Jumping Jack Dog Ranch Manchaca, Texas

Well these guys and gals take care of my pups a lot. I travel a lot and so does my husband. The 55-lb golden doodle loves it here! He gets bathed , groomed and in the summer gets pool time. I think he has friends here now. My 6 lb chihuahua is the front desk greeter when she comes. She was always very shy of being left and didn’t play well with other dogs until after she warmed up to them, but here she acted so gracefully and doesn’t bark as much. She literally will jump out my arms and into the staffs arms when I go to drop her off. I love knowing they love her so much and are so kind to her little chihuahua ways. I even hear she’s making friends with other small dogs ( shocking because she’s a loner)! We couldn’t imagine EVER leaving our dogs anywhere else in the world!! Seriously. I know it’s hard to get in this place, but just be patient.

Excellent service and we love to get updates on our dogs every day. I love how they separate the dogs play groups out by personality/size. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Beautiful facility. We only went to the rentable pool area. The dogs loved the yard and it was super clean. The pool is deep enough for humans to swim in also. The water was cold but that's great for Texas! And wow was the pool crystal clear! I will definitely be going back

I've had a marvelous experience when taking Brie to the Ranch. She is very happy and enthusiastic about going. The individuals there are encouraging and helpful when questions are asked about the care and training of Brie.

Henry, our pup, and the whole family love it here. We dig their daily report cards/updates while we are out of town.

Had great expectations but unfortunately it was a complete let down. Made a pool rental booking, paid for our online booking, got there the day and time of the booking and they double booked us and told us to leave. All the while communicating over email telling us your dog pool rental is coming up, can’t wait to see you. Very unprofessional, and clearly need to reassess their communication processes. Tip: Make double sure your booking is legitimate and call them multiple times to confirm.

Great place for boarding your doggos! Also great for bath time! They are always first rate.

I'm more than happy for finding a safe and reliable place to leave my Mia<3 while I travel. the staffs are SUPER nice with the dogs. I missed her so much and the video/pictures they sent made everything more relaxing and enjoyable for all of us. Seeing the staff treating my dog with so much kindness at the night time just like I do, gotta say, Jumping Jack Dog Ranch has her and my heart <3

I highly recommend jumping jack for dog boarding! They gave me the peace of mind I needed to leave my pup at a boarder for the first time. They send picture updates, and can be contacted through text, which is super convenient. I’m SO happy I found them, they took such good care of my pup when I was away.

Recommend: ????????????????????????/3 Oh man what a great gem outside of ATX. The staff is very informative and caring. Your pets initial evaluation is a video recording showing your dog’s interactions with staff and other dogs with an in depth explanation of how they acted and why they acted positively or negatively. The grounds are huge, including their pool. Covid times makes for an unconventional drop off/pickup but still very efficient. Will edit this review once we try out their training for our pups. Went there with my wife, our 3dogs and couple of friends. The place was awesome pool was nice and cold and the dogos played all evening i highly recommend this place. Is secluded and you get the whole thing to your self. Definitely a hidden gem. The staff were super helpful and very accommodating

What a great trustworthy place to bring your pup. They took things slow to get our boy used to the place and knew immediately his strength/weaknesses with socializing with dogs and people. We loved the daily pictures we saw when logging into their platform to get updates of our dog and knowing he's being well taken care of. Thanks a lot Jumping Jack, until next time.

We rented out their pool and can't wait to go back. It's a really unique offering that's great for people who might not have their own backyards, or like us who have a dog who can't go into dog parks. They allow you to bring up to 10 dogs which is great for playdates with friends, and it's a lot of fun to sit by the pool and let the dogs run around.

I looked up online where you can go that you and your dog can swim together and this place popped up. I have never had so much fun with just me, my friends and our dogs swimming, eating, having some drinks and enjoying the Summer sun. BEST PLACE EVER! I totally recommend! Maria and Sierra were such great helps in booking a day well spent!

Jumping Jack is a great place to board, train, and groom your pup! They have an amazing play area, with different sections for all sizes. All of the staff are very sweet and treat our little old pup like family. You even get report card photos while your dog is in their care.

Amazing, amazing place. We love taking our dog here! We’ve been for pool rentals, daycare, and boarding and have had just the best experiences. The staff here are really well trained and the facilities have been set up in ways that really benefit the dogs! They are great communicators and booking appointments could not be easier. Without a doubt the best dog boarding/training facility in Austin,TX. For Christmas we gave our daughter a black lab puppy after neither my husband and I having a dog for over 20 years let alone a puppy! Jumping Jack dog Ranch was recommended by a friend of mine for boarding and we are fortunate to have also found puppy training there too. Another deciding factor for choosing the puppy training at Jumping Jack Ranch is that after each session you receive a report card and video where you can sit down and see the training techniques for that day. This was important for our family because every member needed to be able to replicate for consistency purposes. They have several good trainers but we felt lucky to have worked with Lindsay Dye. Lindsay Dye has been AMAZING to work with and we highly recommend her for anyone needing puppy and/or adult dog training. Lindsay is very knowledgable and is able to customize the training for the dog and owners needs. Jumping Jack Dog Ranch also offers private training visits to your home. We had Lindsay come to our home and help with our lab's routine and teaching one on one with our kids. As you can imagine, with a black lab puppy, there is ALOT of energy and never once in the 8 week program did she make us feel us feel bad about his behavior like another Austin well known training center. Lindsay has always met us with a smile and positive /can do attitude. If you are needing dog training of any type, we highly recommend her.

This is the most wonderful place in the world jumping Jack Took excellent care of my two for babies. They have so many activities just to make sure your dogs feels at comfort and on top of that they have amazing staff that pays each dog attention and loves and pets I highly recommend if you’re either just dropping them off for doggy day care or if you’re going on a trip across the world you will not be sorry!!!!!! Into The worried owners they do take pictures and reports every day and they will email you an even text you photos and what they did that day❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ we will definitely be using again❤️❤️????????
