Aside from the super convenient model of home visits, he is incredibly thorough and detailed; He clearly explains and describes the different reasons for visits, and provides a thorough list of options while providing pros and cons on each. He allows us to make informed decisions and also provides his well intentioned recommendations that are clearly based on a great education and extensive experience. When it came time to say goodbye to our 16 year old cat, we knew we wanted it to be at home. Dr. Bendall and his assistant were great. They took the time to learn about Desi and her history, and walked us through every step of the process. They gave us, as well as our other cat, all the time we needed to say our goodbyes. Our sweet little Pirate cat had her first visit with Dr Bendall today and I was very happy with her appointment. He was very patient and gentle with her, even when she was getting a little annoyed with the poking and prodding. He went into great detail about nutrition and helpful resources for help with making sure her diet is on point and gave us great information on how to proceed if her condition were to get worse. He spent over an hour with us today which was a wonderful experience for us and Pirate. His assistant was such a sweetheart as well and really seemed to bond with Pirate.

Dr. Bendall is THE BEST vet we have ever had. My two pooches just adore him and they no longer have to endure the anxiety of going to a vet clinic. He takes his time and is very thorough with his patients. It is very obvious that he and his technician love animals and put them first. I'll never go to anyone else, and I trust him implicitly with the health of my furry children.

My cat gets motion sickness in the car, so I need a veterinarian who does house calls. Dr. Bendall came highly recommended from my previous veterinarian. I've made three appointments so far, and have been 100% satisfied with the service. He is prompt, professional, very willing to answer questions, and does not rush your appointment. You will pay more for the house call service than you do when you take your pet into an office, but it is reasonable, and totally worth it. His website is very informative about his policies and procedures and you can even make appointments online, which is convenient. If you need a house call veterinarian, you should definitely try Dr. Bendall!

My husband and I adopted our 60 lb senior dog Roxy late in her life and had the honor of loving her for her last year. The final few months were hardest. She was incontinent, nearly blind from cataracts, and progressively arthritic until she reached immobility. We made many accommodations to keep her happy and comfortable, but when it was time to say goodbye, we were certain. Since she was heavy and immobile, I didn't want to inflict pain on her last day by heaving her to a vet's office. I searched for at-home vets and found Dr. Bendall. Dr. Bendall's demeanor is kind and respectful. He never made us feel rushed or embarrassed for being so emotional. He offered explanations when appropriate and let us set the pace. Saying goodbye to Roxy was one of the hardest things we've ever done, but it went exactly as we hoped it would. We find a lot of comfort in knowing that Roxy's last moments were peaceful, respectful, and happy. It was the perfect way to say goodbye, and we're very grateful to Dr. Bendall for making that possible. I recommend him without hesitation. I thought an at-home vet would be outlandishly priced, but Dr. Bendall's pricing is very fair and reasonable. He lives in our neighborhood which helps with the travel cost, and we've kept him as our go-to vet for our two cats and new puppy. He seems passionate about his job and really cares about animals.
