Nicole is wonderful with pets and very responsive and caring.

We requested two 30 min visits a day for our two pups. We asked if they could come and feed them and then just love on them and pay attention to them. We have a furbo and checked in on them, and each time the sitter was on her phone with the TV on ignoring our pups. At one point both pups were barking in front of her and she just ignored them. They did get food and water, but no love and no attention at all. We will never use them again.

Nicole is so wonderful. We went on a 10 day trip and she came twice a day. We have multiple pets and she was wonderful. Would send texts and photos twice a day. Could not have made the trip without her. Very good and we had peace of mind. She even checked the mail and water the plants. Very good and professional. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The best service ever!!

They did a great job with my cat. She usually doesn't let anyone pet her until she has had a few hours to get used to them. However she warmed up to Nicole and Sherry right away. They sent me updates everyday.

Nicole is incredible! We’ve used CapCity on multiple occasions now - two week trips, overnight get-aways, and everything in between! Our cat has lots of health problems and we feel safe leaving her in the hands of CapCity. They are quick to respond and very friendly!

We were really happy with CapCity Pet Sitting, as were our pups. We found them online, and felt they'd be a good match after reading their site, seeing their photos and testimonials, and corresponding a bit by e-mail. Our last pet sitter had skipped town without notifying their clients, so we were looking for someone to take care of our dogs whom we could trust! Claire & Will came out to meet us and our two dogs at our house. They were patient and easy-going to be around--we have two rescue dogs who each have some quirks and behavioral issues, so we wanted someone who'd be comfortable with them. I was concerned with our male dog, who has fear aggression and isn't always comfortable with men, but he was great with both Will and Claire. Our dogs loved them, and it put us at ease. They came back a few days later to dog sit, and on the first visit, they texted me a photo of my two smiling pups, which really put me at ease. Our dogs were happy when we returned home, which really is the best sign of all. We're really happy we found them, and we'll be reassured every time we need someone to check in on our pups, that they are in good hands.
