, and my dog is well cared for. The same staff members welcome us each time. Most important, my dog loves it! We drive up and her tail starts wagging.

Dogtopia is the best! The staff and care here is unmatched and my 7 month old puppy loves it here. I boarded him recently for a few nights and they took the absolute best care of him. Highly recommend!

Chloe loves her day at Dogtopia! I was hesitant because she’s my baby but when I came back to pick her up she was so happy which made me happy… If I worked a 9-to-5 she would be there everyday

I called and they will let transfer all the paperwork from another location. So easy. My dog Ringo loves it there!!! Very happy with the CS!!

Great place! Clean and Very friendly staff! I highly recommend them! My pups came home happy and exhausted after a day of play!

My husband and I had to board one of our dogs last minute before heading out of town for the weekend and were a bit nervous to board him, especially given that this was his first time staying at a boarding facility and he hadn't played with a large group of dogs before. Fortunately, Dogtopia did such a wonderful and thorough evaluation to ensure our dog would be safe at their facility and matched him to the perfect size play group so he was able to acclimate better. We loved tuning into the webcam throughout the weekend and loved seeing him become more confident with the other dogs. Although Leo can't talk, the video said it all - he had a great time! We had him bathed at the end of the weekend so he was squeaky clean and ready for a nap after plenty of play time. This was an excellent facility through and through and I'm sure we'll be seeing more of Dogtopia in the near future!

Great place so close to our home!! The convenience, friendliness and cleanliness were an instant sell for me! We loved checking on our dogs through the Dogtopia webcam. Highly recommend this place!!

Highly recommend Dogtopia Austin South. We were only in town for a day, but they were so accommodating to us and our doggies. They made sure they fit in with the day camp group before we left them for the day. Very clean facility + knowledgeable and compassionate staff.

Great experience here. Friendly, caring team & very clean facility. We loved seeing our pup have fun and play with other dogs on the livecam! Overall, we were very happy and will definitely be back!

The Staff are so friendly. My pet "Zorro" had a good time staying here. Cool part is they provide access to webcams. You can monitor your pet when you are away. I would definitely recommend this place to dog owners.
