I have been taking my pets to CCAH for 10 years. Nothing but excellent service. Call backs after hours. Have had emergency visits and Dr Duncan has stayed after hours with his staff to perform surgery on my cat. Informative, communicative, professional doctors and staff who genuinely care about owners and their pets. ????❤️????

Although your office phone was ringing off the hook, and your services were in non-stop high demand, you made our pup a priority with genuine concern for his well-being and expert dedication to untangling his confusing symptomology and test results to try to bring him back to health. You've put him on the road to recovery...and helped us sleep so much better at night.

Always makes you feel like your dog is the most important patient they have. I never feel rushed and they are very patient with my questions. My dog is one of the most important things in my life and I would not trust her with anyone else.

I love this place, everyone is very compassionate about animals and they send emails and texts to remind you of when shots need to be updated or about updated hours.

We have two cats and two dogs and we have been going to Circle C for years. They diagnosed my older dog with lymphoma and helped us care for her through her chemo, so I’ll always credit them with giving us this “extra” time with her. The vets (we have seen all of them by now, because we sometimes take a first available appointment—they are all fantastic) always take the time to answer all my questions and make sure I feel comfortable with my pet’s treatment plan. And the vet techs are so kind and patient with my pets, even though they aren’t in their best form when they are visiting. I’m so happy I found Circle C!

We have been bringing our beloved fur babies to Circle C Animal Hospital for 8 years and have always been happy with their services and treatment. We have seen all the doctors at one time or another over the years and everyone is so nice and caring. We were especially impressed with the care and compassion shown when our 15 year old kitty became sick beyond recovery and they helped him move on peacefully and let us take all the time we needed to say goodbye. We also received a personalized little memento to remember our sweet boy. Now we have 3 more fur babies to love and trust Circle C with their veterinary care.

We have two puppies that go here for veterinary needs and the vet and techs are very patient and considerate with our fur babies.

First "new" vet since 1988. They were polite professional and helped explain some issues with my most recent rescue.

We've been taking our pup here for 6 years. Staff are thoughtful and quick. Doctors are thorough and honest about recommendations and why. Curbside is very convenient!

I’m always nervous about new vets, and with the changes not being able to go in with dogs was hard. Circle C is amazing, they were kind and patient with my pups. Both vets Took time to go over their exams in full with me. I think they take a conservative approach to treatments and provided a number of options. They knew my pups were my kids and they treated them that way. The front office staff are wonderful and the techs as well, everything is organized and efficient. Both appointment I was done in 30 min, highly recommended Circle C Vet Hospital!

Staff found a time to squeeze me in when I was worried about my pet. Dr. Silvers was very helpful, informative, and empathetic.

Nothing good, I got an appointment for past Saturday and my Mom could not see her dog. I am very disappointed with the service they provide. The associate was very rude with my Mom and my Brother. It looks like this place is only for rich people. I never recommend this place to anyone else.

We were at the office the opening day and one if our dogs had Rabies Tag #1. Years later and on our fourth dog Dr. Rafferty has cared for, this is the most caring place in Texas for our dogs. He is the most qualified Vet and has a wonderful, caring attitude with animals. Tom & Pat Richardson

Can't say enough good things about Dr. Clint Duncan. We have been taking our 2 year old golden retriever Heidi with him for past year. Both the times we went was for an emergency and during the pandemic. He was swift in guiding us through the next steps during the emergency and quickly made sure Heidi felt better. I could not be happier to share the great experience I had with Dr. Silvers and the entire staff. They took amazing care of both me and my elderly fur baby , Joey. Over the course of a month Dr.Silvers took care of Joey and communicated clearly with me along the way. The staff always offered kindness and compassion with every visit and interaction. No matter my questions they were always helpful. In the end we made the tough decision to put Joey down and even through that experience we were treated with the upmost care, empathy, and compassion. Dr. Silvers was incredibly generous with her time and knowledge. I am forever grateful to have met her and had the pleasure of working with Circe C Animal Hospital.

This is my favorite animal hospital to date and my greyhound, corgi, and cat won't be going anywhere else.

We are very happy as new patients at Circle C Animal Hospital, even during Covid (dog went in, while we talked to vet on the phone in the parking lot) we still felt very well taken care of.

We really love coming to this office. We actually have yet to met our dog's vet because of covid policies but they have gone above and beyond. I do feel I need to share why. We, like many others during quarantine, decided to adopt a puppy, and took her here for her check ups because of proximity to home. 2 months or so into having our puppy, I noticed she would drag her hind legs at times. So naturally we took her to get checked. After xrays and tests, the vet wasn't completely sure as to what was happening and referred us to an ortho specialist at a nearby specialty emergency clinic. We waited 5-6 hours the day we went before being seen at this clinic and by the time it was our turn, the radiologist had already left for the day. They made a couple suggestions and sent us on our way. A few days later our actual vet from circle C veterinarian called to follow up. We mentioned how the radiologist hadn't actually seen the xrays and not much had happened. He told us he'd call us back. To our surprise he called the radiologist himself and spoke to them about our puppy. Once the radiologist saw her xrays she knew the diagnosis right away and we were able to put our pup on a treatment to cure her. Had our vet not done this, it would have led to complications and more serious issues that may never have actually been solved. All this to say that circle C vet went above and beyond to make sure our little gal was being taken care of. And although I know that not every story has a cheerful ending, ours so far has a much healthier one. Our pup runs multiple miles a day with us, plays, and moves about without pain. We are grateful and so incredibly happy we chose Circle C vet to take care of our Macchi girl.

I took my cat Kiara for a checkup and to have her nails clipped. Everyone was friendly and efficient. I was seen on time and they had us out in a timely manner also. She did great and they were Awesome!
