They really care about the animals. It's not something you can fake.

Everyone there was really friendly, they explained what was going on. They gave me a bunch of options and they just seemed like good people. My dog hates going to the vet and getting shots but they were gentle with him and gave him treats. Great service

I love this place I've been bringing my animals here for 16 plus years now they have the most amazing staff! They were there for my cat and 2 dogs whole lives. Now I'm taking my new puppy there. Even though I moved closer to south Austin I still drive to go here for the peace of mind that they are going to take the absolute best care of me and my puppy. ❤️❤️❤️

Everything was amazing! I have visited around 5 vets si far and crossing animal clinic is by far my favourite one. I can tell they deeply care about your dogs well being, they will talk to you as much as you need and discuss best options for care. Highly recommend, thank you for taking care of my puppy and for bringing her back to health!

I just rescued a six-year-old Yorkie few weeks ago. The rescue had done his physical with Crossing Animal Clinic so I decided to continue my dog’s care with them. Dr. Howell and her staff are absolutely amazing! I have called a couple of times with various questions and they are always so helpful. Dr. Howell is very honest and only tells you things that are emergent and tells you when it’s OK to hold off on certain things. It’s very rare to find someone as honest as her. I will now be recommending this veterinary clinic to every pet owner I know!

Our dog is an “established patient” at this clinic. Although she doesn’t love going to the vet, she is treated very well at Crossing. The staff members are all courteous, and Dr. Howell is very professional, skilled, and caring with my dog. Pricing is reasonable. Most recently my dog had dental cleaning and a molar removed, and her teeth look great!

Dr Howell is an incredible vet. She's taken care of all 3 of my animals and is a genius when reading pet body language.

Don’t expose your furry kid to this place - go somewhere else. There are better places in town to take care of your furry friend. They changed doctors a couple years ago, take that into consideration when reading the reviews.

We have gone to Animal Crossing for the past 13 years. The staff is always caring, helpful, and have saved or prolonged our dogs lives on numerous occasions. I trust them completely and am so thankful. They are like a part of our family.

Great vet clinic, the staff is friendly and we really like Dr. Howell. She is very knowledgeable about greyhounds and all their idiosyncrasies. It's a bit of a drive for us but it is worth it to know my dogs are in good hands.

Got back to me fairly quickly to set up an appointment. Very friendly staff, showered my dog in compliments. Prescribed medications worked perfectly.

HAVE NOT VISITED - Called to ask about rates. Office visit/physical for 1 small dog: $54.70 Nail trim: $14 Not very competitive and they need a website but person who answered the phone was friendly.

Good clinic for pricing. Easy experience and allow a great environment. They talk through what is needed before anything happens and will ensure that you know what is happening!

They are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I have an Italian Greyhound and the doc is familiar with the breed. They saved my dog's life when she ate a bunch of gum with xylitol.
