I have needed to board my canine companions more frequently than I would like, but I feel great leaving them with the CBW crew. Over time, my pups have come to love their stays and bonded with the staff, who show them genuine care, concern, and affection. They welcome us with open arms and go above and beyond to accommodate us. We highly recommend them!

Great staff, a well run facility and lots of services available.

Camp Bow Wow Austin is the best! Our dogs Ava and Lucy love going to play with all of the other dogs and always come home happy and tired ???? The best part is the staff! One of our dogs has terrible anxiety issues and everyone is super understanding and helpful! The staff truly cares and I know our dogs are in good hands at Camp Bow Wow Austin.

My dog has been with me during pandemic and has not been out amongst other dogs until being boarded at camp bow wow 10/27-10/31. Since my dog has been home he has been throwing up and coughing up mucus. I called to tell the facility this and was told it was EVERYTHING but camp bow wow. The manager that answered my call was very off putting. Placing the blame on everything but the place that has other dogs. I have no way of knowing if they monitored my dog for coughing and sneezing, and at this point my trust is gone with this company. Don’t take your dog here because they won’t alert you of all the possibilities of your dog catching something that will cost you money and won’t apologize or offer condolences for your dog being sick AFTER leaving the facility. Shame on you Camp Bow Wow!

My dogs got kicked out. If your dog is an escape artist or has any sort of aggression w other dogs...not the place for them. Otherwise staff is nice.

My pup always loves coming here. The staff is friendly and helpful and I love that they require an “interview” before you can board your dog. They even have cameras in the play rooms so you can peak in on your pup during the day! The only downside is that they don’t really offer doggie day care on Sundays, you can drop off your dog but they won’t get much play time. The location can also be a little tricky to find, the building seems to be part of a converted warehouse strip.

I have taken my rat terrier and she is very shy. They have been very patient . She is happy and I feel safe every time I drop her off.

They are so sweet with my pup, who can be a bit rambunctious at times! They are patient with him and just move him to a different play area with different dogs or let him be on his own for a little while if he gets a little too wild. Other facilities would put him in a "timeout" which I wasn't very fond of. It just feels like they care about the dogs and understand that they can just get excited around all of the other dogs. I love that they give them the treats at night and that you can add on a bath at the end of boarding so that they come home smelling fresh!

Pawsitively awesome. The staff is super friendly and I know I leave my fur baby in good hands. Also, I like the dog cams so I can check to see what he is up to.

The staff is always friendly and helpful and they treat my dog like she was their own! I have done boarding and daycare and couldn’t be happier with my experiences!

The staff is so friendly and welcoming. My dog LOVES “going to camp.” My favorite thing about Camp Bow Wow is the ability to check in on my pup via the live video webcams and watch him playing with his camp friends. It gives me peace of mind to know that he’s safe and having fun while I’m away!

My dog loves this place, he is so excited in the morning once we turn into the parking lot, and then when we get home he sleeps until the next day! they are very friendly staff, and they are always accommodating to your requests.

I love how passionate the staff is with dogs and can remember the names of the pups they watch. They care about the social interaction the dogs have with their friends and are glad to provide services such as grooming and overnight boarding.

Our two dogs are always excited to visit camp! The staff knows them well and has made recommendations to make their experience at camp even better. They are very accommodating and have squeezed us in at the last minute several times. Highly recommend Camp Bow Wow Austin!

I love that I can see my baby interact with other dogs and get the socialization that he needs! The staff is always super friendly and helpful and I couldn't ask for a better place to trust my fur baby with!

My dog is typically pretty shy around anything new - whether it's people, dogs, or bringing in an amazon package. But at Camp Bow Wow, he has SO much fun. I can always tell because he starts happy-crying (the same cry he does when we go on walks) the moment we pull in the parking lot at CBW. I also love being able to watch the live streaming videos and see him playing and having so much fun with the other dogs. All the staff are so friendly and make both me and my dog feel comfortable and happy to have him stay there.

Wow, I’m super disappointed in the customer service and communication at Camp Bow Wow. I was actually really looking forward to enrolling my dogs here and everything on paper looked great about this place. 6/2/21 - tried calling CBW but no answer so I submitted a contact us form on their website. I received an email back that someone would be contacting me shortly. 6/9/21 - I still hadn’t heard back from CBW via phone or email so I just called this CBW location around 10:20 and a lady answered. When I told her that I had sent a form over a week ago her response was “if we haven’t responded that means we’re probably busy.” when I said “for a week?” she replied with “is there something I can help you with?” and in the middle of me talking she said bye and HUNG UP ON ME. I totally understand things happen and places get busy so I am not upset about that (I wasn’t even upset about it on the phone either, I questioned the lack of response from them but I was very calm). What is upsetting now is that there was no “I’m sorry about that” and on top of that, I get hung up on. That’s what’s upsetting. I’m sorry but this is poor customer service especially for a new customer. If you can’t be professional, it makes me nervous leaving my dogs in your care. Was really looking forward to this place.

My Rizi Roo absolutely LOVES the fine humans at Camp Bow Wow plus the other dogs. This time she stayed for four nights and was so happy at CBW. I know she’s well taken care of so I can enjoy my time away. She’s coming back this Friday for another stay. Highly recommend!

Friendly & reliable staff. I feel confident in them taking care of Benny like he was their own. Also, love the extra activities on holidays.

I have various locations I normally send my Zimba I trust, but the cost was increasing and so was the service. I found Camp B.W near me and was the best out of the other two I've dropped my pup off with. Love the cam access to check on my pup as well. Security to see him doing ok.

Dogs. Lots of dogs. And none of these dogs Poe in side.it's wild..

We love this place! Sophie is always so excited to go and comes home exhausted. Very reasonably priced; I enjoy watching playtime on video; the staff is always very friendly; she always looks amazing after her baths there too. Thank you for all that you do!

Glad we found this place! It is super convenient, we can decide the day before that we need to drop our dogs off and book it. The price is surprisingly reasonable. It is fun to watch the dogs play and make friends on the Camper Cam while I'm at work. They always sleep the entire next day after camp because they are exhausted from all the fun and stimulation. The staff is nice and professional, they greet our dogs by name when we drop them off. We've noticed that our dogs behave a lot better at the dog park now, thanks to all the monitored socialization that they've gotten at Camp Bow Wow.

Dog has some measure of social anxiety and she loves this place. Extremely helpful and welcoming!

I really appreciate the employees at Camp Bow Wow! When I picked Tyke up from his first day, they kindly told me how he did in his interview and were able to tell me details about his day with out even asking, like who he was playing with and silly things he did throughout the day. It made me feel like they paid special attention and care to him even though there were at least 10 other dogs there. I felt like they loved my buddy just as much as I do! Not to mention, he came back home totally exhausted, so I know he had a great time!

Our dog is full exhausted for a week after camp ... It's worth it!

Great environment for the dogs. Clean and well monitored. I like being able to watch on the cams in the play areas.
